Sa zicem ca ai mereu produse de calitate. Insa, daca privesti lucrurile din perspectiva clientilor, poate tu nu poti livra intotdeauna rapid, atunci cand isi doresc ei.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asa ca produsele tale de calitate nu sunt puncte tari, pentru ca nu sunt insotite de serviciile asteptate de clienti sau nu sunt livrate in intervalul de timp dorit de ei. Te uiti la factorii interni din business-ul tau.<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acestea sunt lucrurile la care esti cel mai bun, astfel incat te propulseaza mai sus decat restul jucatorilor din piata ta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aici trebuie sa iei in considerare nu doar perspectiva ta, ci si ce spun clientii tai.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uite cum sa faci sa iti fie simplu:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Scrie o lista cu functionalitatile si beneficiile<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> care iti vin in minte cand te gandesti la firma ta.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mentioneaza aici <\/span><b>cuvinte cheie luate din feedback-ul de la stakeholderi <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(clienti, parteneri, furnizori, echipa).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Compara-le cu ce ofera competitorii.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>De exemplu, cum spuneam mai sus, daca notezi acolo ca oferi produse de calitate superioara &#8211; dar si competitorii tai o fac &#8211; asta nu e un punct tare, ci e o necesitate generata de asteptarile pietei.<b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Uita-te la catalogul tau de produse<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; este mai mare decat ce exista pe piata? Vinzi produse specifice pe o micro-nisa, care te diferentiaza?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Uita-te la logistica si livrare &#8211;<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> o poti face mai rapida, mai ieftina sau mai sigura decat ceilalti?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Politica de retur<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; este usor de inteles pentru clienti? Ofera un motiv suplimentar de incredere?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Echipa <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; cum decurg interactiunile intre clienti si colegii tai? Datorita schimbarilor legale a avut loc o adevarata explozie pe aceasta nisa.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Nise in crestere<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; daca identifici o nisa mai putin explorata, dar cu potential, si actionezi inaintea celorlalti, ai oportunitatea sa iti cresti audienta si sa vinzi mai mult.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Faptul ca te concentrezi pe gasirea punctelor tari poate duce si la constientizarea oportunitatilor pe care nu le-ai mai vazut inainte.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In acelasi sens, poti genera mai multe oportunitati cand iti rezolvi unul sau mai multe dintre punctele slabe.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">\n<h2><b>Amenintari<\/b><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Amenintarile tin de elemente din exteriorul companiei tale.<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sunt potentiale schimbari de pe piata ta sau din tara ce iti afecteaza direct cresterea afacerii.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De exemplu, o amenintare au fost <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">schimbarile legislative din 2020 pentru restaurante si sali de evenimente<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
