Procedura de onbording post-comanda<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Asa cum spuneam la punctul 1, in general clientii primesc 2 mail-uri din partea magazinelor online, imediat dupa comanda. Iar comunicarea se opreste aici sau continua doar cu newslettere din Black Friday in Pasti.<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ai nevoie de o procedura, o secventa, cum doresti sa ii spui, de comunicare post-comanda, cu rol de onboarding. Adica sa familiarizezi clientul cu brandul tau si sa ii mentii treaz interesul asupra ta.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Iata ce poate contine procedura ta de onboarding post-comanda:<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Mail-uri de educare pentru produsele comandate<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; poti seta GoBoti sa fie declansati in functie de categoria de produse. Asadar, la 48 de ore, poti trimite acest email in care anunti numarul de puncte acumulate la aceasta comanda si ce trebuie sa stie despre ele.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Mail de cerere recenzii si testimoniale<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; acumuleaza dovezi sociale in mod proactiv, nu te astepta ca acestea sa vina natural de la clienti. De asemenea, conteaza sa ai <\/span><b>multe recenzii si recente<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">; review-urile vechi isi pierd relevanta in timp.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apoi, conform Findstack, <\/span><b>62% dintre clienti sunt mai predispusi sa cumpere daca vad fotografii sau video-uri cu alti clienti<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Iar Podium ne spune ca<\/span><b> 58% dintre clienti sunt dispusi sa plateasca mai mult pentru a cumpara de la o companie cu reputatie buna.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Toate acestea sunt statistici din ultimii 2 ani. Dar, in definitiv, e suficient sa ne uitam la propriul nostru comportament de cumparare, si al grupului nostru de prieteni.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cei mai multi punem mana pe telefonul mobil si cautam recenzii inainte sa luam o decizie sa mergem undeva, daramite cand cumparam.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Iata cateva ponturi de care sa tii cont cand vrei sa atragi cat mai multe review-uri si sa le folosesti istet:<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Bate fierul cat e cald si cere recenzii dupa comanda &#8211; <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">am specific mai sus detalii.
