Dar cel mai mare risc pe care ti l-ai asumat?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In primul rand, ca rezistam in piata de 21 de ani si avem clienti care si-au schimbat viata si vin sa ne multumeasca.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O alta parte din satisfactie e data de membrii echipei; in acesti ani, au vazut si o alta fata a vietii si muncii care este in spatele aceastei afaceri.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pot sa zic ca un risc major a fost si inca este lansarea magazinului online.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>5. Ce metoda a functionat cel mai bine in cazul afacerii tale, pentru a atrage clienti si a-ti face magazinul cunoscut?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avand experienta cu mama (la inceput mama ne era colega si recomanda in magazin), ne-a fost destul de usor sa sprijinim si alte familii, facand referire la magazinul fizic.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acum, cu magazinul online, suntem in parteneriat cu Sinaps pentru promovare Google si Facebook.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vedem pe zi ce trece ca e greu sa aducem clientii in magazin si mai avem o provocare cu refuzarea coletelor, chiar daca sunt sunati pentru confirmarea comenzii.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avand stocuri in magazinul fizic facem livrarile in ziua primirii comenzii, ii contactam telefonic pentru detalii si clientii sunt uimiti de promptitudinea noastra.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>6. Din ce in ce mai multi oameni aleg calea antreprenoriala, femei si barbati deopotriva. Care crezi ca sunt cele mai mari provocari pe care le intampina antreprenorii la inceput de drum?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provocarile la inceput de drum sunt financiare, dar si la nivel de echipa (angajati, proceduri). Daca ai alaturi mentori si cursuri, gasesti solutii la fiecare provocare. Ce te-a motivat sa mergi mai departe?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Momente mai grele au fost si vor fi tot timpul, conteaza cum ne raportam si ne adaptam la ele.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aici intervine partea de invatare continua, dar si sa fim alaturi de oameni si organizatii care sa se sustina reciproc si sa gandeasca pozitiv.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Motivatia mea vine din 2 parti. Una in care suntem 10 colegi, \u201co frumoasa familie\u201d, care impreuna evoluam; am o responsabilitate fata de fiecare.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dar si motivatia interna, ca suntem aici pentru oamenii care au nevoie de noi si trebuie sa lasam o schimbare pozitiva dupa noi.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>8. Ce sfat ai pentru noua generatie de antreprenori si pentru femeile care isi doresc propria lor afacere?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daca ma refer stric la femeile antreprenor le sfatuiesc sa-si descopere menirea si sa porneasca pe drumul lor, dar sa nu uite ca sunt femei si feminitatea merita sa fie pe primul loc.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mai am cateva randuri pentru ele: \u201cFemeie minunata, sa nu uiti niciodata ca esti un miracol &#8211; esti unica, ai talente si pasiuni pe care trebuie sa le descoperi, ai experiente si oportunitati pe care nimeni altcineva nu le-a avut si nici nu le va avea.
