Ma refer la unul cu adevarat bun, genul de local pe care ti-l recomanda si prietenii, eventual ascuns undeva pe o strada linistita din orasul tau, intre alte restaurante si magazine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Probabil acum te intrebi care este legatura dintre un restaurant si comportamentul cumparatorilor online dar, crede-ma, dupa ce vei citi articolul, vei fi capabil sa creezi un site ori un landing page care sa asigure o experienta de nota 10 pentru vizitatorii tai. Iar de aici si pana la vanzare este un pas mic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De fiecare data cand intra intr-un restaurant nou, oamenii isi pun 4 intrebari principale, aceleasi pe care si le adreseaza si cumparatorii online.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Astazi iti voi arata care sunt aceste intrebari dar si raspunsurile corecte \u2013 tehnicile potrivite prin care sa asiguri o experienta placuta potentialilor tai clienti. De asemenea, vorbim despre neuromarketing si prejudecatile cognitive care iti pot transforma site-ul intr-o masina de vandut.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Dar ce te astepti sa se intample cand intri intr-un restaurant nou?<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vrei sa te simti ca acasa, vrei ca personalul restaurantului sa iti aduca meniul, sa iti prezinte specialitatile casei, sa iti serveasca mancarea fara probleme si sa te faca sa te simti atat de bine incat sa iti doresti si desert.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ei, exact acelasi lucru trebuie sa faca si site-ul tau cu utilizatorii ce ajung in magazin. Iar pentru ca vorbim de experienta si satisfactia consumatorului, vorbim si despre neuromarketing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Neuromarketing-ul<\/strong> inseamna cunoasterea metodelor potrivite care trezesc interesul si dorinta utilizatorilor prin optimizarea experientei acestora, cu scopul de a creste rata de conversie si profitabilitatea site-ului. Astfel, pentru a descoperi care sunt aceste metode, trebuie sa stii de prejudecatile cognitive.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De exemplu, unul dintre acestea este <strong>efectul Von Resort<\/strong>, ce descrie tendinta oamenilor de a-si aminti lucrurile iesite din comun \u2013 suntem programati sa ne aducem aminte de tot ceea ce este neobisnuit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cand esti constient de existenta acestui efect, il poti folosi in beneficiul tau: il poti aplica in site pentru a atrage atentia asupra anumitor elemente si, drept urmare, poti incuraja utilizatorii sa converteasca.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si acum, hai sa trecem la cele 4 intrebari \u201cexistentiale\u201d:<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>1. Unde sunt?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cauti acest super restaurant despre care ai auzit atatea insa este dificil sa ii gasesti intrarea printre celelalte magazine\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Atunci cand oamenii intra pe site-ul tau, trebuie sa le reamintesti cine esti si unde se afla. Cu alte cuvinte, privirea lor se va indrepta spre partea de sus a paginii, in cautarea numelui si a logo-ului firmei tale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Din punct de vedere al neuromarketing-ului, ideea aici este sa trezesti <\/span><b>senzatia de familiaritate<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 este foarte important sa fii consistent si sa transmiti acelasi mesaj din banner sau meta-descrierea site-ului tau si pana in site, indiferent ca utilizatorul ajunge pe homepage sau pe un landing page.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aceasta continuitate declanseaza in mintea utilizatorilor o prima faza a unui efect cognitiv numit <\/span><b>efectul simplei expuner<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">i \u2013 un fenomen psihologic ce descrie tendinta oamenilor de a dezvolta preferinte pentru anumite lucruri, doar pentru simplul motiv ca sunt familiari cu acestea.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Regula! Nu distrage atentia potentialului client de la numele si logo-ul firmei tale si nu pozitiona casuta de cautare ori meniul chiar langa aceste semne de identitate. Aplica acelasi concept ca si in cazul cartii tale de vizita &#8211; stii bine ca daca aceasta e prea incarcata de informatii inutile, va ajunge direct in cosul de gunoi.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>2. De ce sunt aici?