Aici e partea unde gresesc multi antreprenori si \u201cspecialisti\u201d in eCommerce: cred ca daca produsele lor au specificatii impresionante, acestea se vor vinde singure.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Dar oamenii nu cumpara functionalitati. Oamenii cumpara rezultatele pe care le obtin.<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E o lectie bine-cunoscuta deja, de la Harvard Business School: clientii nu vor burghie, ci gauri in pereti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acest principiu se aplica perfect si in cazul produselor tehnice, ba chiar e esential.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asa ca, daca vrei sa iti usurezi sarcina de a vinde, foloseste formula CAB &#8211; caracteristici, avantaje, beneficii.
