Ajusteaza obiectivele si avatarele de client<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Dupa ce analizezi si interpretezi datele, vei trage niste concluzii.\u00a0<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S-ar putea sa fie nevoie de ajustari mai mari sau mai mici, in functie de ce iti spun datele, asa ca aici nu iti pot spune precis ce ai de facut. Identifica procesele repetitive si prioritizeaza-ti resursele<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>In fiecare business exista diverse sarcini mici, dar consumatoare de timp. In general, acestea se repeta in aceeasi forma.<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De exemplu, schimbarea marcajelor pe produse sau mutarea intre categorii sau acordarea de tag-uri clientilor in functie de valoarea comenzilor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sau trimiterea a diverse mail-uri ca reactie la niste actiuni ale clientilor.
