Te poti raporta la obiectivele pe termen lung; ce vrei sa faci? Sa extinzi gama de produse? Sa iesi international? Sa maresti echipa?\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Odata ce compari cele doua tabele, vei gasi unde exista goluri sau unde cheltui in exces, astfel incat sa iti optimizezi procesele &lt; iar acesta e un pas extraordinar de important pentru fundamentul scalarii.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In acelasi timp, vei reusi sa stabilesti concret sumele necesare pentru finantarea din exterior, astfel incat sa acoperi diferenta si sa iti cresti afacerea.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Toate activitatile pe care le faci la pasul 1 vor demonstra ca ai o idee clara despre cum functioneaza afacerea, care sunt nevoile acesteia si care e directia ei. Tipuri de fonduri si investitori<\/b><\/h2>\n<h3><b>Intelege sursele de finantare<\/b><b><\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trebuie sa intelegi diversitatea surselor de finantare, cum ar fi capitalul de risc, investitorii privati, imprumuturile bancare si finantarea guvernamentala. Alege o sursa care se potriveste cu nevoile si obiectivele tale.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Capitalul de risc<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> = investitii de la fonduri de investitii specializate care cauta afaceri cu potential de crestere rapida. Ii poti gasi online sau in comunitatile de profil, insa la fel cum investitorii analizeaza la sange afacerile, ar trebui sa faci si tu o evaluare a lor, in functie de istoric si nisa ta, pentru a lua o decizie.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Investitori privati<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> = persoane individuale sau grupuri de investitori.
