Imi place sa descopar lucruri noi, sa experimentez.\u00a0 Nu-mi plac regulile impuse, doar ca pentru ca \u201casa se face\u201d.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>2. Magazinul tau online vinde cu platforma Gomag. In ce consta business-ul tau si ce il face unic fata de alte afaceri?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Craftlaser.ro ofera produse de artizanat urban, personalizate, intr-un mediu autentic, pentru clientii pretentiosi care cauta cadouri #editielimitata, invaluite in magia zambetelor<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cine suntem noi?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Suntem Andreea si Alex, si in anul 2017 am inceput un proiect super indraznet, realizand suveniruri gravate pentru principalele obiective turistice din Romania.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Produsele sunt realizate in atelierul nostru din Oradea, toate desenele de pe suveniruri fiind realizate manual de catre artistul local Adrian Samoila.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In acest moment avem colaborari cu: Castelul Peles Sinaia, Cetatea Alba Carolina (Alba Iulia), Castelul Huniazilor din Hunedoara, Cetatea Oradea, Castelul Karolyi Carei, Bucuresti (magazinul de suveniruri Old Town Souvenirs), Art&amp;Craft (aeroportul Henry Coanda Bucuresti, Sibiu si Cluj Napoca), Brasov (Rope Street Museum), Cluj Napoca, Muzeul National al Bucovinei, Castelul Bran etc<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De la suveniruri gravate, unicate, pana la crearea de cadouri personalizate nu a fost decat un pas. Incet, gama de produse artizanale urbane personalizate s-a diversificat si in prezent realizam o serie de cadouri (din nou, unice \ud83d\ude42) care aduc zambete pe fetele clientilor nostri.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>In anul 2018 ne-am gandit sa incercam gravura pe piele naturala. Nu am stat foarte mult pe ganduri, am aplicat pe Programul Start Up si am obtinut o finantare pentru a ne achizitiona echipamentele necesare realizarii de genti si accesorii din piele gravate si brodate.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prin acest proiect ne-am propus sa cream povesti de viata asortate cu pasiune si dedicare avand ca rezultat final realizarea de genti si accesorii din piele natura, realizate manual, personalizate prin broderie si gravura.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nu i-am uitat nici pe barbati; ca urmare, am realizat produse speciale pentru partenerii nostri pentru ca stim ca si ei se bucura sa poarte accesorii cu personalitate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Folosim doar piele naturala de cea mai buna calitate si captuseala din bumbac, fina la atingere si simtire. Nu facem rabat de la calitate si de la zambete!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru ca stim ca fiecare persoana este unica, are personalitate distincta, am adus si in acest domeniu personalizarea produselor noastre: culorile broderiilor, culoarea cusaturii gentii, modelul gravat.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fiecare produs #craftlaser se poate personaliza GRATUIT si prin adaugarea unui text\/mesaj\/nume.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In prioada care tocmai a trecut, datorita Covid, ne-am reinventat. Stiam c\u0103 lucrurile nu vor mai fi la fel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si, pentru ca sustinem educatia orientata spre propria descoperire de sine, am creat o colectie de jocuri educative, tip puzzle, din lemn, care pot fi folosite atat de catre copii, cat si de catre adulti. Toate jocurile noastre sunt finisate manual (slefuire, vopsire cu bait non toxic pe baza de apa).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Motto-ul nostru este: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zambeste vietii si ea iti va zambi inapoi.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Din spatiul nostru de fericire e usor sa aducem zambetul pe buzele celor dragi, prin oferirea unui cadou de suflet. Ce te-a motivat sa iti deschizi propria afacere online?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Online-ul a venit ca o componenta complementara a suvenirurilor gravate pe lemn pe care deja le realizam.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru ca deja lucram cu lemn, de Craciun ne-am gandit sa realizam globuri personalizate cu nume si fotografii.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Realizand deja prima colectie de globuri pe care am vandut-o pe Facebook, anul urmator ne-am propus sa trecem la nivelul urmator si sa cream si un site web. Pentru ca deja era primavara, am adaugat si alte cadouri personalizate.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si, pentru ca anul trecut ne-a cam luat prin surprindere si ne-am trezit ca suntem constransi sa stam mai mult in casa (bunici, parinti, copii), am creat jocurile educative tip puzzle pentru copii.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Astfel, online-ul s-a dezvoltat incet, dar sigur\u2026natural, organic, venind astfel in intampinarea nevoilor clientilor nostri.\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le-am ascultat nevoile si am actionat.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aveam nevoie, insa, de o platforma user-friendly si astfel am ajuns la platforma actuala, de care noi suntem extrem de mandri si care ne asigura o comunicare foarte directa cu prietenii nostri.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bineinteles ca am expus si suvenirurile pe care noi le realizam deja.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asa a venit idea de a porni si un blog pe platforma online, in care sa povestim despre Romania, sa incurajam turistii sa viziteze Romania. Si astfel, acum dezvoltam un proiect de promovare a Romaniei, prin ochii nostri.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nu vrem sa cream un blog de calatorii, de tip unde sa ne cazam si unde sa mancam, ci un blog de decoperire si promovare a principalelor obiective turistice din Romania, ce poti vizita daca ajungi intr-o anumita regiune, care e istoria locurilor.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>4. Care e cea mai mare satisfactie de business de pana acum? Dar cel mai mare risc pe care ti l-ai asumat?