Si poate si la reducere.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Norocul a facut sa am putin timp liber ca sa investighez mai adanc. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dupa un minut am gasit raspunsul scris cu litere minuscule undeva spre sfarsitul paginii &#8211; motivul pentru care tricoul din magazinul X era mai bun decat cel din Y.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si dupa ce am citit, am inteles perfect de ce se potrivea nevoilor mele. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acest tricou era creat dintr-un material special, care sa imbunatateasca experienta de alergare, imi permitea sa ma misc mai liber si era facut special pentru alergatul in aer liber.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dar daca eram grabit cum sunt de obicei si nu aveam un minut sa cercetez mai mult? Sau pur si simplu nu eram chiar atat de interesat si doar imi plimbam ochii pe pagina fara sa fiu atent?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As fi plecat fara sa pricep de ce costa mai mult si fara, posibil, sa cumpar produsul. Iar problema asta nu e doar a magazinelor de echipamente sportive. Exista prea multe site-uri care fac aceeasi greseala de incepator &#8211; ascund detaliile produsului.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Din pacate, clientul tau nu e vreun Sherlock Holmes si nici nu e dispus sa iti dedice un minut din timpul sau valoros pentru a cauta raspunsul la intrebarea \u201c<\/span><b>de ce sa cumpar de la tine?<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O pagina buna de produs, cu potential de a vinde afiseaza detaliile produsului cat mai vizibil si usor de citit. Dar descrierile clare de produs sunt doar un exemplu de element a unei pagini de produs ce vinde.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cei care doresc sa cumpere au o gramada de intrebari pentru care cauta disperati raspuns prin intermediul informatiilor din pagina de produs. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Iti faci treaba cum trebuie, vinzi. Joaca-te aiurea in zona de considerare (in jurul butonului de adaugare in cos) si pierzi vanzarea.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asadar, hai sa discutam pe larg despre ce gandesc clientii tai chiar inainte sa dea click pe <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gomag.ro\/preturi\"><b>adauga in cos in magazinul tau online<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> si vei vedea ce raspunsuri trebuie sa primeasca instinctiv cand iti vad pagina de produs.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>1. Este produsul potrivit pentru mine?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cand se apropie momentul adevarului &#8211; momentul in care spun \u201cda, cumpar chestia asta\u201d, cei mai multi clienti acorda atentie speciala descrierilor de produs pentru a se asigura ca produsul tau le acopera nevoile si este potrivit pentru ei. Asta inseamna urmatoarele lucruri:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Locul in care este plasata descrierea trebuie sa fie excesiv de greu de ratat<\/strong>. In exemplul de mai jos, descrierea produsului e chiar sub imaginea mare si clara cu acesta. La produsul Valigeria din imagine vede ca produsul este pentru femei? Da. Este o geanta din piele ecologica? Da. Cat de mare e? Aha (in tab-ul de caracteristici sunt prezentate dimensiunile, greutatea si toate atributele produsului). Se potriveste cu o tinuta stilata? Da.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Descrierea ar trebui sa fie scurta, raspunzand punctual la intrebarile clientului.<\/strong> Poate fi prezentata in forma unor paragrafe de text sau cu bullets. Daca produsul necesita mai multe detalii poti crea doua descrieri, una scurta in care raspunzi la cele mai presante intrebari si alta mai lunga, pe care clientul poate alege sa o citeasca pentru a afla toate detaliile.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Un impuls la incredere il reprezinta testimonialele si dovezile sociale &#8211;<\/strong> recenzii de la clienti, comentarii, rating, fotografii etc. Mai mult, acestea pot fi folosite pentru a descoperi raspunsuri ce, altfel, ar fi mai greu de gasit. Au marimea \/ dimensiunea potrivita, mi se va potrivi?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dupa ce se asigura ca au gasit produsul perfect, urmatoarea intrebare logica este legata de marime &#8211; un atribut aplicabil in mai multe nise, nu doar in fashion.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Indiferent ca e vorba de un tricou sau o cutie de bijuterii sau un termos sau un telefon sau perdele, oare e disponibil in marimea pe care o doresc eu? <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In aceasta situatie iti recomand sa afisezi un mesaj utilizatorului in care il anunti ca produsul nu mai e disponibil la marimea preferata, dar ii ceri adresa de <a href=\"https:\/\/help.gomag.ro\/hc\/ro\/articles\/360003192514-Alerte-Stoc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">email pentru a-l alerta<\/a> imediat ce acesta revine in stoc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asa te asiguri ca utilizatorul nu pleaca fara sa iti dea nimic ci obtii o adresa de email pe care o vei folosi pentru a-l convinge sa cumpere mai mult si in mod repetat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Citeste si: <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gomag.ro\/blog\/de-ce-pleaca-oamenii-din-site-ul-tau\/\"><b>De Ce Pleaca Oamenii Din Site-ul Tau<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<h3><b>3. Au culoarea pe care o doresc, cum va arata produsul?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clientul a gasit produsul perfect, chiar in marimea de care are nevoie? Super. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dar mai departe ne lovim de un alt atribut de care sunt interesati toti &#8211; culoarea. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Astfel, potentialii clienti trebuie sa poata vedea rapid pe ce culori e disponibil produsul si daca e disponibil pe culoarea prefera la marimea dorita.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poti afisa blocuri solide de culoare sau un meniu drop down cu denumirea culorilor disponibile. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Indiferent de ce alegi, ai grija sa ai fotografii de produs pe culorile respective, pentru ca utilizatorul sa isi poata face o idee cum va arata produsul final.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Iti recomand sa folosesti fotografii de produs clare, intr-un cadru real, deoarece stii bine ca o culoare poate arata diferit in realitate in functie de materialul din care este realizat produsul, in functie de lumina sau gradul de procesare foto. Dar transportul, au transport gratuit sau&#8230;?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Incet, incet ne apropiem de sfarsit. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clientul tau a trecut prin tot procesul de gasire a unui produs perfect, a selectat marimea si culoarea (uneori nu e usor, recunosc). <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A vazut pretul si a ales cantitatea. E aproape momentul adevarului dar mai intervine o intrebare: ce se intampla cu transportul comenzii?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oare oferi transport gratuit? Sau trebuie sa cumpere pana la o anumita valoare pentru a primi comanda gratuit? <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sau nu oferi deloc livrare gratuita, ci ai un cost fix de la firma de curierat?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Indiferent de varianta din site-ul tau ai grija sa faci procesul de livrare si costurile aferente cat de vizibil se poate.
