Cauta parteneri si incepe colaborarea cu ei in etapa pre-lansare<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aici ma refer la alte firme care vand, eventual, produse complementare, sau influenceri sau bloggeri sau lideri de opinie sau experti cunoscuti in domeniul tau.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru awareness &#8211; adica exact ce iti trebuie in aceasta etapa &#8211; aceste colaborari functioneaza extrem de bine. Sigur, vei avea nevoie si de un buget mai consistent pe care sa il aloci aici. Dar daca esti foarte la inceput si nici nu ai multi bani de investit, mai exista o optiune.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proprii tai influenceri.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si aici ma refer la\u2026 prietenii tai.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prietenii tai pot sa fie primii ambasadori ai magazinului tau, recomandandu-l mai departe cunoscutilor.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Iar cea mai buna cale ca recomandarile sa se transforme in vanzari e sa le dai si un cod de reducere personalizat, pe care sa il promoveze impreuna cu magazinul tau.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Citeste si: <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gomag.ro\/blog\/cum-planifici-lansarea-unui-nou-produs-1\/\"><b>Cum planifici o lansare de produs [Partea 1]<\/b><\/a><br \/>\n<a name=\"6\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2><b>6. Testeaza fluxul de vanzare in magazin<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nimic nu e mai frustrant decat sa atragi oamenii in site, sa investesti mult in reclame si tot felul de campanii\u2026 iar oamenii sa fie impiedicati sa cumpere pentru ca in site ceva nu functioneaza.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si aici nu ma refer la chitibusuri legate de nuante de culori sau altele. Ci la fluxul de vanzare, la paginile mega importante: de produs, de cos, de checkout, despre noi, homepage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mai intai, asigura-te ca paginile produselor vedeta si landing page-ul de oferta functioneaza si arata brici.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apoi fa o comanda pana la capat, atat de pe desktop, cat si de pe mobil. Sau roaga pe cineva sa o faca si sa iti spuna daca exista anumite elemente in pagini care ii stau in cale sau care lipsesc si i-ar da mai multa incredere daca le-ar vedea.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uita-te si in Google Search Console la paginile cu erori si rezolva-le. Nu e un capat de lume daca le ai, insa ar trebui sa le rezolvi cat mai repede.<\/span><br \/>\n<a name=\"7\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2><b>7. Fidelizeaza primii clienti si asigura-te ca iti aduc clienti noi<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Indiferent ca primii clienti vin din prelansare sau din lansarea propriu-zisa, ai grija sa ai pregatite cel putin bazele pentru experienta lor post-conversie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adica:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Autoresponderele<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: mail confirmare comanda, mail creare cont, mail de bun venit in comunitatea ta<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>O pagina de multumire<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, prin care sa ii convingi sa mai faca o actiune: sa iti dea adresa de email, daca nu au facut-o deja, sa descarce un material, sa te urmareasca in Social Media, sa isi completeze \/ salveze datele contului etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Elementele din colet:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> produsele impachetate asa cum trebuie, scoci personalizat cu logo-ul tau, scrisoare sau bilet de multumire, un voucher pentru urmatoarea lor comanda si un cod de reducere pe care sa il dea unui prieten, cadou, mostre, un cupon pentru acumulat puncte la fiecare comanda etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/help.gomag.ro\/hc\/ro\/articles\/115004930513-Puncte-de-fidelitate\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><b>Puncte de fidelitate<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> gata setate, si care se acorda automat.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Evident, oferi ce doresti tu in programul de fidelizare.
