Conform studiilor recente, brandurile consistente genereaza cu 23% mai multe venituri, iar 77% dintre consumatori cumpara de la branduri in care au incredere. In Romania, piata de eCommerce a depasit 8 miliarde EUR in 2025, iar pe platforma Gomag, peste 4.500 de magazine online active isi construiesc zilnic identitatea de brand cu ajutorul a peste 151 de aplicatii dedicate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asadar, te invitam sa descoperi mai multe despre importanta brandingului in business, dar si sfaturile Cristinei pentru un business de succes.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>De la multinationala la antreprenoriat<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cristina are o experienta extinsa in lucrul cu clientii business.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dar, dupa 10 ani de activitate in multinationale, si-a dat seama ca isi doreste sa faca un singur lucru: <\/span><b>retail<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201e<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mi-am dat seama ca, de fapt, as vrea sa lucrez in zona de retail, si ca mi s-ar parea foarte frumos sa reusesc sa fac ceva care sa se adreseze consumatorului final<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d, ne spune Cristina.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Atunci cand te adresezi unei companii, comunicarea si procesul de vanzare sunt destul de anevoioase si complicate. La polul opus, in retail, traseul catre client si comunicarea directa cu acesta este mai facila, mai palpabila.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201e<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E ca o relatie de familie, vorbesti direct cu consumatorul final. Desi nu intentiona sa deschida un magazin, o calatorie la Paris a schimbat totul.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201e<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mi-am dat seama ca exista o anumita categorie de oameni care nu sunt adresati de nimeni, nu sunt targetati de nimeni. Pe zona de carte nu stiam sa fie nicio colectie macar a unei edituri care sa se adreseze acestor oameni, care sunt foarte ofertanti<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d, ne spune Cristina.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prima carte pe care Cristina a publicat-o in Romania a fost <\/span><b>Born to Run<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Nascuti pentru a alerga) de Christopher McDougall, o carte fenomen la care Cristina revine cu mult drag chiar si acum.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Astfel a aparut primul magazin.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Magazinul s-a bucurat de succes, iar acest lucru a fost un catalizator bun care a motivat-o pe Cristina sa exploreze mai mult zona de branding.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201e<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mi-am dat seama ca ar trebui sa vin cu ceva nou. Si m-am gandit sa nu mai promovez cartea ca produs, ci ca experienta. Pentru mine e un ritual in sine. Mie imi place sa-mi pregatesc sesiunile de citit ca pe o sesiune la SPA. Un rasfat pe care ti-l dai tu tie. [&#8230;] Imi doream foarte mult sa lucrez cu o firma romaneasca, cu care sa pot vorbi, care sa nu automatizeze totul. Am observat ca oamenii sunt foarte deschisi si ca sunt multi care stiu despre ce e vorba<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d, ne spune Cristina.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cu toate acestea, marile magazine de specialitate din Paris sau Londra dau tonul si inspiratia pentru produsele pe care Cristina le pune la dispozitie publicului din Romania.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Ce urmeaza?<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cristina intentioneaza sa deschida un magazin fizic pentru pasionatii de ciocolata.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201e<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O sa ne ajute foarte mult pe zona de branding si imagine.<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Totodata, Cristina ne spune ca intentioneaza sa completeze experienta pozitiva a clientilor sai cu materiale video, live-uri si materiale (retete) pe blog.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Motivatia in business<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru foarte multi antreprenori, feedback-ul clientilor poate reprezenta o motivatie suficient de puternica pentru a depasi orice obstacol si de a merge mai departe.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201e<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Firma ta este copilul tau.
