Un maldar de haine formeaza un munte incalcit undeva in stanga, si e atata de liniste inauntru incat auzi o musca zburand.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ramai? Well, probabil ca nu.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Online, lucrurile se intampla exact la fel &#8211; de obicei, si mai repede.<\/strong> <\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In mai putin de o jumatate de secunda, vizitatorul decide daca ii place sau nu site-ul tau. Acolo, in fractiunea aceea de secunda, se naste prima impresie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Scopul tau aici e sa opresti atentia fara a obosi privirea. Folose\u0219te vizualuri curate, promisiuni scurte si relevante, cum ar fi \u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Produse romanesti, gandite pentru tine\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sau <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cTransport gratuit de la 199 lei<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Actul II: Interesul &#8211; cand clientul vrea sa afle mai mult<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Odata ce clientul ti-a acordat o secunda, tu trebuie sa faci totul posibil pentru a o transforma in cinci.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In acest moment sunt extrem de importante elementele de CRO: structura produsului, detaliile, imaginile, povestea brandului. Ce functioneaza aici sunt:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fotografiile mari, naturale, care arata produsul in context real.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Review-urile vizibile si transparente.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Microcopy care inspira incredere (\u201c30 zile retur garantat\u201d, \u201cPlata sigura cu cardul\u201d).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Descrieri care vorbesc pe limba clientului, nu in jargon tehnic.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Actul III: Dorinta &#8211; momentul emotional al deciziei<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In acest stadiu, clientul nu mai compara specificatii, ci revine in zona emotionala a deciziei. Isi imagineaza cum se va simti dupa ce cumpara produsul tau sau reactiile celor din jur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De aceea, pagina de produs trebuie sa ii vanda o stare, nu un obiect:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Afiseaza testimoniale emotionale<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: \u201cAm oferit acest cadou sotiei si s-a topit.\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Foloseste storytelling vizual:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> videoclipuri scurte, oameni reali, zambete.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Ofera sentimentul de exclusivitate<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: \u201cDoar azi\u201d, \u201cEditie limitata\u201d, \u201cPentru clientii nostri fideli\u201d.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Creierul reactioneaza puternic la lipsa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (scarcity) si <\/span><b>anticipare <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(dopamina).
