Dar cand piata e tensionata, asa cum e acum, lucrurile se schimba. Confirmare comanda, status livrare, AWB, notificari automate etc. Apoi se lasa linistea.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uite aici se pierde o oportunitate uriasa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un client care tocmai a primit coletul tau este in cel mai bun moment emotional al relatiei cu brandul. A asteptat o vreme produsul si acum reuseste sa il testeze. Isi formeaza o prima impresie reala, nu una din poze.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Ce poti face, simplu si fara buget?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trimite-i un mesaj scurt, uman, dupa livrare. Fara template corporatiste. De exemplu:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cHei, a ajuns comanda? Totul ok cu produsul?\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Atat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acest gest functioneaza foarte bine pentru ca majoritatea clientilor nu se asteapta la genul asta de mesaj, asa ca surpriza creeaza diferenta. Mesajul transmite ca iti pasa, ca esti prezent si ca nu esti doar un site care vrea pur si simplu sa ii ia banii.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mai mult, follow-up-ul iti permite sa rezolvi potentiale probleme mici inainte sa devina frustrari mari. Cateodata se intampla cazuri precum un produs livrat gresit, un pachet deteriorat in timpul transportului, o instructiune neclara, o asteptare nerealista etc. Toate pot fi corectate rapid, cu un cost minim.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pe termen lung, clientii care simt ca au fost tratati ca oameni, nu ca numere, au sanse mult mai mari sa revina. Desigur, uneori functioneaza, dar tu poti duce rezultatele la urmatorul nivel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gandeste-te sa faci cross-sell educativ, adica o abordare mult mai prietenoasa cu clientul.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b><i>Ideea e simpla: nu ii spui clientului ce sa cumpere. Pe termen mediu si lung creeaza dependenta in randul consumatorilor si iti erodeaza marja.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cel mai grav e sa iti educi clientii sa nu revina decat atunci cand ai o oferta! De aceea, alternativa mai sanatoasa e reactivarea prin context.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>De exemplu, in loc sa spui \u201cRevino, avem -10%\u201d, spune <i>\u201cMajoritatea clientilor revin in acest moment pentru ca\u2026\u201d.<\/i><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acest context poate fi legat de timp, de sezon, de consum sau de gradul de folosire al produsului cumparat initial.
