Chiar daca avea cateva luni, noi ne documentam atent despre importanta jocului si a activitatilor educative in primii ani de viata pentru dezvoltarea celor mici.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Am inceput sa cautam in piata acele jucarii educative care sa fie sigure pentru copii, carioci si acuarele sau vopseluri care sa fie cu adevarat lavabile, non-toxice si testate dermatologic, sigure pentru cei mici si usor de spalat, sa aiba certificare, sa fie de calitate si la un pret decent &#8211; o combinatie de cerinte care, am descoperit noi, avea sa fie extrem de dificil de gasit in Romania pe atunci.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asa ca am facut singurul lucru care, la momentul respectiv, ni se parea firesc: am cautat noi insine, la producatori din strainatate, exact acele produse care sa indeplineasca standardele noastre de calitate.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Cand si cum ai inceput?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Practic, micostore.ro a fost lansat in Martie 2018.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Teoretic, business-ul a fost gandit din noiembrie\/decembrie 2017 cand am descoperit un produs care nu exista pe piata din Romania, am comandat un sample, apoi am emis comanda.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dupa 2 luni, aveam un stoc de 5.000 de <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.micostore.ro\/carioci-desen-non-toxice-pentru-copii-lavabile\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">carioci Do a Dot<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, fara depozit si fara alti clienti in afara de noi insine, si porneam Micostore.ro \u2013 un magazin online cu 1 produs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Am pornit din apartament, tineam produsele in sufragerie si pe balcon, urmand ca incet, incet sa ne dezvoltam si sa ajungem acum la un depozit de aprox. 400 mp. Nu o sa ne oprim aici \ud83d\ude0a<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Cat timp ai alocat la inceput?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru ca la momentul respectiv aveam un job, timpul era destul de limitat. Lucram minim 8-9 ore \/ zi, iar apoi cand ma intorceam acasa, aveam de ingrijit 2 copii: fetita noastra si magazinul online \ud83d\ude0a<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La inceput alocam in medie 1-2 ore \/ zi (mai degraba pe noapte, pentru ca ziua nu aveam timp), urmand ca apoi, treptat, sa aloc din ce in ce mai mult timp pentru magazinul online, pana am ajuns in momentul in care am simtit ca pot face mai mult pentru mine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asa am luat decizia de a renunta la un job stabil, cu un venit lunar bun si sa incep meseria de antreprenor, de la 0. Realitatea a fost alta, ca nu vindeam. Chiar daca veneam cu un background de comert, era vorba despre comertul traditional, fizic, in magazin, care este diferit de online si a trebuit sa invat totul de la 0.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acum, daca ma intrebi, la nivelul la care suntem noi ca business, din punctul meu de vedere, raportul este urmatorul:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>10% partea tehnica<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 ai platforma GoMag care iti pune la dispozitie tot ce ai nevoie ca sa incepi sa vinzi. Se poate dezvolta pe parcurs, in functie de nevoi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>60% partea de marketing<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> si <\/span><b>30% partea de business<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. La inceput nimeni nu te ia in serios si primesti cele mai mari preturi, in special firmele de curierat \u2013 acum, dupa 4 ani, ne cauta ei pe noi cu diferite oferte.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Partea umana \u2013 calitatea oamenilor.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Cate vanzari ai de la inceput pana in prezent si cifre?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acum, la inceput de 2022, avem in total 52.000 comenzi \/ 7.3 mil lei \/ 9500+ produse.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Cum gestionezi relatia cu clientii?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Facem tot posibilul sa raspundem tuturor solicitarilor in cel mai scurt timp.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pe WhatsApp si la telefon, in timpul programului de lucru, raspundem imediat. Pe email raspund la orice ora, astfel incat sa oferim un <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">customer care<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> este asa cum mi-as dori eu sa primesc in calitate de client atunci cand intampin o situatie cu un comerciant.