E un obiectiv pe termen lung pentru care, daca incepi planificarea devreme, ai oportunitati reale de optimizare si gestionare isteata a resurselor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asadar, asigura-te ca stii care este statusul business-ului tau. Iata cateva etape principale:<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>1. Problem \/ Solution Fit\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In faza initiala a unui startup, accentul se pune pe identificarea si rezolvarea problemei clientilor. Acum validezi ideea de business si confirmi ca exista o nevoie reala in piata pentru produsele tale.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>2. Minimum Viable Product (MVP)<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pasul urmator presupune sa generezi un produs minim viabil. Cu ajutorul lui testezi functionalitatile de baza ale produsului pe o piata reala, in general pe un public restrans.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>3. Product \/ Market Fit<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E etapa in care gasesti echilibrul intre produsele tale si piata tinta. Practic, ai validat faptul ca produsele sunt bine primite si poti reevalua reactiile clientilor.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>4. Scale<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Practic, aici faci ajustari pentru a tine cont de diversificarea si cresterea numarului de clienti, astfel incat produsele sa ramana in continuare relevante pentru acestia.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>5. Maturity<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Momentul in care startup-ul ajunge sa fie o entitate stabila si cunoscuta pe piata.
