Atrage atentia asupra experientei pe care o oferi<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acest lucru e valabil oricand, nu doar pe timp de criza.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Primul pas este sa evaluezi (sau re-evaluezi) customer journey \/ traseul clientului si punctele de contact cu brandul tau. Vezi cum poti sa imbunatatesti acest traseu si, eventual, sa il pregatesti pentru puncte primare de contact online (mai ales daca pana acum ai vandut doar local).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce e posibil sa trebuiasca sa faci?<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Sa scalezi capacitatea de ofertare <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; poate vei incepe sa vinzi la nivel national, sau poate vei vedea o crestere a cererii din mediul rural (si atunci intervin costurile pentru livrare cu km suplimentari), sau iti vei diversifica produsele si categoriile de produse pentru a raspunde nevoii de produse complementare. Am oferit mai multe scenarii.<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Dar procesul de scalare depinde de analizele si datele de care vorbeam la punctul 1.<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Sa stabilesti specific ce experiente oferi pentru clientii noi vs recurenti si care sunt costurile pentru fiecare<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; de ex., clientii noi iti ofera mai putine posibilitati de personalizare a experientei lor la cumparare. Dar dupa ce le faci prima vanzare, ii poti convinge sa iti ofere mai multe date (inclusiv data de nastere) pentru a personaliza ofertele si modul de comunicare cu fiecare. Prin intermediul lor, ii vei convinge sa cumpere de mai multe ori.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Sa le arati latura umana a brandului \/ empatie<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; sfatul meu e sa iti pregatesti foarte bine oamenii de suport si vanzari. Fiecare interactiune a clientului cu un angajat care iti reprezinta brandul se va reflecta in imaginea generala a firmei. Ce altceva mai cumpara? Pune accent pe comunitatea ta<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru afacerile locale, in aceasta perioada, pare greu sa tina legatura cu comunitatile lor. Dar exista deja o multime de exemple in online pentru ce ar putea sa faca:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Organizeaza un concurs <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; ai un <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">restaurant<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">? Pune-i sa voteze ce hamburger nou sa creezi pentru a-l adauga in meniu sau cu ce element traznit sa iti imbunatatesti gama de deserturi. Ai un <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">magazin de fashion<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">? Incurajeaza oamenii sa iti trimita video-uri sau poze, serioase sau haioase, cu \u201cparada modei\u201d la ei acasa, imbracati in hainele tale. Apoi premiaza cel mai votat material. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Materiale de constructii<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">? Indeamna-i sa faca o poza, sau un video, sau un desen cu casa visurilor lor. Well, poti sa il legi si de brand, dar asta inseamna ca esti unul cunoscut, pe care oamenii il cauta in mod constant.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Fii prezent zilnic<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; pe Instagram posteaza de cel putin 4 ori pe zi, pe Facebook de cel putin 2 ori pe zi, in inbox asigura-te ca ajungi cel putin odata pe saptamana. Planifica pentru ceea ce urmeaza<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trebuie sa fii realist &#8211; criza prin care trecem acum va afecta comportamentul consumatorilor, precum si comportamentul business-ului tau pentru mult timp de acum incolo. Chiar daca masurile se mai relaxeaza.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O alta realitate este ca de acum incolo nu iti mai permiti sa iti inchizi ochii si urechile. Va trebui sa ramai conectat la tot ceea ce se intampla, sa ramai prezent online si sa cauti in permanenta moduri prin care diversifici business-ul pe orice canal disponibil, pentru a preintampina viitoarele situatii.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si asta nu inseamna ceva rau, nicidecum.
