De asemenea, deschide un cont bancar acolo, pentru scutiri de taxe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trebuie sa mai stii ca e necesar sa lucrezi cu o firma de contabilitate, iar in momentul in care vanzarile tale depasesc pragul platitorilor de TVA din tara respectiva, se plateste TVA si in tara in care stai, si in cea in care vinzi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daca vrei sa vinzi in Europa, din fericire, in cea mai mare parte reglementarile au fost armonizate odata cu introducerea Directivei UE privind drepturile consumatorilor.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cu toate acestea, conform legii aplicabile obligatiilor contractuale, un vanzator trebuie sa aleaga si o lege nationala cand vinde unui cumparator international si trebuie sa il informeze pe acesta privind legea aleasa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In mod obisnuit, <\/span><b>pagina de Termeni si conditii <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">este cea mai potrivita pentru a transmite aceasta informatie. Daca nu stabilesti o lege nationala, se va aplica automat legea tarii din care este clientul tau.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mai mult, chiar daca ai ales o lege anume, asta nu inseamna ca un client pierde protectia legii sale. Tu trebuie sa tii cont de fiecare legislatie &#8211; ia-ti masuri de precautie, cum ar fi de exemplu o perioada mai extinsa pentru garantie.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Ia in considerare urmatoarele elemente:<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Verifica restrictiile in fiecare tara in care vrei sa vinzi <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; de exemplu, care este TVA-ul tarii respective, ce informatii suplimentare despre produs esti obligat sa oferi prin lege, ce date trebuie sa contina pagina de Termeni &amp; conditii etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Garantia legala si garantia comerciala<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; in cele mai multe tari din Europa se aplica garantia de conformitate, legala, de 2 ani de zile (cu mici exceptii). Apoi iti spune ca acesta s-a stricat la putin timp dupa ce a ajuns. Il vei pune sa iti trimita blenderul inapoi pentru a-l verifica?
