Ei genereaza cea mai valoroasa forma de marketing: recomandarea personala, care are rata de conversie de 4-5 ori mai mare decat orice reclama platita.<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cred ca fiecare dintre noi avem un prieten care trebuie neaparat sa aiba un telefon iPhone ca altfel nu e sanatos, in ciuda multor alternative.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sau, cand iesiti in oras, stramba din nas daca se intampla cumva ca restaurantul sa nu aiba Coca-Cola in meniu.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Care ar deveni milionar daca cineva l-ar plati sa se uite cu orele la filme si seriale doar pe Netflix, sau a facut deja un gospel din incercarea de a te convinge sa asculti muzica pe Spotify, de fiecare data cand va intalniti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Well, posibil sa fii chiar tu in aceasta postura cand vine vorba de afinitatea pentru un anume brand.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b><i>Intrebarea e, ce provoaca acest tip de comportament in oameni?<\/i><\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daca e sa vorbim in viata de zi cu zi, iubirea e un lucru extraordinar de incarcat emotional, pe care il simti visceral, dar ti-e greu sa-l explici in cuvinte.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Similar, in lumea brandurilor, dragostea de brand e Sfantul Graal despre care vorbesc pe la colturi toti marketerii &#8211; In general, clientii pleaca atunci cand apare o optiune mai ieftina sau mai comoda.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dar un ambasador, un client devenit fan, iti ramane alaturi chiar si cand treci printr-un rebranding chestionabil &#8211; la bine si la rau, indiferent de alternative.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Iar aceasta apartenenta se contruieste pe o rezonanta consecventa atunci cand povestea, valorile si cultura brandului se aliniaza cu aspiratiile, credintele si povestile ce contureaza modul in care oamenii inteleg lumea.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cum anume? Uite cum:<\/span><br \/>\n<a name=\"1\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2><b>1. Principiul produselor excelente<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Oricat am vrea sa credem ca povestile frumoase, comunicarea ingenioasa sau campaniile emotionale pot muta muntii din loc, adevarul simplu si, cateodata, incomod e ca totul incepe si se termina cu produsul.\u00a0<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pana la urma, <em><strong>achizitia porneste de la o nevoie, o durere sau o problema<\/strong><\/em> care trebuie sa fie rezolvata printr-o solutie ce functioneaza in mod real, e de calitate sau rezoneaza emotional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un produs bun creeaza un sentiment aproape tangibil de siguranta: stii ca atunci cand il folosesti, nu te lasa la greu si nu-ti face surprize proaste cand ai deja destule pe cap.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dar excelenta produsului nu inseamna neaparat sa fie cel mai inovator, cel mai scump sau cel mai complex. Principiul storytelling-ului emotional<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Realitatea e ca luam decizii in mare parte pe baza emotiilor, iar apoi le justificam cu argumente logice. Sigur, afirmatia asta nu a pornit de la mine, ci e validata de nume grele in lumea marketing-ului si a vanzarilor.<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Brandurile care invata sa vorbeasca pe limba emotiilor sunt si cele care reusesc sa-si ocupe un loc in top, in mintea si sufletul oamenilor.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aici te ajuta storytelling-ul, adica abilitatea brandului de a-si articula clar motivul pentru care exista, durerea pe care o rezolva si felul in care ii insoteste pe oameni in povestile lor personale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gandeste-te doar la reclama de Craciun de la John Lewis (well, cu exceptia celei de anul asta, care e\u2026 meh), sau cele de la Dove, ce valorizeaza audienta si o transforma in eroul povestii, reflectand emotiile oamenilor, precum acceptare de sine, frumusete reala, incredere.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Creierul nostru e pur si simplu asa format incat sa inteleaga in povesti.\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dar pentru ca povestea brandului sa devina un factor de atasament, trebuie sa fie repetabila, usor de recunoscut si, in primul rand, autentica.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-27194 size-full\" title=\"storytelling-emotional\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gomag.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/storytelling-emotional.png\" alt=\"storytelling-emotional\" width=\"1080\" height=\"1080\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.gomag.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/storytelling-emotional.png 1080w, https:\/\/www.gomag.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/storytelling-emotional-980x980.png 980w, https:\/\/www.gomag.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/storytelling-emotional-480x480.png 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1080px, 100vw\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De aceea revino cu imaginatia asupra primului principiu, si asigura-te ca vorbesti despre durerea pe care o rezolvi, nu despre produs.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Arata-le oamenilor ca<em> ii intelegi si ajuta-i sa se conecteze la experiente cu care pot rezona<\/em> (ex., familie, identitate, progres, incredere, timp, acasa, creativitate).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O alta regula de capatai aici este sa <strong>introduci povestea in tot ce comunici,<\/strong> de la mesaj si ton, pana la vizualuri si experienta clientilor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desi am dat mai sus exemple de branduri din afara, ca sa faci toate astea, nu ai nevoie de mega bugete si reclame la televizor.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Uneori, poti sa urmezi fomule care functioneaza dovedit, cum sunt urmatoarele 3 \ud83d\ude42\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>O durere mica &gt; Solutie rapida &gt; Rezultat vizibil<\/b> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(potrivita pentru nevoi de zi cu zi) <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; incepe de la a identifica problemele ce pot aparea in rutina (ex., n-ai timp sa tot colinzi magazinele), apoi arata cat de simplu o rezolva brandul. La final, transmite emotia pozitiva despre ce a reusit sa castige clientul cumparand de la tine (ex. o ora doar pentru el).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Eroul e clientul &gt; Brandul e ghidul<\/b> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(pentru branduri premium sau comunitate)<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; clientul are o dorinta, obstacolul e procesul (pret, livrare, prea haotic sa aleaga etc.), dar brandul curata drumul (ex., lasa-ne pe noi sa ne ocupam de\u2026).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Ritual mic &gt; Emotie mare &gt; Sustinere din partea brandului <\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(home &amp; deco, beauty, alimentare etc.)<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; Oamenii nu cumpara produse, cumpara <\/span><b>ritualuri<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Principiul conexiunilor umane\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Atunci cand ne uitam dincolo de produse, preturi si functionalitati, descoperim ca brandurile iubite se diferentiaza de cele doar tolerabile prin capacitatea lor de a crea relatii umane calde, fara presiune.\u00a0<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Oamenii nu se ataseaza de logo-uri sau de sisteme de CRM.\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sunt atenti la tone of voice, la atentia la detalii, la felul in care sunt tratati atunci cand au o problema.
