Creeaza continut de calitate care sa sustina vanzarea<\/b><b><\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Cu totii stim deja ca marketing-ul prin continut este o metoda extraordinara pentru a obtine rezultate pe termen lung: trafic, lead-uri si vanzari.<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Partea buna e ca ai la dispozitie o multime de tipuri de continut pe care le poti crea si promova: articole pe blog, postari Social Media, webinarii, postari in grupuri, newslettere etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acum, nu o sa iti spun ce continut sa creezi neaparat. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Dar iti voi arata cateva tehnici care ajuta la constructia unor piloni de continut pentru vanzare:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Adauga detalii precise pentru credibilitate <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; cifrele exacte (peste 100.000 de clienti fericiti vs. 143.000 de clienti feliciti) sau detaliile explicite sunt o garantie ca afirmatia facuta este adevarata.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Foloseste verbe de actiune, la diateza activa <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; da click, vezi, descopera, bucura-te, lasa-ne adresa ta etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Proiecteaza o asteptare in mintea clientului <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; spune-i daca va fi un ghid PDF gratuit, un webinar de 40 de minute sau un text pe care il va consuma in 3 minute. Altfel zis, spune-i ce nivel de dedicare astepti din partea lui si lasa-l sa decida daca e pregatit pentru asta sau nu.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Scoate in evidenta CE CASTIGA CLIENTUL<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; suntem obisnuiti sa povestim despre caracteristicile produselor sau despre cat de bune sunt. Dar secretul, daca vrei vanzarea, e sa ii spui tu clar <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ce are de castigat in momentul in care face comanda. Creeaza secvente de lead nurturing<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Am vazut o multime de magazine online care fac lead generation. M-am abonat la sute.\u00a0<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dar mai mult de jumatate dintre acestea mi-au trimis un mail prin care sa confirm ca vreau sa ma abonez, iar apoi au disparut cu desavarsire\u2026 pana la primul Black Friday :).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vezi tu, e foarte ok sa faci lead generation.<\/span><b> Insa nu te opri acolo, fa ceva cu datele colectate.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si aici intervine strategia de lead nurturing &#8211; sa ai grija de prospecti, sa le mentii interesul si sa-i ghidezi natural spre vanzare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lead nurturing se bazeaza foarte mult pe comunicarea pe email si serii de email-uri. Le poti face din tool-ul tau de trimitere email-uri sau, pentru clienti, cu <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/help.gomag.ro\/hc\/ro\/articles\/360011400254-Email-Bot\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GoBoti<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><br \/>\n<a name=\"3\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2><b>3. Pregateste-ti site-ul pentru vanzari<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Nu toate magazinele online sunt la fel. Si nu ma refer aici la ce vand in site.\u00a0<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diferenta intre magazinele la inceput de drum si cele care au deja vanzari constante e faptul ca acestea din urma au facut suficiente modificari si adaugiri in site, astfel incat acesta <\/span><b>este optimizat pentru clientii lor<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, nu dupa cum vrea proprietarul.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Well, e normal sa treci totul prin prisma ta, dar incearca sa nu fii prea categoric. Tu nu esti toata lumea; nu esti clientii tai astfel incat sa stii cu certitudine ca una sau alta trebuie neaparat sa se afle in site-ul tau.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Mai degraba bazeaza-te pe ceea ce iti spun cifrele si rapoartele\u2026 si testele realizate de oameni care lucreaza zi de zi in online.<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Insa pentru ca trebuie sa pornesti de undeva, ti-am pregatit o mica lista cu lucrurile pe care le-am observat noi la cele mai performante magazine.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Nu ascunde nicio informatie care ar trebui sa fie stiuta de clienti<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; ma refer la costurile de livrare, diferentiatorii tai (spune-i clar, si lasa subtilitatea acasa) etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Foloseste-te de ghidaje vizuale pentru ierarhia informatiei <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; dimensiuni mai mari pentru titluri, o culoare contrastanta pentru butoanele call-to-action (adauga in cos, ma abonez etc.), bold pe intertitluri (inclusiv in descrierile de produse).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Nu folosi poze stock <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; mai degraba faci poze cu tine si prietenii tai pentru a le folosi in site, in loc sa refolosesti aceleasi imagini pe care sigur oamenii le-au vazut deja.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<h4><b>Scapa de elementele de frictiune\u00a0<\/b><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; <\/span><b>procesele prea lungi <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">si complicate (ex., finalizarea comenzii),\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211;<\/span><b> lipsa de personalitate <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(ex., pozele stock, mesajele prea generale, lipsa USP),\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; <\/span><b>descrierile de produs incomplete<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sau prea scurte,\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; <\/span><b>informatiile importante pe care clientul le afla prea tarziu<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (de ex., daca ai un cod de reducere pe care l-ar putea obtine, dar despre care nu stie &#8211; <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nu-i furie mai mare decat a femeii dispretuite si a clientului care a cumparat la pret intreg, cand putea avea reducere)<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Afiseaza testimoniale si dovezi de credibilitate peste tot<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; mai multe despre subiect, mai jos<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Unde se poate, foloseste elemente de urgenta <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; cronometre, stoc limitat, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/help.gomag.ro\/hc\/ro\/articles\/115005119513-Marcaje-Promotionale\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">marcaje promotionale<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> cu editie limitata etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Activeaza un exit pop-up pentru recuperarea cosurilor abandonate<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; recomandat sa fie cu optiune de colectare email, pentru ca asa ai si metode avansate pentru recuperarea interesului<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Checklist-uri gata de aplicat gasesti aici: <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gomag.ro\/blog\/cum-vinzi-online-ghid-de-marketing-si-vanzare\/\"><b>Cum sa vinzi online: Ghid de marketing si vanzare online + Checklist-uri<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"15 Metode prin care iti cresti afacerea cu rapoartele Gomag\" width=\"1080\" height=\"608\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/xjYq3Nqkj08?feature=oembed\"  allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><br \/>\n<a name=\"4\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2><b>4.
