Modulul Comenzi in Gomag<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>In platforma ai la dispozitie un <a href=\"https:\/\/help.gomag.ro\/hc\/ro\/articles\/115005128553-Comenzi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">modul dedicat unde faci gestiunea comenzilor<\/a>. Hai sa incepem cu prezentarea lui, in cazul in care nu ai vazut inca anume ce contine.<b><\/b><\/p>\n<h3><b>Modulul e format din 3 aplicatii (in cazul in care ai Pro sau Enterprise):<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Comenzi <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; lista tuturor comenzilor efectuate in site-ul tau, impreuna cu detaliile acestora (client, status, mod de transport, numar, status plata etc.), buton emitere factura si posibilitati de editare.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Cosuri de cumparaturi<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; (incepand de la abonamentul Plus) locul in care poti vedea componenta cosurilor nefinalizate in magazinul tau, atat pentru clientii cu cont, cat si actiunile realizate fara cont.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-21774 size-full\" title=\"cos-cumparaturi-gomag-exemplu\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gomag.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/cos-cumparaturi-gomag-exemplu.png\" alt=\"cos-cumparaturi-gomag-exemplu\" width=\"1835\" height=\"790\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.gomag.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/cos-cumparaturi-gomag-exemplu.png 1835w, https:\/\/www.gomag.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/cos-cumparaturi-gomag-exemplu-1280x551.png 1280w, https:\/\/www.gomag.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/cos-cumparaturi-gomag-exemplu-980x422.png 980w, https:\/\/www.gomag.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/cos-cumparaturi-gomag-exemplu-480x207.png 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) and (max-width: 1280px) 1280px, (min-width: 1281px) 1835px, 100vw\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Abonamente <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; (incepand de la abonamentul Pro) aplicatie specifica pentru setarea si gestionarea comenzilor de tip subscription \/ abonament.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cand accesezi acest modul, ai posibilitatea de a filtra comenzile existente, in cazul in care vrei sa le vezi doar pe cele efectuate intr-o anumita data, de exemplu, sau doar cele care contin un anumit produs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In momentul in care un client inregistreaza o comanda in site-ul tau, va aparea automat in Comenzi, astfel incat tu sa o poti procesa. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tot aici ai un<\/span><b> buton pentru adaugarea manuala a unei comenzi noi.<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De exemplu, daca ai vorbit cu clientul la telefon ori ai primit o cerere pentru comanda din partea lui si, poate, nu se descurca sa comande online sau intampina cine stie ce probleme, tu poti sa ii creezi manual o comanda noua, astfel incat sa fie inregistrata in sistem si procesata la fel ca si celelalte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poti folosi acest modul fara sa intervii aproape deloc, insa recomandarea noastra este sa faci niste setari initiale personalizate, care te vor ajuta mult pe partea de prioritizare si identificare a comenzilor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Cum vinde 1 Milion de Euro pe an magazinul Aqualine\" width=\"1080\" height=\"608\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/mJ_eP56VWsU?feature=oembed\"  allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><br \/>\n<a name=\"2\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2><b>2. Status comenzi si declansarea autoresponder-elor<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>In modulul Comenzi poti personaliza statusul pe care il vei adauga comenzilor. Practic, statusul indica platformei ce sa faca in continuare dupa a fost realizata o comanda. De asemenea, atribuirea unui status este importanta, deoarece astfel se trimit mail-urile de informare catre clienti, in funtie de situatia data.<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Initial, cand<\/span><b> comanda ajunge in admin, va avea statusul Comanda noua.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Acest status este legat automat de autoresponderul E-mail Finalizare Comanda (Inregistrarea unei comenzi de catre client), pe care il gasesti in modulul Continut &gt; Email.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acesta este email-ul de confirmare initiala si se trimite pentru a anunta clientul ca intr-adevar comanda a fost finalizata cu succes si urmeaza sa fie procesata. Daca pui accent pe platile cu cardul, aici poti adauga o atentionare pentru faptul ca procesarea comenzii va incepe odata ce plata a fost realizata.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In momentul in care incepi sa editezi o comanda, atunci e recomandat sa ii schimbi si statusul, astfel incat clientul sa aiba situatia actualizata a acesteia: <\/span><b>Comanda preluata <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(cand este deja emisa factura si AWB) sau<\/span><b> Eroare plata<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (in cazul in care vrei sa se trimita un email cu link de plata), <\/span><b>Anulata <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(daca se intampla asta) etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Zona de Lista stari comenzi iti permite sa creezi statusuri personalizate, in functie de strategia si nevoile magazinului tau:<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Precomanda <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; in cazul in care ai deschis comenzile pentru produse ce urmeaza sa ajunga in stoc, de exemplu.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Comanda produse digitale<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; in cazul in care vinzi si produse digitale, cum ar fi cursuri, si vrei sa se trimita un email specific cu indicatii unde sa gaseasca produsele cumparate in cont.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Comenzi Parteneri <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; comenzile efectuate cu un anumit cod de discount, de exemplu, sau de la anumiti clienti speciali.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poti crea absolut orice status doresti, pentru a marca inclusiv, de exemplu, comenzile efectuate de clientii problema.