{"id":2282,"date":"2016-11-05T08:22:31","date_gmt":"2016-11-05T06:22:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gomag.ro\/blog\/?p=2282"},"modified":"2026-04-14T04:31:06","modified_gmt":"2026-04-14T01:31:06","slug":"ce-te-face-diferit-branding-era-digitala","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gomag.ro\/blog\/ce-te-face-diferit-branding-era-digitala\/","title":{"rendered":"Ce te face diferit \u2013 Branding in Era Digitala"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Stii cat de important este un proces de branding?<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Niciodata nu primesti o a doua sansa sa faci prima impresie. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desi acest proverb s-a nascut in timpuri in care comunicarea fata in fata domina, este cu atat mai valabil si azi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De ce? <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deoarece astazi prima impresie te precede iar tu esti, oricat de incredibil ar parea, ceea ce Google spune despre tine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tot ceea ce tine de prezenta ta online, incepand de la profilurile de Social Media si pana la opiniile personale pe care le exprimi, tot ce apare online in numele tau sau legat de acesta, este o mica reflexie a persoanei tale.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru ca, te asigur, majoritatea oamenilor pe care urmeaza sa ii intalnesti fata in fata, vor investi cateva minute din timpul lor pentru a descoperi in avans cine esti, care sunt valorile dupa care te ghidezi si alte detalii.<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 356px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/media0.giphy.com\/media\/2sj0zar9vTpBVQx0VQ\/giphy.gif?cid=790b76114103c8ffe2039cc4a31b95802377bb83b2b83114&amp;rid=giphy.gif\" width=\"346\" height=\"194\" \/><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">via GIPHY<\/p><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In articolul de astazi discutam in detaliu despre branding, brandul tau personal si despre cateva metode eficiente prin care sa te asiguri ca nu esti tu cel responsabil pentru distrugerea acestuia.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>1. Cand faci branding, incepe cu profilurile tale<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Intr-adevar, cand vorbesc de profiluri, ma refer la paginile de pe retelele sociale, insa nu ma opresc aici. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deoarece un impact covarsitor asupra brandului tau il are firma pe care o detii, site-ul tau este un loc ideal unde sa iti afirmi misiunea si valorile.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>a. Profilul firmei<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un profil bun este capabil sa transmita propunerea unica de vanzare a companiei tale, de la primul contact. Imaginea de profil si cea de cover sunt primele care ofera o idee utilizatorilor astfel ca e important sa se completeze una pe cealalta, sa transmita un mesaj unitar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Incearca sa iti mentionezi numele de brand in punctele cheie si sa folosesti culorile specifice brandului pentru ca utilizatorii sa stie in permanenta cu cine interactioneaza.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apoi, sectiunea \u201cdespre\u201d este vitala, atat pe paginile de Social Media cat si in site, in pagina destinata prezentarii informatiilor despre firma.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nu subestima impactul acestor informatii: creeaza o poveste asociata brandului tau, permite-le clientilor sa arunce o privire in spatele cortinei si afirma-ti valorile dupa care te ghidezi, pentru a asigura o experienta frumoasa tuturor celor ce interactioneaza cu firma ta.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>b. Profilurile angajatilor si ale ambasadorilor de brand<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Primele persoane care iti poarta imaginea prin lume si transmit mesaje in numele tau sunt angajatii si clientii fideli, cei care au devenit ambasadori de brand.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nu spun ca toti urmaritorii de pe retelele sociale vor fi suficienti de interesati de numele tau astfel incat sa investeasca din timpul lor pentru a studia profilurile angajatilor sau partenerilor tai. Insa cei cu cele mai mari sanse de conversie este posibil sa o faca.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Imagineaza-ti ce parere si-ar face despre brandul si reputatia ta daca proprii angajati iti terfelesc numele in noroi pe Social Media sau fac publice lucruri ce ar trebui pastrate in intimitate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nu uita, ca si CEO, unul dintre sacrificiile pe care trebuie sa le faci este sa preiei asupra ta si imaginea oamenilor pentru care esti responsabil. Creeaza politici pentru folosirea aplicatiilor din terte parti<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cele mai multe companii implica necesitatea folosirii unor aplicatii provenite din terte parti insa majoritatea acestora cer accesul la anumite date personale pentru a putea functiona. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nu e de ignorat faptul ca unele date cu caracter sensibil pot ajunge in posesia creatorilor sau detinatorilor acestor aplicatii.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pentru a te proteja si a-ti proteja stakeholderii, stabileste anumite reguli pentru folosirea acestor aplicatii:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cand descarci ceva de pe internet, descarca din magazinul de aplicatii al dispozitivului pe care il folosesti sau ai grija sa inchei un contract personalizat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Opreste accesul la datele care nu au legatura cu aplicatia pe care vrei sa o <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">folosesti<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Citeste cu atentie ce date sunt cerute de aplicatii si ai grija la aplicatiile gratuite \u2013 de cele mai multe ori sunt gratuite in schimbul unor informatii<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De asemenea, avertizeaza-ti angajatii asupra potentialelor persoane sau companii care si-ar putea dori accesul la datele tale sau datele lor personale.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>3. Educa-ti echipa (si pe tine insuti) asupra modului de raspundere la provocari<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cyberbullying. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fie ca sunt trolli ce pierd vremea postand comentarii rautacioase in incercarea de a-ti pata imaginea, fie ca e vorba de clienti nemultumiti care cauta ajutor sau suficient de raniti incat sa te atace, este foarte important sa ai un set de reguli privind modul in care se raspunde la orice tip de provocare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Agresivitatea, injuriile sau atacul nu sunt o solutie cand interactionezi cu astfel de persoane. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nu stii niciodata cand lucrurile vor incepe sa escaladeze, iar tu te vei trezi intr-o criza profunda de imagine, din cauza unul simplu comentariu sau mesaj trimis la nervi. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nu uita, ce se intampla pe internet, ramane aici pentru totdeauna.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Asadar, iata cateva recomandari pentru acest aspect din branding:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daca este vorba de un client nemultumit, incearca sa duci discutia in offline<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nu raspunde cu aceeasi moneda trollilor \u2013 incearca sa vorbesti frumos iar daca nu functioneaza, ignora-le comentariile<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In schimb, salveaza tot (fa capturi de ecran) pentru a avea dovezi, daca este cazul<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Invata care sunt modalitatile de raportare a unui profil pe diferite retele de social<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>4. Creeaza o politica Social Media pentru echipa ta<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Social Media e ca un malaxor vesnic infometat in care intra o varietate de informatii, ce sunt amestecate, intoarse pe toate partile si, deseori, transformate in altceva. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La fel si cu mesajele pe care le transmiti tu sau angajatii ai.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Odata ce dai click pe butonul de publicare, habar nu ai unde o sa ajunga postarile tale si cum vor fi interpretate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Cel mai bun sfat pe care ti-l pot da este sa stabilesti o politica de postare pe Social Media, pe care sa o respecti si tu si angajatii tai. Iata cateva recomandari:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Verifica sursa imaginilor pe care le folosesti si fii atent la drepturile de autor (nu vrei sa fii dat in judecata)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seteaza reguli pentru limbajul si tonalitatea mesajelor tale<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vrei sa descoperi\u00a0mai multe despre politica Social Media?
