Oamenii vor sa se asigure ca iau o decizie buna si ca echipa din spatele magazinului raspunde la telefon.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acesta e sfatul meu: afiseaza in pagina de finalizare comanda numarul de telefon la care te pot contacta. Adauga si programul \/ orarul in care esti disponibil.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru ca exista persoane care suna in weekend sau dupa ora 21:00 sau la alte ore ciudate. Utilizeaza aplicatii de chat<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Exista o multime de aplicatii gratuite pe care le poti utiliza in platforma ta. Acele mesaje grafice care vorbesc despre garantia produselor, despre partea de retur si mesajele definite.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poti sa mai utilizezi logo-urile procesatorilor de plati &#8211; oamenii care fac plati online cunosc deja procesatorii respectivi &#8211; sunt informatii familiare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De asemenea, adauga logo-uri de la diferite entitati la care ai aderat, diferite organizatii sau premii pe care le-ai castigat, si le folosesc si alte magazine: de exemplu, Trusted sau GPeC.<\/span><b><\/b><br \/>\n<a name=\"5\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2><b>5. Evidentiaza butonul call-to-action<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asigura-te ca butonul de finalizare comanda are o culoare total diferita fata de alte elemente grafice prezente in pagina de checkout.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cum te asiguri? Departeaza-te 3-4 metri fata de desktop si vezi cat de bine iese in evidenta butonul de Trimite comanda. One-Time Offer<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ai o oferta unica?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Foloseste <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/help.gomag.ro\/hc\/ro\/articles\/360011804540-One-Time-Offer\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">aplicatia One-Time Offer<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, prin care poti sa le prezinti clientilor tai o oferta unica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poti sa asociezi produselor adaugate in cos un alt produs la un pret unic, pe care nu il mai pot gasi in alta parte in magazinul online.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De ce functioneaza?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Foarte multi oameni fac achizitii la impuls si sunt atrasi de pretul unui alt produs \/ accesoriu, pe care il pot obtine impreuna cu produsul pe care si-l doresc deja si l-au adaugat in cos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Iti recomand sa identifici foarte bine produsele asociate pe care le-ar cumpara oamenii impreuna cu produsele vandute de tine.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Am vazut foarte multe exemple in care, dupa mai multe teste, clientii nostri au descoperit produse care grabesc acest proces de vanzare &#8211; functioneaza extrem de bine.<\/span><b><\/b><br \/>\n<a name=\"7\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2><b>7. Pop-up recuperare cos<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acest pop-up se declanseaza doar atunci cand utilizatorul are intentia sa inchida pagina, sa iasa din pagina de finalizare comanda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aici poti sa stabileste vouchere \/ discount-uri pentru produsele pe care le-a adaugat utilizatorul in cos. Transport gratuit<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nu mai e niciun secret &#8211; majoritatea clientilor isi doresc sa primeasca gratuit produsele comandate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De multe ori, suma produselor comandate este destul de mica si tu, ca antreprenor, nu iti permiti sa oferi transport gratuit.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dar poti sa definesti diferite reguli pentru care oferi livrare gratuita.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De exemplu, cand oamenii cumpara peste 100 de lei, 150, 200 &#8211; depinde de produsele tale si de marja pe care o au acestea, si ai activata o astfel de regula, clientii vad cat mai trebuie sa cumpere pentru a obtine transport gratuit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cand utilizatorul primeste ceva in mod gratuit are mult mai mari sanse sa duca la final procesul inceput, cel de finalizare comanda. Testeaza acest lucru.<\/span><b><\/b><br \/>\n<a name=\"9\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2><b>9. Cadouri in cosul de cumparaturi<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clientii tai pot sa profite de acest lucru, vad ca primesc ceva in plus, au optiuni diferite de la tine versus alte magazine.
