Fa-ti un plan de prevenire a crizei<\/b><\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Problema e ca nu poti sa prevezi exact cu ce tip de criza te vei confrunta, insa trebuie sa stii ca indiferent de tipologia acesteia, reputatia ta sau a brandului tau va avea de suferit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Prin urmare, iti recomand sa creezi din timp un plan de criza de PR. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Imagineaza-ti ce probleme s-ar putea ivi, in functie de specificul afacerii tale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> De exemplu, poate un hacker va pune mana pe datele de logare in conturile tale de social si va face postari jignitoare la adresa brandului sau a clientilor tai. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sau poate un angajat care are acces la aceleasi date va posta din greseala un mesaj negativ pe pagina ta de Facebook, in loc sa posteze pe profilul personal. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Sau poate chiar de Black Friday, site-ul tau nu va functiona jumatate din zi, desi ai facut o campanie intensa de teasing si oamenii sunt nerabdatori sa cumpere, caz in care frustrarea ajunge la cote maxime. <\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sau exista probleme cu livrarea coletelor: ajung cu intarziere, produsele sunt deteriorate, se pierd sau sunt furate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Sau noua aplicatie de actualizare automata a preturilor o ia razna si iti scade preturile cu 99%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cu siguranta cunosti exemplul eMAG care a avut aceeasi problema o data in 2007, de doua ori in 2008 si inca o data dupa Black Friday, in 2014. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pretul produselor resigilate a scazut enorm, capatand valori intre 1 si 8 lei iar in intervalul de timp in care site-ul a prezentat aceste preturi, au fost facute 730 de comenzi. Daca esti intr-o criza de PR, fii tu cel care informeaza publicul<\/b><\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daca esti atent si asculti vocea clientilor, exista o mare sansa sa previi criza de PR si sa o stingi inainte de a incepe. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Insa in cazul in care situatia nu depinde doar de tine sau apar evenimente neprevazute, este vital sa reactionezi rapid.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Actiunile pe care le faci in primele 24 de ore de la izbucnirea crizei sunt cruciale. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daca alegi sa te ascunzi, sa ridici un zid intre tine si public sau incerci sa scapi de orice acuzatie, oamenii te vor considera las, iresponsabil, vinovat. Nu vrei sa ajungi in aceasta situatie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preia controlul asupra crizei, identificand cat mai rapid cauzele acesteia, posibilele solutii si ofera toate aceste informatii publicului. Pe masura ce obtii mai multe informatii, actualizeaza-ti mesajele si arata-le oamenilor ca iti pasa de ce se intampla. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daca publicul iti pune intrebari si comenteaza &#8211; pozitiv sau negativ, raspunde-i, nu il lasa sa astepte. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Cu cat intarzii mai mult sa reactionezi intr-o criza de PR, cu atat consecintele sunt mai grave.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Domino\u2019s Pizza a descoperit acest lucru pe calea cea grea. Acum cativa ani, un angajat al companiei a postat un filmulet pe YouTube cu un alt coleg care isi batea joc de mancarea clientilor. In mai putin de 24 de ore, video-ul a ajuns la 1 milion de vizualizari. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reactia conducerii Domino\u2019s Pizza a fost aceea de a-i concedia pe cei doi angajati (video-ul a fost inlaturat intre timp de pe YouTube la cererea unuia dintre angajati) si de a da o scurta declaratie prin care afirma ca a depus plangere impotriva celor doi. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apoi a fost aplicata strategia strutului, in speranta ca evenimentul va fi uitat mai repede.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gresit. Fii transparent<\/b><\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unele companii aflate in criza (cum a fost si Nestle) aleg sa stearga postarile cu care nu sunt de acord sau sa le ignore. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Iar aici intervine frustrarea oamenilor fata de cenzura si inselaciune. In momentul in care le stergi sau ignori comentariile (nu conteaza daca sunt justificate sau nu, pentru ei sunt corecte), vor avea grija sa iti faca viata un calvar si sa imprastie vestile rele cat mai rapid si cat mai departe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tocmai din acest motiv trebuie sa fii transparent, sincer si corect. Daca ai facut o greseala care a dus la un eveniment neplacut recunoaste asta, cere-ti scuze si fa tot ce iti sta in putinta pentru a o corecta. Nu iti pierde controlul &#8211; sub nicio forma<\/b><\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ca antreprenor ai de-a face cu o multime de situatii in care nu esti de acord cu clientii tai. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De asemenea, stii si tu cat de multi trolli gasesti pe Social Media. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daca ai de-a face cu un comentator care ar face orice sa te tarasca in noroi, asa, fara niciun scop, singurul lucru pe care trebuie sa il faci este sa il ignori.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daca este vorba de comentarii negative nejustificate la prima vedere sau justificate, orice ai face nu iti insulta sau ataca interlocutorul. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Raspunde-i cu informatiile de care crezi ca are nevoie fa tot ce poti pentru a-l satisface. Daca nu reusesti nicicum sa il convingi sa renunte la atitudinea sa necooperativa, treci peste. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cu exceptia unor cazuri rare, in astfel de momente, indiferent ce ai oferi, nu va fi suficient de bun pentru el.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si nu lua totul personal. Reevalueaza orice postare inainte de a o publica<\/b><\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In timpul unei crize, fiecare mesaj pe care il transmiti va fi intors pe toate partile si interpretat de comunitatea ta. Prin urmare ai grija ca postarile tale sa nu duca o situatie aflata sub control la un adevarat dezastru. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In prima faza, dupa izbucnirea crizei este indicat sa te abtii de la comentarii sau judecati, si sa te limitezi strict la transmiterea de informatii oficiale, verificate. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Publica o postare prin care sa le spui oamenilor ca esti constient de situatie si ca investighezi ceea ce se intampla. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Odata ce ai toate informatiile si iti poti forma o imagine de ansamblu, iti va fi mai usor sa spui cine este vinovat, ce factori au dus la criza de PR si cum va fi solutionata, in cel mai scurt timp. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Foarte important! Nu iti ataca criticii si abtine-te sa le raspunzi in aceeasi nota.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b><b>8. Opreste postarile programate<\/b><\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru a economisi timpul si a automatiza fluxul de lucru, antreprenorii programeaza chiar si cu foarte mult timp inainte anumite postari. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Probabil o faci si tu. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ei, nu e nimic mai penibil decat sa postezi glume, sa ai un design nepotrivit pentru imaginea programata sau sa fii tot numai curcubee si unicorni, atunci cand oamenii asteapta nervosi o explicatie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In momentul in care te confrunti cu o criza de orice tip, opreste orice postare programata pe Social Media, altfel oamenii vor considera ca nu iti pasa de ei si ii ignori.
