Gaseste diferentiatorul tau si afiseaza-l vizibil, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/help.gomag.ro\/hc\/ro\/articles\/115004930653-Bannere\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">in banner-ul principal sau in icon-urile de trust<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>La noi &#8211; in Maramures &#8211; diferentiatorul e horinca (am folosit palinca in titlu pentru ca termenul e mai cunoscut, dupa cum spune Google Trends). \u201cFiarta de doua ori\u201d si cam de vreo 50 de grade. Care este cel mai important call-to-action &#8211; mesajul si directia principala pentru clienti<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vizitatorii care ajung in prima pagina a magazinului tau se afla, in general, in primele stadii ale customer journey. Aici au loc primele contacte cu brandul tau; dupa care urmeaza faza de crearea a dorintei.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sau nu, in cazul in care nu ai un call-to-action clar care sa ii ghideze spre cea mai importanta pagina de conversie: un landing page cu oferta, pagina de categorie pe care vrei sa o scoti in fata etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cel mai important mesaj pe care vrei sa il transmiti trebuie sa fie above the fold, in primul ecran, si sa il directioneze pe utilizator acolo unde iti doresti.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Asa ca nu fa risipa de mesaje &#8211; unul e suficient.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mesajul de pe banner ma refer, pentru ca e primul care sare in ochi.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Din cate magazine online am analizat (si crede-ma, sunt multe), foarte putine au un singur mesaj principal.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ba sunt intampinat de bannere generaliste cu link spre\u2026 homepage, ba de bannere spre produse secundare sau bannere cu sloganul firmei si atat &#8211; lucru ce nu imi transmite nimic despre benficiile pe care le-as putea avea daca fac o cumparatura. Sau prea multe bannere, ce se succed rapid ca nu apuc nici sa citesc despre ce vor de fapt sa transmita.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asa ca tine minte acest lucru: nu incerca sa transmiti prea multe mesaje in prima pagina din magazinul tau. Mai important, ai grija care este mesajul pe care il transmiti &#8211; nu trimite oamenii spre pagini nevaloroase pentru tine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>La fel cum nu e indicat sa bei prea multe paharele de palinca. Cum creezi emotie &#8211; fa utilizatorul sa simta ceva\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prima impresie determina primele emotii la nivel de subconstient. Cu siguranta stii despre ce vorbesc: de fiecare data cand intri intr-un site frumos, care foloseste o anumita combinatie de culori, foloseste poate fete umane in banner sau un text usor de inteles din prima\u2026 ai un anumit feeling, o senzatie buna.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Problema e cand senzatia nu apare. Poate pentru ca site-ul nu reuseste sa iti transmita nimic, e plictisitor sau seamana prea mult cu majoritatea site-urilor in care ai mai intrat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uite, adevarul e ca nu poti sa iti spun exact ce ai de facut pentru a trezi emotia sau o reactie hormonala in clientii tai.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Sfaturile mele sunt diferite in functie de nisa, de specificul fiecarui business in parte. Dar orienteaza-te dupa aceste idei generale:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Alege cu atentie culorile principale din prima pagina.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Si din tot site-ul. Ai grija ca mesajele tale text sa fie lizibile asa ca foloseste contrastul &#8211; grija mare cu fundalul negru sau culorile extrem de vii pe fundal alb. Mai important decat cum arata, e ca omul sa iti poata citi textele.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Foloseste fete umane in bannere si indicatori vizuali. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ai o fata care se uita gales in zare? In bannere fa-o sa se uite spre butonul de call to action. O mana care sta intinsa? Indreapt-o spre call-to-action. Vinzi pentru barbati? Foloseste si o femeie in banner (clientul tau isi va dori acelasi statut ca si barbatul din banner, la pieptul caruia sta o femeie).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Culorile deschise<\/strong>, vii, dau un impuls de activitate si optimism.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Culorile pale<\/strong> linistesc starea utilizatorului. In functie de ce alegi, pot transmite incredere, minimalism, confort etc.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Culorile inchise<\/strong> pot da senzatia de lux.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Dar nu fii atent doar la sensurile individuale ale culorilor. Impactul lor depinde de combinatia de culori folosita, de text si elementele grafice folosite &#8211; toate impreuna creeaza senzatia finala.<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Atentie la fonturi.<\/strong> Uneori, acestea fac diferenta mai mult decat imaginile sau textul folosit. Nu te aventura spre fonturi greu de citit, caligrafice sau cu cine stie ce inflorituri. Simplu si curat, sa fie usor de scanat.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cum trezeste palinca emotia? Prin culoare, prin bulele acelea de care vorbeam mai sus si prin povestea care o insoteste &#8211; de obicei, gazda iti va spune unde a fost facuta sau de unde e, din ce.