Pentru ca un business sa creasca, Sorin este de parere ca trebuie sa creasca toate lucrurile &#8211; asta include echipa, precum si depozitul Aqualine care a crescut de 4-5x supratafa, fata de anul 2020.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sorin a schimbat depozitul, stocul de marfa a crescut, la fel si gama de produse. Lucreaza acum cu mai multi furnizori pe care i-au testat inainte. Automat Sorin si echipa de vanzari au crescut odata cu business-ul.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Marea majoritate a comenzilor vin prin intermediul magazinului online. Produsele pe care le vinde Aqualine sunt mai tehnice, iar ei pun accent pe conversatiile telefonice ca mijloc de comunicare cu clientii. Din procentul clientilor care apeleaza la consultanta pentru a afla anumite detalii despre produse, Sorin ne spune ca are o conversie foarte buna &#8211; si asta inseamna ca isi cunoaste produsele bine.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru comenzile respective se face si up-selling. Vanzarea consultativa functioneaza foarte bine.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>3. Cum a evoluat business-ul la nivel de cifre si numar de comenzi<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In anul 2022 s-a atins pragul de 1 milion de euro cifra de afaceri. De cand Sorin si-a mutat afacerea pe platforma Gomag, au crescut din ce in ce mai mult.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pe Sorin il ajuta foarte mult programul de facturare alaturi de colegii de la SmartBill, integratorul cu procesatorul de plati, plus multe altele. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Platforma Gomag ii economiseste mult timp: poate sa incarce manualul de utilizare in pagina produsului si clientul il poate descarca oricand. Sorin foloseste si <a href=\"https:\/\/help.gomag.ro\/hc\/ro\/articles\/115004930513-Puncte-de-fidelitate\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">punctele de fidelitate<\/a> pentru a rasplati clientii, avand un procent mare de clienti recurenti si interes de la clientii existenti. Mai ales ca, la marea majoritate a produselor vandute pe site, exista si consumabile.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aqualine inseamna o echipa formata din 6 oameni si isi propun extinderea acesteia in viitorul apropiat. Sorin vrea sa se ocupa mai putin de partea operationala si sa isi indrepte timpul catre dezvoltarea business-ului.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A externalizat partea de marketing si se ocupa doar de partea ce tine de business. De partea de marketing se ocupa Elvis Floroiu de la Zotis Media, iar Sorin este multumit de acest parteneriat. Sorin ne spune ca Elvis a contribuit la cresterea business-ului de anul acesta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sorin este de parere ca trebuie sa iti cunosti foarte bine produsele pentru a putea vinde.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dupa ce te-ai asigurat ca exista o piata pentru produsele respective si ca exista cerere, cu siguranta vei afla cui sa vinzi produsele, cand, dar si cum. Este important sa te implici cat de mult cu putinta si sa fii onest. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>4. Provocarile de business\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Odata cu afacerea si problemele cresc. Apar provocari la un stoc mai mare sau la un numar mai mare de comenzi. Intentioneaza sa mareasca procentul campaniilor de promovare si comunicare. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>6. Recomandari pentru antreprenori<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fa primul pas pana nu e prea tarziu! Sunt foarte multi jucatori mari pe piata care au devenit si mai mari prin intrarea in online si, ulterior, si-au consolidat pozitia si in offline.
