Incerci sa vinzi prea repede<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In Baia Mare exista un complex de boxe cu tot felul de produse, in marea majoritate haine si lucruri pentru casa, numit Center. Gasesti si ce nu vrei acolo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru cei care adora cumparaturile e raiul pe pamant, dar pentru cei care prefera sa caute in ritmul lor, e ca un vampir emotional. E suficient sa iti arunci privirea spre vreo boxa si vei fi asaltat imediat cu \u201dpoftiti, va rog, intrati, ce v-ar placea, hai sa incercati etc. etc.\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una e sa auzi asta odata, alta e cand se intampla la fiecare pas, de la un vanzator diferit &#8211; si cred ca sunt zeci, cu boxele lipite una de cealalta. E un adevarat labirint.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aceasi problema se intampla in eCommerce &#8211; graba. Supraincarci vizitatorul cu optiuni<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Mai multe optiuni par, la prima vedere, un lucru bun. Si totusi, dupa ce pleci, nu-ti mai amintesti nimic din ce-ai vazut.<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De ce?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru ca mesajul pe care il transmit este doar rational &#8211; corect, dar fara impact. Nu vorbesti pe limba nivelului de constientizare al clientului<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Daca esti familiar(a) cu conceptul de customer journey sau sales funnel, stii ca oamenii ajung la tine in diferite stadii de constientizare a problemei cu care se confrunta.<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unii utilizatori abia descopera ca au o problema. Altii cauta deja solutii. Cativa sunt aproape gata sa cumpere.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dar daca folosesti acelasi mesaj pentru toti, pierzi conversii.