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Poate vezi o para intreaga in sticla. Sau o scarita. Ce urmeaza la click &#8211; claritatea in exprimare<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ceea ce iti spun acum se aplica atat in prima pagina din magazinul tau, cat si in orice alta parte a site-ului sau mesajele de marketing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De fiecare data cand indemni utilizatorul sa dea un click, spune-i ce urmeaza sa se intample dupa click-ul respectiv.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Foloseste expresia de pe butoanele de call-to-action in concordanta cu urmarea lor. Vrei ca oamenii sa cumpere? Sa vada mai multe detalii? Sa intre intr-un concurs? Sa participe la un joc?<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Cu cat e mai specifica expresia, cu atat mai bine. <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Elimina orice element ce ar putea produce confuzie sau l-ar pune prea mult pe ganduri: cu cat utilizatorul gandeste mai putin, cu atat e mai sigur ca iti va urma indemnul.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La fel se intampla si cu palinca. <strong>Stii ca te va arde pe gat in jos dar ai si sentimentul de anticipatie &#8211; aroma si savoarea ce iti sta apoi pe limba. Doar sa nu o dai peste cap, ca pe shot. Lauda-ti marfa &#8211; pune accent pe produsul vedeta<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Nimeni nu iti va oferi palinca fara sa se laude: de unde e, din ce e facuta, ca e mai buna decat a vecinilor etc.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tot asa si in online.<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Vezi tu, prima pagina din magazinul tau are dublu scop: pe de o parte impresioneaza utilizatorii noi, oferindu-le un motiv sa prinda incredere in tine <\/strong>(cu alte cuvinte, contine mesaje puternice, testimoniale, imagini frumoase, un call-to-action clar, optiuni simple si usor de urmarit de navigare, top cele mai vandute \/ populare produse in magazin).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pe de alta parte, <strong>homepage-ul are si datoria de a ramane relevant pentru cei care au mai fost in site-ul tau sau clientii fideli.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cum ramane relevant? Aratand ultimele produse vizualizate si sugestii de produse diferite, in cazul in care user-ul e logat in cont. Poti, de asemenea, sa folosesti un al doilea banner in partea de sus, cu un gamification pentru clientii fideli sau oferta cu ultimele produse adaugate in magazin &#8211; produsele noi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De aceea ziceam mai sus sa iti lauza marfa: scoate in fata produsul \/ produsele vedeta pentru clientii noi dar si produsele noi, pentru clientii care te-au mai vizitat.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Nu uita si ca prezentarea determina calitatea perceputa.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Merge sa servesti oamenii cu palinca dintr-un pet de Borsec de 2 litri (vai si-amar daca o confunzi cu apa; copiii din Maramures stiu despre ce vorbesc). Dar parca arata mai bine turnata dintr-un canceu in paharele mici, cu motive traditionale.<\/p>\n<p>Cand eram mic, aveam acasa un set mostenit din mosi-stramosi, cu un canceu in forma de closca cu pui (pahare suuuper mici), din lut si vopsit in negru. Musafirilor le era mai mare dragul sa il vada. Foloseste-te de date pentru a-ti optimiza homepage-ul<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voi fi sincer cu tine. Ideea acestui articol a venit tocmai de la acest punct: folosirea datelor pentru optimizarea primei pagini din magazin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In ultima vreme am folosit heatmaps pentru a analiza cateva zeci de magazine online. Ceea ce am vazut in homepages mi-a confirmat asteptarile.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oamenii nu mai scrolleaza chiar atat de mult in magazine. Nu mai au rabdare nici cat aveau acum un an, conform statisticilor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-10399 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gomag.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/home-scroll-heatmap.gif\" alt=\"home-scroll-heatmap\" width=\"1279\" height=\"810\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cu cat mai lunga e prima pagina si cu cat mai jos afisezi informatii importante, cu atat ai mai multe sanse sa pierzi rapid interesul si atentia utilizatorilor.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Sfatul meu?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Limiteaza numarul de elemente din prima pagina<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: bannere, icon-uri de trust, testimoniale si eventual un rand de top produse \/ produse vedeta<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Nu adauga exemple de produse la toate categoriile din site<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, pastreaza pagina cat mai scurta<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Afiseaza cele mai importante informatii in partea de sus<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: date de contact, cos, search, link-uri spre cele mai importante landing page-uri, pe care vrei sa le scoti in evidenta: le pui in bannere, in meniu si poti sa le legi inclusiv de icon-urile de trust (link spre pagina separata de testimoniale, link spre politica de livrare \/ retur, diferentiatori puternici care se regasesc si in pagina despre noi etc.)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-10401 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gomag.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/borealy-home-click.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"1279\" height=\"810\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Care e paralela cu horinca?
