Altii, cu abilitati puternice de antreprenoriat, simt ca sunt in stare sa schimbe lumea, insa nu au gasit inca ideea potrivita pentru a-si atinge obiectivul.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daca te regasesti in cea de-a doua situatie, nu uita ca drumul pana la o idee perfecta de business, executia ideii si constructia planului de afacere dureaza.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Cum ajungi la o idee perfecta de business?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><b><b>1. Decide care este principalul motiv pentru care vrei sa lansezi un business<\/b><\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ideile sunt de multe feluri, insa, in acest context, vom discuta despre principalele trei tipuri de idei:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Ideile spontane <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; care, pur si simplu, \u201cte lovesc\u201d, cand esti la dus, cand sofezi, cand esti intr-o sedinta si mazgalesti cu pixul in agenda, cand povestesti cu un prieten etc. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Ideile din interior<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; si aici ma refer la ideile care iti vin atunci cand vezi anumite probleme sau oportunitati la actualul loc de munca, si care nu pot fi rezolvate datorita unui conflict de interese sau orice alt motiv.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Ideile deliberate<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; sunt exact tipul de idei despre care discutam azi. Incearca sa raspunzi nevoilor audientei, mai putin pasiunilor tale<\/b><\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cand vanezi o idee perfecta de business, nu te lua neaparat dupa milioanele de povesti care afirma ca succesul a pornit de la o simpla pasiune. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nu spun ca unele dintre acestea nu ar fi adevarate insa, de cele mai multe ori, succesul nu este o urmare a pasiunii, ci a nevoilor. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In acest caz, este vorba de nevoile viitorului tau public tinta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Descopera probleme legate de produse sau servicii existente, vezi care sunt reactiile clientilor si gandeste-te la un business ce ofera solutiile necesare pentru rezolvarea acestor probleme. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Cum sa descoperi problemele?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> E suficient sa faci o cautare pe Google pe baza ideii tale sau a problemelor cu care te confrunti deja si sigur vei descoper<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">i discutii pe bloguri, forumuri, Social Media sau alte site-uri, in care oamenii vorbesc activ despre ceea ce au nevoie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nu trece ca vantul prin discutiile respective ci salveaza-le pentru mai tarziu. Doua capete gandesc mai bine decat unul singur<\/b><\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cateodata, ideile ce valoreaza milioane de dolari apar in urma unei colaborari. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fie ca este vorba de un prieten, o persoana din familie, un student de-al tau, un angajat ori indiferent de relatia care va leaga, o minte sau mai multe in plus te vor ajuta sa ajungi la o concluzie: o idee, o dovada ca ideea ta este viabila, un plan etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La acest pas, te poti folosi de viitorii clienti (oameni care se confrunta cu anumite probleme si cauta solutii), potentiali competitori, lideri din industrie, consultanti etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Dat fiind faptul ca acestia au mai multa experienta in nisa pe care te gandesti sa intri, au abilitatea de a-ti spune obiectiv daca ceea ce vrei sa faci va functiona sau nu.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b><b>4.
