Afla cum sa vinzi mai mult!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>De ce sa tintesti sentimentul de apartenenta cand vrei sa vinzi mai mult?<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Natura umana ne confera o dorinta puternica de a apartine de ceva: un grup, un clan, o banda, o familie sau o retea sociala, indiferent ce forma ia comunitatea de care dorim sa apartinem.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> In consecinta, cel mai adesea, clientii cumpara bunuri si servicii pentru a se exprima sau a simti ca apartin \u201clucrului\u201d ales, o senzatie fie reala, fie fabricata.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sportul este un loc perfect in care sa vedem psihologia apartenentei in actiune. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Incepand de la competitii internationale cum ar fi Cupa Mondiala si pana la evenimente sportive locale, e vizibil: fanii vin impreuna intr-un grup compact, fluturand steaguri si pancarte, imbracati in culorile echipei favorite, intonand imnuri etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acestia sunt motivati de o conexiune emotionala cu propria echipa, care este o reflexie atat a sinelui personal cat si a echipei. Al doilea sistem este controlat, constient, incet si cere o doza de efort.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cu alte cuvinte, sistemul unu este procesatorul nostru emotional pe cand sistemul doi este cel rational, logic. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Primul este activ in permanenta, din acest motiv reactionezi instinctiv emotional si ai tendinta sa judeci abia mai tarziu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ideea e ca de fiecare data cand sistemul unu ia o decizie bazata pe emotii, sistemul doi o va trece prin filtrele ratiunii. Din ambele procesari rezulta decizia finala.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Haide sa luam doar cateva rivalitati de brand celebre. La fel cum am spus si in restul articolelor: oamenii isi indeplinesc nevoile partial rational dar alegerea prin care isi acopera nevoile respective vine din verbul \u201ca vrea\u201d, adica din emotie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asta nu ne impiedica sa ne justificam deciziile prin argumente rationale. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De exemplu, un barbat vede un banner cu fotografia unei masini sport si instant, se indragosteste de ea. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cu toate acestea, nu o poate cumpara doar pe baza acestei emotii asa ca citeste detaliile tehnice despre motorul puternic, functionalitatile privitoare la siguranta si costul scazut de intretinere.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El vrea masina pentru ca il face sa se simta bine. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dar nu o va cumpara decat daca isi poate justifica achizitia rational.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Citeste si: <\/span><b><a href=\"http:\/\/www.silkmart.ro\/blog\/8-emotii-ale-clientului-prin-care-sa-iti-cresti-vanzarile\/\">8 Emotii Ale Clientului Prin Care Sa Iti Cresti Vanzarile<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Aceeasi emotie de apartenenta a dus la crearea efectului sociologic numit bandwagon. <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acest efect se bazeaza pe tendinta oamenilor de a face anumite lucruri deoarece si alti oameni le fac. Practic, este o forma de anulare a deciziei personale prin copierea deciziilor si alegerilor unei multimi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Doar nu credeai ca Black Friday este ziua in care toata populatia unei tari are nevoie sa cumpere produse si servicii. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nu, dar toata lumea cumpara, asa ca de ce nu ar cumpara si clientii tai, de la tine?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alte exemple ale efectului bandwagon sunt reclamele Coca Cola din campanii precum \u201cHai sa mancam impreuna\u201d sau \u201cMusic.Together\u201d unde este surprinsa atmosfera de familie, prietenie, comunitate. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mai pe scurt, senzatia de apartenenta. Vorbim despre acelasi efect daca observam comunitatea de elita creata in jurul mega brandului Apple.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tot in aceeasi idee, produsele farmaceutice arata un consens indicand un numar de profesionisti care recomanda produsul. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De exemplu, reclama pentru o periuta de dinti sau pentru un medicament impotriva durerilor in gat, poate spune: \u201c8 din 10 medici recomanda acest produs\u201d, \u201cpasta de dinti numarul 1 recomandata de medicii dentisti\u201d etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aici intra in scena parerea identica a mai multor specialisti, astfel ca eficienta produsului este considerata dovedita.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asadar, cum sa trezesti nevoia de apartenenta a oamenilor in cadrul strategiilor tale de marketing?<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>1. Foloseste combinatii de emotii, alaturi de apartenenta<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este important sa intelegi ca inainte de a selecta o anumita emotie in materialele tale de promovare, trebuie sa stabilesti profilul clientului tau ideal (Buyer Persona). <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ceea ce merge pentru altii, poate nu este potrivit pentru site-ul tau si, in loc sa iti creasca rata de conversie, ii poate indeparta pe clienti. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In orice caz, exista o paleta de emotii care functioneaza pentru orice site, printre care se numara si apartenenta: pozitivism, incredere, invidie, frica, valoare si recompensa imediata.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>De asemenea, nu trebuie sa folosesti doar o singura emotie ca trigger. <\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poti sa faci anumite combinatii, cum este apartenenta + invidie. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De exemplu, am selectat magazinul Borealy.ro, care intampina vizitatorul cu un banner interesant de studiat. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avem verbe care indeamna la actiune (descopera, cumpara), o oferta atragatoare (reduceri de pana la 50%) si imaginea unei femei care poarta unul dintre produsele comercializate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sa ne imaginam ca o femeie la 20 si ceva de ani (cu potentiale ganduri de casatorie) acceseaza site-ul iar primul lucru pe care il vede este acest banner. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aceasta va fi atrasa sa cumpere din cauza imaginii din stanga si a textului de dimensiuni mari din dreapta (si butonul de call-to-action).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De ce? Va fi invidioasa pe femeia din imagine care are atat trasaturi frumoase. cat si un produs deosebit (mana stanga si inelarul dovedesc o iminenta casatorie). Creeaza oferte si ghiduri pentru cei la care tin clientii tai<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sentimentul de apartenenta actioneaza complex la nivelul audientei tale. De exemplu, pentru a-si demonstra sentimentele si apartenenta la un grup, familie, comunitate, clientii cumpara cadouri.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tocmai de aceea sunt atat de propice vanzarilor unele sezoane din an: sarbatorile de iarna, sarbatorile pascale, 1-8 Martie, zilele de nastere etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Corect, aici intervine si sentimentul de iubire, dar este combinat cu nevoia de apartenenta, de a demonstra concret ca are o legatura stransa cu una sau mai multe persoane.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In aceste sezoane este momentul perfect asiguri reduceri si oferte, sa creezi ghiduri de cadouri prin care sa le oferi clientilor ponturi pentru achizitionarea cadoului perfect. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Crede-ma, iti vor fi recunoscatori ca le-ai oferit o mana de ajutor atunci cand au avut nevoie. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Prin urmare, se vor intoarce si pe viitor in site-ul tau, cumparand alte produse sau servicii.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><b>Pont<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Foloseste imagini reprezentative, care sa le transmita o senzatie de bine si care ii determina sa isi doreasca sa faca parte din comunitatea clientilor tai fericiti. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Imaginile trebuie sa transmita doar pozitivism (zambete, elemente non-verbale care transmit entuziasmul, grupuri de oameni care zambesc, rad etc.). <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De exemplu, in functie de subiectul ghidurilor tale foloseste o imagine reprezentativa cu un grup de prieteni, un cuplu fericit tinandu-se de mana, doua persoane imbratisandu-se etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b style=\"line-height: 1.7em;\">4.
