Si o sa iti raspund printr-o poveste \ud83d\ude42<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vezi tu, eu am crescut la tara.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Well, in genul acela de sat in care singurul magazin se numea \u201cCooperativa\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Era de fapt o camera obscura, suficient de slab luminata incat sa nu deranjeze betivii satului adormiti cu capul pe masa.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Iar cand \u201cbaciu\u2019 Ion\u201d (cu guler scrobit si sort invechit de-atatea spalari) iti cantarea la miligram napolitanele vrac, folosea un cantar cu greutati din perioada interbelica&#8230;?! Cred. Oricum, undeva aproape de mezolitic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Imagineaza-ti asta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Insa monopolul Cooperativei s-a terminat in momentul in care un nepot intors din <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">[insert here tara din vest]<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a deschis un magazin nou, nu departe de locatia primului magazin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ambele magazine vindeau cam aceeasi marfa: paine, mezeluri, paste, dulciuri, alcool si Saniuta, oale si detergenti, baterii, treninguri si slapi. De toate, ca la tara.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Noul magazin avea insa preturi putin mai mari la unele produse.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Ce s-a intamplat?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dupa perioada naturala de reticenta, magazinul cel nou a inceput sa aiba din ce in ce mai multi clienti&#8230; in ciuda preturilor mai mari.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De ce?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pai pentru ca, in primul rand, era curat. Era mai luminos; chiar vedeai pe loc ce cumparai, nu doar cand ieseai din magazin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De fiecare data cand iti faceai cumparaturile, stiai ca nu iti mai sufla nimeni in ceafa aburi de alcool.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dar daca ti-era pofta de-o bere si o poveste, aveai spatiu amenajat pe terasa din gradina &#8211; singurul loc unde puteai sa si fumezi (inaintea vremurilor, eh?).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In plus, tanti de la tejghea era mult mai dispusa sa imparta cu tine o barfa, sa faca glume, ori, dupa caz, sa te linguseasca.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dar divaghez.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ceea ce vreau sa intelegi e ca pretul nu inseamna totul atunci cand omul ia decizia de cumparare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mai conteaza si experienta pe care o asiguri.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Modul in care te pozitionezi.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Modul in care impachetezi produsele ca o solutie pentru ceea ce ii lipseste clientului.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acestia sunt diferentiatori.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Doar atunci cand diferentiatorii lipsesc, pretul ramane cel mai important factor de decizie.<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sfatul meu de azi pentru tine e sa te gandesti care sunt diferentiatorii tai:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce reputatie ai?\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cat de atenti, politicosi, bine pregatiti sunt angajatii tai?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Modul de impachetare a coletelor te poate diferentia?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Modul in care te promovezi te face sa iesi in evidenta ca brand (adica nu iti promovezi doar produsele)?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cine mai cumpara de la tine?<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cat de rapid livrezi? Ai o echipa care ii poate ridica vechiul frigider, in momentul in care ajunge cel nou de la tine. Poti sa te pozitionezi drept un magazin de lux pentru un public care e dispus sa dea cu 200 de lei in plus doar pentru dreptul de a se lauda celorlalti ca isi permit sa faca asta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asa ca vreau sa intelegi asta.
