De asemenea, un program de fidelizare are succes in special pentru retailerii pe nisa fashion sau cosmetice. <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<h4><b>Retailerii care activeaza in piete unde competitia este acerba<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Care este cel mai mare beneficiu? Poate concurentul tau nu are un sistem de loializare sau nu ii acorda o prea mare importanta. Insa beneficiile nu se opresc aici:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Fidelizezi clientii existenti<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; iti concentrezi eforturile pentru a convinge clientii actuali sa se intoarca in site si sa cumpere in mod repetat (ceea ce implica mai putine costuri decat atragerea unui client nou)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Obtii noi clienti <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; da, scopul unui astfel de program este sa fidelizeze clientii actuali insa poate fi folosit ca un beneficiu suplimentar pentru atragerea noilor clienti.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Recastigi clientii vechi <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; fiecare afacere are un procent de clienti pe care ii pierde pe parcursul existentei insa un program de fidelizare te poate ajuta sa ii aduci inapoi in site pe unii dintre ei si sa ii convingi sa converteasca<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Iti cresti profitul estimat pe client<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; cand cresti numarul comenzilor efectuate de un client in site, cresti si profitul adus de clientul respectiv<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Studiezi comportamentul de cumparare a clientilor <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; prin loializare, ajungi sa cunosti clientii in profunzime si obtii mai multe date despre acestia. Astfel, poti completa Buyer Persona si aliniezi strategiile de marketing pentru a raspunde nevoilor identificate.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Obtii ambasadori de brand<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; clientii care se fidelizeaza iubesc ceea ce faci si ceea ce vinzi. Pe parcurs, li se va parea complet normal sa povesteasca despre tine si sa iti ia apararea atunci cand aud pareri negative. Cu alte cuvinte, devin ambasadori pe termen lung pentru brandul tau.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Aparare impotriva concurentei <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; cel mai mare cosmar al tau este acela ca firmele concurente iti vor fura clientii si tu vei ramane descoperit pe piata. Un program de fidelizare te ajuta sa te diferentiezi, sa te asiguri ca oamenii vor reveni pentru a cumpara si chiar sa atragi tu clientii competitiei.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Reduci costurile de promovare<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; din moment ce identifici Buyer Persona la nivel aprofundat si stii care sunt cerintele si nevoile clientului ideal, iti concentrezi eforturile de promovare pe acest criteriu. Asta inseamna ca materialele tale ajung la clienti mult mai rapid si sunt mult mai convingatoare. Desi in marketing nimic nu iti ofera rezultate extraordinare in mod sigur, ai mari sanse sa iti reduci costurile, stiind foarte bine, in primul rand, cui te adresezi.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><b>Dezavantaje<\/b><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Odata ce te decizi ca vrei sa integrezi un astfel de program, fii pregatit sa<\/span><b> investesti efort si timp<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pentru a raspunde cum trebuie asteptarilor clientilor tai. E nevoie de timp, teste si analize pentru a identifica recompensele corespunzatoare pentru clienti si pentru a le varia. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nu este de ajuns sa lansezi un program de fidelizare. Insa diferenta o fac personalizarile realizate de fiecare business in parte, pe specificul afacerii si pe tipurile de clienti. Astfel, ajungem la principalele componente ale unui program, pe care ti le voi prezenta mai jos.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b><b>1. Ce actiune trebuie sa faca un client pentru a fi recompensat?<\/b><\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In principiu, programul este destinat recompensarii clientului pentru o achizitie. Dar in functie de tipul afacerii tale, poti sa oferi recompense si pentru altceva in afara de vanzare. De exemplu: abonare, inregistrare, social shares, recenzii, mentionari in bloguri si pe retelele de socializare etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Insa trebuie sa stii ca daca vrei sa maximizezi avantajele programului, ar trebui sa recompensezi in principal achizitia si sa lasi micro conversiile pentru tehnici de loializare pe termen scurt, cum ar fi gamification, concursuri etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b><b>2. Cum va ajunge recompensa la client si cum va fi folosita?<\/b><\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dupa ce clientul realizeaza actiune, ar fi ideal sa intre in posesia recompensei cat mai repede. Acum, in functie de tipul de recompensa, clientul se bucura de aceasta imediat sau are de asteptat pana la urmatoarea comanda ori pana cand acumuleaza toate punctele necesare.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b><b>3. Ce tip de recompense vrei sa oferi?<\/b><\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poti sa alegi dintr-o gama larga de recompense ceea ce crezi ca se potriveste afacerii si clientilor tai: transport gratuit, discount-uri, puncte de fidelitate care se transforma intr-un produs gratuit sau in discount la un anumit numar de puncte acumulate, consultanta gratuita etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ideea e ca nu trebuie sa oferi din prima un mega premiu pentru a-l recompensa, iti va fi greu sa ii mentii interesul mai tarziu. Care sunt regulile programului tau de fidelizare?