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Suntem pro-client, ii ascultam nevoia si facem tot ce putem, astfel incat sa fie multumit de produsele si serviciile noastre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Am avut si se intampla sa avem diferite situatii cu produsele, ajung deteriorate, se strica \u2013 nu am cerut niciodata explicatii suplimentare, am inlocuit produsul imediat sau am restituit contravalorea produsului, chiar daca termenul legal de 14 zile pentru retur a fost depasit sau termenul oferit de noi, de 30 zile.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Cum gestionezi relatia cu echipa si cum reusesti sa atragi oameni in echipa?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In momentul de fata, echipa micostore.ro este formata din 6 colegi, impartiti pe mai multe departamente: 3 colegi in depozit, 1 coleg se ocupa de listarea produselor in magazin, Mihaela se ocupa de contabilitate &amp; marketing, iar eu ma ocup de operational si tot ce implica identificarea de noi produse. Si suntem in cautare de noi colegi pentru alte roluri.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-19760 size-full\" title=\"despre-micostore-produse-copii\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gomag.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/despre-micostore-produse-copii.png\" alt=\"despre-micostore-produse-copii\" width=\"1411\" height=\"959\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.gomag.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/despre-micostore-produse-copii.png 1411w, https:\/\/www.gomag.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/despre-micostore-produse-copii-1280x870.png 1280w, https:\/\/www.gomag.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/despre-micostore-produse-copii-980x666.png 980w, https:\/\/www.gomag.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/despre-micostore-produse-copii-480x326.png 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) and (max-width: 1280px) 1280px, (min-width: 1281px) 1411px, 100vw\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In fiecare luna am o intalnire individuala cu fiecare coleg in cadrul careia discutam punctual mai multe aspecte (placeri &amp; neplaceri la locul de munca, echilibrul intre viata personala si profesionala, prioritati, ce isi doreste sa faca mai departe).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consider ca este important sa fii aproape de oameni, sa ii asculti si sa identifici eventualele probleme sau nemultumiri astfel incat si ei la randul lor sa stie ca intotdeauna au pe cineva care ii asculta si nu fac totul robotizat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avem bonusuri de performanta, dar si distribuirea anuala a profitului daca ne atingem obiectivele.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Daca si cum iti implici echipa in business?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Da, fiecare coleg are sarcini bine stabilite, iar pe langa activitatea de baza, fiecare are o responsabilitate (verificare stoc consumabile, verificare curatenie etc).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Raspunsul ar fi prin responsabilizare plus discutii concrete despre rezultate si rolul pe care il avem noi in comunitatea locala din Romania.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Ce servicii ai externalizate si cum alegi furnizorii?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tot ce tine de PPC (Facebook, Google, Instagram), social media, SEO, administrare magazin (prelucrare, upload feed de produse, configurare (anumite) aplicatii, grafica sunt externalizate si ne dorim sa ramana asa pe termen lung.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Furnizorii ii alegem pe baza recomandarilor primite, analiza cifrei de afaceri, analiza angajatilor in baza profilelor de Linkedin \u2013 am inceput sa fim mult mai selectivi in alegerea furnizorilor si renuntam fara sa ne uitam inapoi acolo unde profesionalismul lipseste si unde simtim ca furnizorul nu este implicat sa ne ajute sa performam.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Cum alegi ce produse sa promovezi si canalele de marketing?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Promovam produsele in functie de sezon, best sales, de produse noi pe care vrem sa le prezentam in premiera.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ne promovam pe Facebook, Instagram, Google, Pinterest. Vom incepe YouTube si TikTok.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participam la targuri pentru a interactiona cu clientii.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Cateva sfaturi despre gestionarea stocurilor si impachetarea coletelor:<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Protejam cat putem de bine fiecare colet expediat<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, utilizam folie cu bule, cutii din carton.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Gestionarea stocurilor: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">verificam si numaram fiecare produs la receptie sa fie conform facturii, produsele sunt aranjate la raft pe categorii. Rafturile sunt etichetate cu codul produsului pentru a fi mai usor la picking.
