Aici vei gasi si regula ospatarului: \u201c<\/span><b>Daca o persoana este de treaba cu tine dar fara respect fata de ospatarul care va serveste, nu este o persoana de treaba<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prin urmare, tipul de client despre care vorbim este foarte respectuos si dragut cu tine ca si sef, insa arata o lipsa crasa de respect fata de echipa si personalul tau. Cel mai probabil deja te imparti intre management, logistica, viata personala si chiar marketing pentru business-ul tau. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clientii care par sa fie multumiti de ceea ce le oferi, apoi se razgandesc si iti cer altceva iar apoi se razgandesc din nou nu au ce cauta in programul tau deja incarcat, pentru simplul fapt ca iti intrerup ritmul de lucru si iti afecteaza productivitatea.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In aceeasi categorie se incadreaza clientii ce iti consuma toata energia. Vorbesc despre cei cu care nu poti comunica, cei cu care iti este aproape imposibil sa cooperezi sau pur si simplu clientii insuportabili. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tacticile lor incep de la o abordare pasiv-agresiva si pana la abuz verbal si injurii. Problema e ca negativitatea pe care o emana iti este transmisa tie si echipei alaturi de care lucrezi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daca recunosti cel putin un semnal din cele descrise mai sus, renunta chiar acum la relatia cu clientii respectivi. In schimb, daca acestia isi fac un obicei din a-ti cauta nod in papura, aduc critici negative doar de dragul de a te pune intr-o lumina proasta si sunt nesatisfacuti, chiar daca tu ai facut totul pentru a-i multumi, ar trebui eliminati cat mai repede din lista ta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La fel sta treaba si cu cei care se plang deoarece nimic nu este ok din ce le-ai oferit sau ai facut (oricum pentru ei nimic nu este de ajuns, niciodata).
