In care oamenii au deja incredere.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prin urmare, daca te vezi pe termen lung in domeniul cosmetice, ai nevoie de un brand.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ai nevoie de acel nume, care inseamna automat si niste simboluri clare dupa care e recunoscut.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stabileste de la inceput insemnele de brand si strategia de branding (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">adica modul in care brandul tau comunica pe piata<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">):<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Viziunea ta<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; ce te motiveaza, ce te-a motivat sa deschizi afacerea, care e povestea din spate etc.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Avatarul \/ avatarele de client<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; cine e consumatorul tau ideal, varsta, sex, din ce generatie face parte, cui vrei sa ii vinzi produsele, ce putere financiara are generatia consumatorului ideal.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Cultura organizationala <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; toate punctele prin care omul poate interactiona cu brandul &#8211; cum e personalul, experienta, design-ul interior (al biroului, al punctului de desfacere) si al produselor, ambalare etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Produsul <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; produsele sau serviciile pe care brandul tau le contine &#8211; <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tipul produsului <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(beneficii, diferenta fata de concurenta), <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pozitionarea produsului<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (cum este recunoscut pe piata, ce emotie transmite consumatorului, cum il prezinti, ce fel de design are etc.), <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pretul raportat la calitatea produsului.<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Personalitatea brandului<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; cum se manifesta firma, ce transmite (emotie), tonul vocii (la ce persoana abordezi clientul, care e tonul comunicarii), cum faci consumatorul sa simta [sentiment \/ senzatie] pe care o tintesti tu.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Elementele de comunicare<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; toate simturile si emotiile prin care brandul comunica spre consumator &#8211; vizuale (design, poze, texte, video), auditive (jingle-uri), olfactive, gustative (gust consistent, unic), tactile (material, senzatia la atingere).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Esenta de brand<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; un singur cuvant, emotional, care iti descrie brandul.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-14611 size-large\" title=\"poveste-magazin-cosmetice-online\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gomag.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/poveste-magazin-cosmetice-online-772x1024.png\" alt=\"poveste-magazin-cosmetice-online\" width=\"772\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/p>\n<h4><b>Sigur, aici intra si logo-ul, culorile predominante de brand si sloganul firmei.\u00a0<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Insa le-am pus in coada listei tocmai pentru a-ti da seama ca strategia ta de branding nu inseamna doar culori, logo sau slogan.<\/span><br \/>\n<a name=\"4\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2><b>2. Investeste in marketing emotional (mai ales cel care stimuleaza simturile)<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Cum te pregatesti pentru strategia de marketing emotional?<b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Studiaza clientii si comportamentul oamenilor in site (sau \/ si la raft, daca ai si o locatie fizica)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, interactioneaza cu publicul tau pentru a descoperi ce functioneaza si de ce, cum poti imbunatati.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Implementeaza corect <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/help.gomag.ro\/hc\/ro\/articles\/115005077434-Facebook-Pixel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><b>pixelul de la Facebook<\/b><\/a><b>, codurile de la Google <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">etc. &#8211; mai devreme sau mai tarziu, vei vrea sa faci reclame si vei avea nevoie de cookie-urile adunate in mod corect.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Cere reactii la cald<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, in momentul in care produsul omului a ajuns acasa &amp; este folosit &#8211; sunt primele reactii de entuziasm, autentice. Le vei folosi mai departe ca UGC.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Foloseste suspansul <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pentru a atrage oamenii in site, a pregati lansarea magazinului sau a unui produs nou sau orice alt obiectiv ti-ai propus.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Gandeste orice campanie cu cel putin un stimul senzorial incorporat<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; vizual, auditiv, olfactiv, tactil etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Fa-le viata clientilor mai usoara<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; ofera informatii despre orar, despre suport, despre produs in format imagine, video sau postare text. Acorda atentie ambalajului si modului de impachetare<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Importanta ambalajului la produsele cosmetice e usor de vazut cand mergi intr-un supermarket.<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Arunca doar o privire rafturilor pline de produse de la branduri diferite, incolonate unele langa celelalte. Acelasi tip de produs si totusi, ceva ne facem sa alegem unul dintre ele.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La raft, cel mai puternic impact il are parfumul unui produs &#8211; oamenii desfac produsele (well, pe cele nesigilate, insa exista si exceptii) si fac asta in mod repetat pana o aroma e destul de convingatoare.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Ei bine, in online, nu prea ai aceasta posibilitate &#8211; in afara cazului in care trimiti mostre inainte (ceea ce e in sine o tactica de marketing pe care o voi repeta si mai jos).<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dar te poti baza pe alt stimul &#8211; ambalajul.