<\/b><\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unii pot intra la idei si pot abuza de tine, daca nu impui de la inceput reguli pentru acest program. Mai jos, am selectat cateva reguli principale de la care sa incepi:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recompensele sunt disponibile doar clientilor inregistrati, cu cont.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recompensele sunt trimise pe email-ul folosit la inregistrarea contului.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Punctelor de fidelitate nu li se aplica taxe.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Punctele de fidelitate nu sunt transferabile.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Punctele de fidelitate pot fi folosite doar la achizitionarea unui produs si nu au nicio valoare in numerar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ne mentinem dreptul de a suspenda un cont in orice moment.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>La ce sa fii atent:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Ai grija ca programul tau de fidelizare sa fie usor de inteles<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: nu crea reguli de aplicare ciudate si intortocheate, pe care clientii nu le pot intelege din prima. Spune-le clar, cati bani castiga la fiecare comanda prin punctele de fidelitate si calculeaza-le automat valoarea punctelor acumulate pana acum (nu le da lor de lucru).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Ai grija ca programul tau de fidelizare sa fie usor de folosit<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: trimite recompensa in momentul in care au castigat-o, daca este vorba de un cupon, un voucher sau puncte de fidelitate. Tine minte, un client se fidelizeaza in momentul in care foloseste recompensa din partea ta.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cand vine vorba de programul de fidelizare al clientilor, ai doua optiuni: fie creezi un program customizat de care te ocupi singur, fie alegi o solutie dintre cele existente pe piata.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daca ai un magazin online pe platforma Gomag, in platforma ai implementat direct un sistem de alocare a punctelor de fidelitate la fiecare comanda, pe care trebuie doar sa il setezi:<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Cum stabilesti valoarea punctelor de fidelitate in platforma Gomag?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru a realiza aceste setari, acceseaza meniul &lt;Marketing&gt; si optiunea &lt;Fidelizare&gt;. Daca alegi optiunea \u201cNu\u201d acestea nu vor fi vizibile\/aplicabile.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Valoarea pentru obtinerea unui punct<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 stabileste valoarea comenzii minime pentru care clientul primeste un punct de fidelitate<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Valoarea punctului in comanda<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 stabileste cat valoreaza un punct in comanda. Practic, la fiecare punct acumulat de catre client, aceasta valoare va fi scazuta din costul total al comenzii.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dupa ce ai introdus aceste date, da click pe butonul &lt;Salveaza&gt;.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Cum poti sa vezi lista de clienti si situatia punctelor de fidelitate aferente?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acceseaza meniul &lt;Marketing&gt; si optiunea &lt;Fidelizare&gt;. In partea superioara a paginii ai un sistem de cautare rapida a punctelor in functie de numele clientului sau de grupul de clienti din care face parte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lista cu punctele de fidelitate iti va fi afisata pe urmatoarele coloane:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Client <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 numele clientului, grupul din care face parte si adresa de e-mail. Poti sa schimbi afisarea in ordine alfabetica sau invers alfabetica, dand click pe sageata din dreapta capului de tabel.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Puncte ramase <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 numarul punctelor ramase in contul clientului. Poti schimba numarul acestora dand click pe punctele afisate.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Puncte folosite<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 numarul punctelor folosite deja de catre clientul respectiv.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Puncte total<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 suma numarului de puncte ramase si puncte folosite in contul clientului.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Activ <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 statusul punctelor de fidelitate aferente fiecarui client din lista.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Detalii <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 da click pentru a vedea mai multe detalii despre punctele de fidelitate ale clientului respectiv.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acest sistem iti usureaza considerabil munca. In admin, punctele sunt usor de manevrat si modificat iar in site, cand prezinti clientilor programul de fidelizare tine doar de tine si creativitatea ta pentru a le capta interesul.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Programe de fidelizare eficiente<\/b><\/h3>\n<h4><b>Amazon Prime<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru 99$ pe an, Amazon ofera utilizatorilor transport gratuit, in maxim 2 zile pentru milioane de produse, fara a seta o valoare minima a cosului. Practic, pentru clientii care cumpara in mod repetat este un program mega avantajos.
