Astfel, poti sa stabilesti o legatura mai apropiata cu clientii tai.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mai mult, poti sa grabesti procesul de vanzare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dar\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conteaza foarte mult si comunicarea ulterioara (onboarding) &#8211; procesul prin care ii comunici noului abonat cine esti, ce faci si la ce sa se astepte pe viitor.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><b>Sfaturi practice pentru a incepe sa folosesti emailul:<\/b><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daca ai un magazin mic si ai sub 1000 de comenzi\/ luna, iti recomand sa trimiti newsletter-uri de pe adresa personala.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Astfel stabilesti o relatie personala cu baza ta de date.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ulterior, poti trece la o adresa de contact\/ info\/ relatii clienti la care oamenii sa poata da reply.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nu am fost niciodata de acord cu acele emailuri de tipul <\/span><b>do not reply<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; sunt reci, impersonale si tin clientii la distanta.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong><a name=\"2\"><\/a>Cum poti avea mai mult impact cu emailurile tale<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Atunci cand oferi o serie de sfaturi despre cum poti face anumite lucruri mai bine, fie in business, sau in plan personal &#8211; puterea exemplului primeaza.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asa ca am sa iti spun exact cum s-a intamplat in cazul Gomag :).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cand am inceput sa colectam adrese de email si pana sa ajungem la primii 1000 de abonati, trimiteam 2 newslettere pe saptamana.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asa si? nu uita de cartile de vizita.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adauga intr-o baza de date adresele colectate si trimite-le un mesaj de multumire prin care ii inviti sa vada un continut creat de tine (de exemplu, un video) sau le poti oferi un voucher pentru anumite produse.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Important!<\/b><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nu uita sa ceri consimtamantul persoanelor de la care ai colectat adresele de email.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In cazul site-ului tau, asigura-te ca ai pusa la punct sectiunea de GDPR si cookies (link cu bifa) prin care vizitatorul poate afla ce se intampla cu adresa lui de email.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<h2><strong><a name=\"4\"><\/a>Email marketing &#8211; organizare si bune practici<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h4><b>Segmentarea emailurilor<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poti face segmentare in functie de <\/span><b>istoricul clientului<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De exemplu, segmenteaza si creeaza liste de email cu clientii cei mai vechi\/ clientii care au cumparat de mai multe ori de la tine\/ au cumparat anumite tipuri de produse etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daca esti un business mai serios care lucreaza la crearea avatarului de client, poti colecta si informatii precum data de nastere (poti face asta printr-un program de gamification) prin care acestia completeaza formulare etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Citeste si: <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gomag.ro\/blog\/gamification-cum-iti-cresti-vanzarile-trimitandu-l-pe-client-la-joaca\/\"><b>Gamification: Cum Iti Cresti Vanzarile Trimitandu-l Pe Client La Joaca<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<h4><b>Atentie!<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nu segmenta prea mult, deoarece vei avea liste mici si nu vei avea cea mai buna imagine asupra business-ului tau.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Retine!<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trimite emailul de <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bun venit<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> prin care ii poti incuraja pe oameni sa iti raspunda la anumite intrebari sau sa iti trimita ei intrebari si sa te urmareasca pe retelele de socializare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mai mult, poti sa <\/span><b>deschizi o secventa de emailuri.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Realizeaza o serie de continut informativ\/ educativ, dar nu uita sa notifici noul abonat ca urmeaza sa primeasca o serie de emailuri.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Emailurile pot fi trimise la intervale de 2-3 zile. Depinde si de cat de mult continut ai, tipul de produs\/ serviciu si cat este de valoros.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daca ai produse mai scumpe, procesul de castigare a increderii clientului este mai lung.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-16861 size-full\" title=\"email gofunnel\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gomag.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/email-gofunnel.jpg\" alt=\"email gofunnel\" width=\"588\" height=\"815\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.gomag.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/email-gofunnel.jpg 588w, https:\/\/www.gomag.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/email-gofunnel-480x665.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 588px, 100vw\" \/><\/p>\n<p><b>Pont!<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Completeaza in emailul tau si adresa fizica a magazinului (creste increderea) si o semnatura.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Email de finalizare comanda<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Foloseste un nume personal si chiar o poza a persoanei care se ocupa de platforma\/ comenzi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daca o persoana si-a creat cont pe site-ul tau, dar nu a cumparat &#8211; poti face o secventa diferita de email prin care sa ii comunici beneficiile si avantajele plasarii comenzii pe site.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daca si platforma ta (la fel ca platforma Gomag) trimite email dupa crearea contului, poti sa ii comunici si beneficiile pe care le are acel cont, sa ii oferi un voucher pentru urmatoarea comanda sau link-uri catre noile oferte.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Email de recuperare cos<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nu toti cumpara imediat dupa ce si-au facut un cont pe site-ul tau.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unele persoane pot cumpara a doua zi, altele dupa 3-4 zile.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este indicat sa grabesti acest proces de decizie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seteaza trimiterea unui email dupa 30 de minute de la abandonarea cosului, fara oferta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daca mesajul nu genereaza o actiune (vanzare), trimite un email nou dupa 3-4 ore.
