Aspecte legale pentru vanzarea de alimente online<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In principiu, daca vinzi alimente de la furnizor, esti obligat sa respecti anumite conditii de pastrare, in functie de tipul de produs. De asemenea, daca starea alimentelor poate fi afectata pe parcursul livrarii, si acolo trebuie sa asiguri anumite conditii.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Legea te obliga sa afisezi clar detaliile de produs in paginile de vanzare (paginile de produs): ingrediente, termen de valabilitate, posibili alergeni (sunt informatii pe care le primesti prin feed-urile de la furnizor).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Practic, informatiile din eticheta.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Completeaza si paginile cu informatii despre livrare, link spre ANPC (si A.N.S.V.S.A. daca esti producator) si detaliile despre politica de returnare.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>In cazul in care esti producator de alimente<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pe langa aspectele legale aplicate in cazul vanzarii, stocarii si livrarii, va trebui sa respecti mai multe cerinte in timpul procesului de productie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E tentant sa iti deschizi un magazin online cu briose, pentru ca iti place sa face astfel de deserturi acasa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E un inceput bun.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dar daca vrei sa vinzi online, legal, cu brandul tau, va trebui sa respecti aceleasi proceduri ca si cum ti-ai deschide un restaurant.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ai nevoie de un spatiu dedicat care sa respecte standardele de igiena si unde nu poate intra niciun animal de companie. Alege culori vibrante si mesaje care sa iti scoata produsul in evidenta.<\/span><br \/>\n<a name=\"3\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2><b>3. Impactul fotografiei de produs pentru alimentele online<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mai mult decat in cazul altor produse fizice, fotografiile fac vanzarea de alimente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daca la raft sau in magazinele specializate suntem atrasi de culori, textura si arome, in online clientii nu au acces la o astfel de experienta. Dar tu o poti suplini prin fotografii atragatoare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E recomandat sa ai multiple fotografii de produs! Produci in cantitate mica si vinzi catre o clientela obisnuita cu programul tau de livrare in locatiile stabilite de tine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poti vinde produse perisabile si la nivel national sau international, sigur. Alege o abordare unica<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In nisa produselor alimentare, nu iti fac concurenta doar ceilalti vanzatori din online. Ci si supermarket-urile, pietele, precum si alte surse familiare pentru potentialii tai clienti (de exemplu, bunicii de la tara \ud83d\ude42 ).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Intrebarea e: cum le atragi si mentii atentia pe produsele tale?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prin brand si prin experienta pe care le-o oferi doar tu.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>In primul rand, experienta.<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oamenii te vor tine minte daca le oferi produse bune, produse care le satisfac nevoile sau le ofera experiente inedite.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De exemplu, poti <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/help.gomag.ro\/hc\/ro\/articles\/360013759760-Abonamente\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">vinde produse cu abonament<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Sau alimente care te trimit instant cu gandul la copilarie. Sau alimente pe care ai vrut sa le incerci dintotdeauna, dar nu le-ai gasit de comandat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poti vinde produse dupa reteta originala de x ani sau specialitati si delicatese.
