Iar asta duce la cresterea presiunii pe umerii tai si ai echipei tale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Altfel spus, e important sa scrii undeva lista zilei cu lucruri de facut, indiferent ca e pe o foaie de hartie, pe o tabla vizibila pentru tot biroul sau, cel mai recomandat, intr-un sistem online.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Notarea si documentarea sarcinilor iti va oferi si o imagine de ansamblu cat mai completa asupra zilei, inclusiv posibilitatea de a evalua corect timpul necesar de investit in fiecare sarcina in parte.<\/span><br \/>\n<a name=\"3\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2><b>3. Urgent + Important<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aici notezi lucrurile pe care trebuie musai sa le faci azi.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acestea fie sunt planificate si prevazute din vreme, fie apar brusc, cum ar fi un influx de comenzi, o criza sau o oportunitate neasteptata.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Ce sarcini sunt urgente si importante ca antreprenor cu un magazin online?\u00a0<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De exemplu, gestionarea comenzilor acumulate din ziua anterioara. Cu cat pregatesti mai rapid comenzile, cu atat acestea pot fi livrate mai repede.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alte task-uri urgente si importante tin de actualizarea informatiilor pentru o campanie in curs, contactarea clientilor post-comanda, inclusiv cu propuneri de upsell, incheierea unui parteneriat, teasingul unei lansari etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Totul depinde de fluxul vostru de lucru intern, pentru a identifica aceste sarcini si a le aloca corect.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>#2. Urgent + Mai putin important\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aici notezi lucrurile pe care le poti incepe azi, dar pot ramane si pe maine sau pana expira deadline-ul.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trebuie sa tii cont de incadrarea in timp, pentru a te asigura ca aceste sarcini sunt rezolvate eficient.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De exemplu, o sarcina urgenta, dar mai putin importanta este sa raspunzi la un email care nu tine de tine neaparat, sa postezi in social media sau sa dai ok-ul pentru raportul sau documentul unui coleg.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>#3. Important + Mai putin urgent<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aici notezi lucrurile pe care le poti face candva, insa nu sunt conditionate de timp.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De exemplu, e important sa extinzi canalele de marketing care functioneaza pentru tine. Insa poate nu ai resurse pentru a te ocupa personal de asta. Defineste urmatorii pasi de facut<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Odata ce ai notat si prioritizat sarcinile, e momentul sa documentezi urmatorul pas, pentru fiecare din ele.<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De exemplu, daca ai notat \u201cgestioneaza toate comenzile realizate de la ora x pana la ora x\u201d, adauga la task pasul \u201casigura-te ca ai filtrat comenzile pentru perioada de timp si esti gata sa incepi\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>De ce ar trebui sa faci asta?<\/strong> <\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cand adaugi pasul urmator necesar de facut pentru fiecare sarcina, e mai usor pentru creierul tau sa intre in spatiul relevant de concentrare.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Saritul intre sarcini vine cu probleme grave legate de productivitate si eficienta, iar multitasking-ul nu e o abilitate atat de draguta pe cat pare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pont! Blocheaza timp in calendar pentru sarcinile de rezolvat azi<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>In special pentru sarcinile importante si urgente. Rezolva sarcinile propuse<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>E foarte posibil ca iti vei nota mai multe sarcini decat e posibil sa realizezi intr-o zi. Nici nu cred ca exista cineva care reuseste sistematic sa rezolve toate sarcinile de pe lista zilnica.<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tocmai de aceea e important sa organizezi si reorganizezi sarcinile pe parcursul programului de lucru. E foarte posibil sa apara ceva urgent si important. Stiu cand e timpul sa raspunda lead-urilor, cand sa faca prospectare, cand au intalniri cu potentiali clienti sau parteneri etc. etc.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Scopul tau este sa iti realizezi o astfel de rutina, astfel incat sa maximizezi performanta, productivitatea si rezultatele pe care le obtii pentru magazinul tau.\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<a name=\"7\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2><b>7. Monitorizeaza-ti performanta in timp<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>E un sentiment extrem de placut sa tai cu linia o sarcina rezolvata, sa o colorezi sau sa o bifezi ca e gata.\u00a0<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru a scapa de procrastinare si pentru a-ti gasi prioritatile corecte, trebuie sa iti construiesti obiceiuri bune. Nu te poti baza doar pe motivatie. Aceasta poate alimenta productivitatea, insa scade in timp.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Obiceiurile eficiente &#8211; si daca asta inseamna 5-10 minute pe zi de facut un task referitor la vanzari &#8211; conteaza foarte mult.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Urmareste performanta in timp comparand matricile zilnice.
