Insa daca vrei sa aduni adrese de email sau precomenzi, o poti lungi chiar si la o luna de zile &#8211; dar nu mai mult!<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>#3. Lansarea oficiala a magazinului tau<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acum e momentul in care faci, propriu-zis, lansarea.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E prima zi live a magazinului tau, iar daca ti-ai facut bine treaba in prelansare si lansare, acum doar urmaresti cum se genereaza comenzi reale, raspunzi pe live chat, postezi in timp real despre cele mai cautate produse si sneak peek din depozit despre pregatirea coletelor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E foarte important sa iti pregatesti din timp aceasta zi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nu sta cu mainile in san, pentru ca degeaba site-ul tau este functional, frumos si plin de oferte de nerefuzat, daca oamenii nu stiu de existenta lui.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In ziua de lansare esti pe baricade pentru a monitoriza situatia si a tine oamenii la curent cu impactul puternic pe care il are magazinul tau.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>#4. Post-lansare: cum iti tii clientii aproape<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chiar daca actiunile post-lansare se intampla dupa primele comenzi, de fapt, tu pregatesti aceasta etapa cam atunci cand incepi teasing-ul.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Magazinul tau trebuie sa fie pregatit cu secvente de email tranzactional post-comanda, cum ar fi confirmarea comenzii, cerere review, recomandari cross-sell si fidelizarea clientilor.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In aceeasi idee, poti oferi puncte de fidelitate, dar si insertii in colete &#8211; scrisoare de multumire, cadouri mici, vouchere pentru urmatoarea comanda etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aceste actiuni post-lansare sunt, de fapt, tehnici aplicabile evergreen, dupa fiecare comanda generata in magazinul tau.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daca le rezolvi acum, nu mai ai treaba pe viitor. Reclame si promo pentru produsul vedeta<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Orice magazin online ar trebui sa aiba un produs vedeta stabilit. Upsell &amp; cross-sell in site<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Odata ce oamenii au ajuns pe site, e important sa vada o descriere completa si informativa despre produsul catre care au fost atrasi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aici singurul tau scop este sa atragi un click pe butonul de adauga in cos. Follow-up cu recomandari<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In punctul 2 se pot intampla doua lucruri: fie clientii cumpara doar produsul vedeta (daca nu il cumpara, poti folosi ideea nr. 5, si sa ii retargetezi), fie tin seama si de recomandarile din site, cumparand un cos mai mare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In orice situatie, e vital sa faci un follow-up la o saptamana-doua dupa comanda, in care sa trimiti recomandari upsell si cross-sell pentru produsele comandate. In acest mail poti adauga, de exemplu, si un cod de reducere cadou &#8211; chiar si 5% sau 10%, pentru a incuraja decizia de cumparare.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>#4. Urgentarea ofertelor<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daca mail-ul follow-up nu functioneaza imediat, mai asteapta 2-3 zile, iar apoi trimite un alt email, in care oferta din mail-ul precendent sa fie conditionata de timp.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De asemenea, poti mari valoarea discount-ului acordat.<\/span><br \/>\n<a name=\"3\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2><b>3. Campanii de Sezon + Giveaway<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Anotimpurile si sarbatorile sunt evenimente declansatoare previzibile. Craciunul, Black Friday, Valentine\u2019s Day, 8 martie, Pastele, sezonul nuntilor, back-to-school, toate aceste sunt ocazii recurente de vanzari pentru tine.<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oamenii isi pregatesc bugete pentru acestea, datorita obiceiurilor si traditiilor formate in timp.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asa ca, spre deosebire de o promovare la locul de munca, de schimbarea locuintei sau nasterea unui copil, care sunt evenimente importante din viata clientilor tai &#8211; dar nu le poti prevedea &#8211; sarbatorile si sezoanele oficiale iti ofera un cadru stabil pentru promovare.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>#1. Campanie standard cu mesaje de sezon<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cum arata o campanie de marketing standard?