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fiecare status poate fi legat de un tip de autoresponder, fie unul nativ in platforma, fie unul pe care il setezi cu Email Bot.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-21773 size-full\" title=\"status-comenzi-exemplu\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gomag.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/status-comenzi-exemplu.png\" alt=\"status-comenzi-exemplu\" width=\"1838\" height=\"777\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.gomag.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/status-comenzi-exemplu.png 1838w, https:\/\/www.gomag.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/status-comenzi-exemplu-1280x541.png 1280w, https:\/\/www.gomag.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/status-comenzi-exemplu-980x414.png 980w, https:\/\/www.gomag.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/status-comenzi-exemplu-480x203.png 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) and (max-width: 1280px) 1280px, (min-width: 1281px) 1838px, 100vw\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><b>Hai sa vedem un scenariu de gestionare comanda, in momentul in care ai si un status provizoriu pentru precomenzi:<\/b><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Clientul finalizeaza o comanda<\/strong> in site-ul tau pentru un produs ce se afla in precomanda.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Platforma ii aloca automat statusul comanda noua<\/strong> si declanseaza autoresponder-ul de confirmare \/ mail de confirmare plata de la procesatorul de plati cu care colaborezi.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tu vezi in admin comanda noua si <strong>ii aloci statusul Precomanda<\/strong> (in cazul in care va fi livrata mai tarziu, in momentul in care ajunge produsul in stoc). <strong>Daca ai setat un GoBot,<\/strong> cu informatii suplimentare pentru aceasta situatie, la schimbarea statusului se va declansa automat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Cand primesti produsul<\/strong>, il verifici, il impachetezi si generezi factura, creezi AWB-ul si il printezi, iar in momentul in care produsul e gata sa fie predat curierului, schimbi statusul in Comanda preluata. Acest status va declansa email-ul Comanda preluata\/ confirmata (Notificare client la confirmarea comenzii) din Continut &gt; Email, pe care il poti personaliza cum doresti, si care trebuie sa contina si AWB-ul creat pentru comanda respectiva.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tot ce iti mai ramane de facut este sa <strong>astepti curierul<\/strong> (in cazul in care este notificat automat) sau sa il chemi, pentru a-i preda coletul.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4><strong>Daca e vorba de o comanda intr-o situatie normala parcurgi tot aceeasi pasi, sarind peste punctul c.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Iar in cazul in care clientul a inceput procesul de plata online, dar acesta a fost intrerupt din diferite motive (erori de functionare a aplicatiei, clientul nu are suficienti bani pe card, i-a picat netul etc.), la setarea statusului Eroare plata poti declansa autoresponderul ce contine un link pentru reincercarea platii.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acum, exista scenarii si scenarii, in functie de strategia ta de business si de lucrurile pe care le faci tu diferit. Insa posibilitatea personalizarii statusurilor, a autoresponder-elor si setarea de GoBoti te poate ajuta sa faci fata rapid oricaror scenarii.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pont! Poti schimba statusul unei comenzi in mod automat daca setezi conditiile necesare cu Order Bot.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Citeste si: <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gomag.ro\/blog\/secvente-de-email-follow-up\/\"><b>3 Secvente de email follow-up de care are nevoie afacerea ta<\/b><\/a><br \/>\n<a name=\"3\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2><b>3. Generarea facturilor<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Primele setari, astfel incat facturile generate in platforma sa fie corecte, se fac in modulul Setari &gt; Configurari generale &gt; <a href=\"https:\/\/help.gomag.ro\/hc\/ro\/articles\/360001646973-General#5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Facturare<\/a>.<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aici ai cateva campuri pe care trebuie sa le completezi cu datele firmei, ce se vor afisa apoi automat pe fiecare factura pe care o emiti tu.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asigura-te ca ai completat configurarile generale in programul de facturare folosit (in Gomag Apps ai multiple integrari din care sa o alegi pe cea preferata).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daca ai deja un program integrat, campurile vizibile in continuare sunt diferite fata de situatia in care nu ai nicio integrare.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Cu integrare:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Date firma<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Platitor de TVA &#8211; Da sau Nu<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cote TVA &#8211; completezi cota TVA in Romania si, daca e cazul, cota pentru restul tarilor. Din platforma poti genera facturi, proforme sau facturi storno (de corectare a facturii initiale, in cazul in care s-a facut o greseala, sau produsul a fost returnat).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In documentatia Gomag vezi pas cu pas cum poti genera aceste documente pentru fiecare comanda, asa ca nu cred ca e cazul sa repet instructiunile si aici. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/help.gomag.ro\/hc\/ro\/articles\/360024663914-Generare-Factura\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Te las sa le consulti in Help<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Stiai ca poti automatiza generarea facturilor?<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cu <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/help.gomag.ro\/hc\/ro\/articles\/360009377620-Order-Bot\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Order Bot<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> poti automatiza generarea unei proforme, facturi sau facturi storno, in functie de o multime de conditii, incepand de la statusul comenzii sau al AWB-ului, pana la un anumit atribut al produselor din comanda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Practic, de fiecare data cand conditiile sunt indeplinite, platforma va genera documentul necesar fara ca tu sa mai intervii manual.