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In mod sigur, cea mai mare satisfactie o reprezinta zambetele clientilor.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si mi-a ramas in minte o poveste tare draguta: creasem o colectie de semne de carte \u201cColectia Regala\u201d, colectie pe care acum o gasiti la magazinul official de suveniruri de la Castelul Peles.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru ca eram tare incantati de aceasta colectie, am facut o postare rapida pe pagina noastra de Facebook, in care am aratat aceste minunatii. Reactiile au aparut imediat, iar o doamna a vrut neaparat un semn de carte cu Regina Maria.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I-am spus ca suvenirurile au fost livrate deja la Peles, iar ea impreuna cu familia au si plecat a doua zi (doamna locuia in Bucuresti) sa cumpere acel semn de carte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mi-a trimis apoi o fotografie cu semnul de carte, in timp ce se intorceau acasa, fiind extrem de incantata de noua achizitie.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Iar zambetul pe care l-am primit noi? Priceless \ud83d\ude0a\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Riscurile in business sunt inerente, pentru ca ceea ce creezi tu la un moment dat poate sa nu fie ceea ce-si doresc oamenii.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ideea este ca trebuie sa fii extrem de apropiat de clientii tai, sa-i asculti, sa vezi care sunt nevoile lor si sa vii in permanenta in intampinarea lor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dar da, in viata si in business trebuie sa risti.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trebuie sa inveti sa te aliniezi tu cu tine\u2026.si sa inveti cand sa spui DA si cand sa spui NU, dar autentic si in totala integritate cu tine si cu valorile tale.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>5. Ce metoda a functionat cel mai bine in cazul afacerii tale, pentru a atrage clienti si a-ti face magazinul cunoscut?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bucuria cu care vorbesc despre ce facem noi in atelierul #craftlaser.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pasiunea si bucuria se transmite in exterior. Din ce in ce mai multi oameni aleg calea antreprenoriala, femei si barbati deopotriva. Care crezi ca sunt cele mai mari provocari pe care le intampina antreprenorii la inceput de drum?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cred ca cele mai mari provocari sunt: neincrederea in sine, in produs, fricile noastre cele de toate zilele (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">daca nu o sa mearga, daca o sa esuez, daca<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2026acei foarte multi daca).<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>7. Stim deja ca antreprenoriatul nu e doar &#8222;lapte si miere&#8221;. Au fost momente in care ai vrut sa renunti la business-ul tau? Ce te-a motivat sa mergi mai departe?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Da, au fost cateva momente, in care nu m-am simtit absolut deloc stapana pe mine si am fost tentata sa aleg calea usoara\u2026 renuntarea.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Orice inceput e greu, cu suisuri si coborasuri, cu momente in care poate nu mai vezi luminita de la capatul tunelului.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Momentul de lockdown de anul trecut a fost unul dintre ele. Am realizat ca turismul nu va mai fi si a trebuit sa facem un pas in spate. Si a trebuit sa ne reiventam.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Atunci am creat jocurile educative tip puzzle pentru copii. Dar, da, intr-un prim moment a fost gandul ca nu vom reusi sa trecem prin asta.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A fost teama de necunoscut. A fost blocajul mental.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dar am luat o pauza, am mers un pas in spate\u2026si am lasat lucrurile sa se aseze.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si din aceasta retragere au inceput apoi sa vina idei. Si claritate. Dar cred ca cel mai important a fost sa acceptam ca trebuie sa ne oprim, sa ne dam un pas in spate si sa ne schimbam perspectiva din care ne uitam la business.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>8. Ce sfat ai pentru noua generatie de antreprenori si pentru femeile care isi doresc propria lor afacere?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cred ca cel mai important pas e sa actioneze!\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sa aiba curajul sa inceapa!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sa nu mai amane!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In primul rand, sa stie foarte clar ce vrea sa faca, care e activitatea pe care vrea sa o desfasoare, sa studieze piata, sa stie si sa inteleaga clar care sunt nevoile clientilor.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De asemenea, sa studieze permanent, atat piata pe care o deserveste, dar sa invete sa se cunoasca si pe sine insasi si sa evolueze ea ca persoana.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inainte de a fi antreprenoare, esti o fiinta umana in permanenta schimbare si dezvoltare.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si sa studieze tehnici si instrumente de antreprenoriat, tehnici de vanzare, de comunicare, de business in general. In antreprenoriat trebuie sa studiezi permanent.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chiar cand faci curatenie in casa \u2013 pune un podcast pe telefon\u2026 si crede-ma ca vei avea mai mult spor! \ud83d\ude0a\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><em><b>Cartea sau autorul preferat?<\/b><\/em><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aici e greu\u2026 pentru ca sunt atat de multe carti preferate!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Totusi, o sa fac un TOP 5, ordinea fiind total aleatorie:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Singur pe lume \u2013 Hector Malot (cartea copilariei mele)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Memoriile unei gheise \u2013 Arthur Golden<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Conversatii cu Dumnezeu \u2013 N.D. Personalizarea la nivel individual<\/strong> \u2014 In 2026, clientii asteapta comunicare care le reflecta istoricul, preferintele si comportamentul.