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ai deja o idee asupra a ceea ce inseamna iesitul la un restaurant iar asta inseamna ca te astepti la un anumit decor, un set dragut de mese si oameni care iau cina relaxati&#8230; toata aceasta imagine apare in mintea ta in cateva secunde<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nu stiu daca esti constient de aceasta situatie dar, stiintific vorbind, nivelul mediu de atentie al oamenilor pe internet este de 8 secunde \u2013 <\/span><b>cu o secunda mai putin decat un pestisor auriu<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Altfel spus, un utilizator care ajunge in site-ul tau dupa ce a dat click pe un banner sau o reclama va presupune, in mai putin de 8 secunde, care este legatura dintre banner si pagina in care se afla. Daca nu ti-ai structurat mesajul suficient de clar si concis iar utilizatorul nu reuseste sa gaseasca legatura dintre cele doua in intervalul de timp dat, Google Analytics iti va arata o rata de bounce crunt de dezamagitoare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fii clar si specific. Nimeni nu vrea sa vada ca \u201cesti cel mai bun\u201d, \u201cai cele mai bune produse\u201d &#8211; toti ceilalti spun acelasi lucru. Cea mai recomandata strategie este sa ii oferi detalii ce te fac diferit de concurenta insa iata si alte 3 tactici pe care sa le retii:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<h4><b>Subliniaza-ti beneficiile in 3 puncte<\/b><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trei beneficii sau avantaje sunt destule pentru a dovedi clientilor ca tu esti o alegere mai buna decat concurenta si, in plus, te asigura ca nu ii bombardezi cu prea multa informatie.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<h4><b>Ofera informatii \u201cca si pentru gradinita\u201d<\/b><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oamenilor bine informati le este dificil sa se puna in locul celor care dispun de mai putine informatii, le este greu sa se gandeasca la o problema din perspectiva celor din urma.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aceasta este in special problema site-urilor de nisa tehnica, a afacerilor care vand servicii si produse ce cu greu pot fi explicate pe intelesul tuturor. De cele mai multe ori site-urile de genul se limiteaza la un limbaj tehnic, ambiguu sau ofera prea putine informatii iar utilizatorii nu mai sunt incurajati sa actioneze, ci mai degraba sa fuga incotro vad cu ochii.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Regula! Nu scrie doar pentru a-ti umple website-ul, foloseste termeni pe care ii poate intelege oricine si transmite un mesaj clar, usor de inteles.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<h4><b>Trezeste emotia cu ajutorul adjectivelor. Ce ar trebui sa fac?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ai intrat in restaurant dar acum nu esti sigur ce trebuie sa faci in continuare: te asezi la o masa sau astepti sa fii condus la una, faci comanda la bar sau va veni un chelner la masa, meniul va fi pe masa sau ar trebui sa il iei singur de la intrare?\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Exact acelasi lucru se intampla si cu vizitatorii site-ului tau. Stiu deja unde sunt si stiu cine esti dar acum trebuie sa le spui ce sa faca. Oh, si nu fii timid, pentru ca atitudinea evaziva nu iti aduce niciun profit: spune-i utilizatorului tare si clar ce are de facut:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vrei adresa lui de email? CERE-I sa completeze un formular.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vrei sa vada cum functioneaza produsul tau? SPUNE-I sa ceara un demo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vrei sa rezerve un loc la evenimentul tau? Afiseaza un buton mare si viu colorat cu \u201cREZERVA ACUM.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>4. De ce ar trebui sa fac asta?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cIntr-un final, ajungi sa stai la masa si sa rasfoiesti meniul insa acesta ar trebui sa fie suficient de atragator incat sa te faca sa comanzi ceva\u201d.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ideea e ca, cel mai probabil, nu esti singurul pe piata care ofera produsele sau serviciile pe care le comercializezi. Oamenii sunt constienti de existenta sutelor de alternative la orice tip de produs cautat, incepand de la electronice si pana la servicii de management al unei proprietati.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Obiectivul tau si raspunsul la cea de-a patra intrebare este <\/span><b>sa oferi ceva in plus<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> potentialului client astfel incat sa il tii in site si sa il faci sa converteasca, in ciuda concurentilor tai.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cum ajungi la acest obiectiv?
