necunoscutii sau cei care si-au pierdut interesul<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Audientele calde<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; lead-urile, persoane care te cunosc, cei care au deja incredere in tine (inclusiv clientii fideli)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Audientele fierbinti<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; cei pregatiti sa cumpere imediat, fie datorita eforturilor depuse pentru incalzirea lor, fie pentru ca au o nevoie urgenta\/ un punct dureros (deseori vin prin cautari cu intentie tranzactionala), fie pentru ca sunt pregatiti sa cumpere oricand ai ceva nou (ambasadori de brand &#8211; Intelege cine este publicul tau tinta<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Intai si intai, stii cine sunt oamenii care au nevoie sa cumpere din magazinul tau? Mai mult, stii cine sunt clientii profitabili, astfel incat sa iti concentrezi eforturile pe acestia?<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vezi tu, nu toti clientii care ajung in site-ul tau sunt si preferabili sa cumpere. Ofera continut relevant si interesant<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Oamenii care au vazut cateva secunde dintr-un video de-al tau si apoi au plecat, nu pot fi considerati audienta calda. Nici cei care au intrat cateva secunde pe site.<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aici intervine continutul.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daca ai doar continut de umplutura, plictisitor si redundant, audienta ta, indiferent de stadiu, va sari peste el si va pleca spre cei care depun un efort pentru a le oferi ceva valoros.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Acum, audienta rece este atrasa de continutul informativ si distractiv.\u00a0<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce forme poate lua acesta? Articole pe blog, ghiduri, webinarii, studii de caz, video-uri, infografice etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Insa mai importanta decat forma, e fondul: subiectele abordate, gradul de profunzime a informatiilor afisate si promisiunea unei valori relevante pentru nevoia sau interesul actual al vizitatorului.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pana la urma, acesti oameni nu au nici intentia si nici loialitatea de a ramane alaturi de tine, daca nu se simt bine alaturi de tine.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>3. Axeaza-te pe ambasadorii de brand<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>In special pe dovada sociala. Recomandarile, testimonialele si continutul primit de la utilizatorii multumiti au un impact puternic asupra tuturor tipurilor de audienta, inclusiv cea rece.<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ambasadorii de brand si clientii super fideli te ajuta sa cimentezi brandul tau in perceptia vizitatorilor reci, astfel incat sa ii aduca rapid la stadiul de awareness.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chiar daca vor parasi site-ul la primul contact fara sa faca o achizitie, gradul de familiarizare cu tine va fi mai mare la urmatorul contact.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uneori dovada sociala e un stimul suficient de puternic astfel incat sa acopere o buna parte din obiectiile vizitatorului si sa scada numarul punctelor de contact necesare pentru cumparare.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>4. Fa oferte si reduceri tematice<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Luam in calcul inflatia si starea generala de temere economica din acest moment. Pe langa faptul ca ai audientele reci greu de convins sa cumpere, majoritatea consumatorilor aloca mai mult timp pentru a studia si a lua decizia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asadar, acum, sunt foarte importante reducerile si ofertele pe care le faci. Stiu, acestea iti afecteaza marja de profit si nu le faci cu inima usoara.
