Fluxul de comanda &#8211; exista bariere in calea cumparatorilor?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La ce ma refer cand spun flux de comanda?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La optimizarea paginilor prin care trece un client, din momentul in care intra in site si pana dupa ce a finalizat o comanda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acum, e drept ca nu toti clientii urmeaza aceeasi cale. Continut &#8211; exista continut pe care trebuie sa il actualizezi \/ elimini?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bannere, pop-up, descrieri din site.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Concentreaza-te in principal pe aceste tipuri de continut.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apoi, uita-te si in articolele de pe blogul magazinului, scrisoarea care insoteste coletele si in video-urile postate pe canalul de YouTube (daca le ai).<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>La ce sa fii atent?<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Schimba bannerele, sa fie relevante la sezon si promotiile pe care le rulezi acum <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; de multe ori am vazut sanii trase de reni si mosi craciun in timp ce magazinul incerca sa vanda produse de primavara. Sunt complete? Includ promotii sau produse pe care nu le mai vinzi? Promotii &#8211; rulezi aceleasi promotii de cand lumea si pamantul?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E mai confortabil sa stabilesti din start anumite procente de reducere si sa le afisezi <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">forever <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">in site.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Insa aceste reduceri nu sunt si cele mai atragatoare.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Au un impact asupra utilizatorilor care intra pentru prima data in site, insa nu au niciun efect asupra vizitatorilor recurenti &#8211; cei care sunt si dispusi sa cheltuiasca mai mult in magazinul tau.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>De aceea, arunca un ochi pe promotiile tale.\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si fa o schimbare. Daca nu iti vine neaparat sa schimbi procentul de reducere, gandeste-te la un mod de impachetare atragator pentru OFERTA:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Implici produsul intr-o campanie de sezon<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oferi un cod de reducere valabil doar intr-o anumita perioada de timp<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oferi un cod de reducere valabil pe viata<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cresti valoarea punctelor de fidelitate<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oferi cadouri la comenzile cu o valoare mai mare<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oferi servicii extra, folositoare pentru clienti<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Exista o multime de lucruri pe care le poti face, cu costuri mici, pentru a face o oferta mai buna.
