Vei descoperi ce ai de facut ca sa nu plece cu mana goala.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>1. Cine este clientul aventurier si de unde vine? (Identitate)<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Utilizatorul nou. Ce isi doresc clientii aventurieri? (Intentie)<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Datorita naturii sale confuze, e posibil sa crezi ca aventurierul e ceva neam cu vreo divinitate fitoasa din antichitate. Nu te ajuta nici faptul ca trebuie sa ii deosebesti si sa ii segmentezi in cadrul celei mai mari mase de trafic din site.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/68.media.tumblr.com\/f5c869f61638c0789e7c520f2292bd97\/tumblr_mm29oaqkEF1qbabvao5_250.gif\" alt=\"cine este clientul aventurier\" width=\"245\" height=\"150\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vestea buna e ca poti sa iti dai seama ce vrea aventurierul daca urmaresti canalul prin care a ajuns in magazinul tau. Pe scurt, <\/span><b>aventurierii isi doresc ori sa fie ajutati, ori sa fie distrati &#8211; si in multe cazuri, isi doresc ambele lucruri<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mai departe, cand vin cu asemenea intentii inseamna ca aterizeaza in site in doua locuri principale: in pagina de home sau pe continut (in blog).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nota: azi nu mai vorbim despre pagina de produs (unde mai poate ateriza) deoarece se aplica aceleasi masuri ca si in cazul clientului vanator, despre care am vorbit intr-un articol anterior.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il poti (re)citi aici: Clientul Vanator: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gomag.ro\/blog\/clientul-vanator-cum-elimini-tot-ce-sta-calea-lui\/\"><strong>Cum Elimini Tot Ce Sta In Calea Lui<\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Pagina de home &#8211; cum ii dai aventurierului ceea ce vrea<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pagina ta de home trebuie sa faca doua lucruri: sa puna lucrurile pe tava in fata clientului si sa il distreze, astfel incat sa fie motivat sa consulte si alte pagini pentru ca, pana la urma, sa cumpere.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cum faci asta? Te asiguri ca respecti bunele practici de uzabilitate. In principal, vitala este o singura regula: pagina sa fie intuitiva, explicativa, evidenta, mai limpede ca apa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In eCommerce, regula de aur ramane modelul sub forma de F de citire. Utilizatorii sunt obisnuiti sa citeasca de la stanga la dreapta si de sus in jos. Pagina continua cu optiunea de acces spre principala platforma sociala si o optiune de abonare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inca un lucru. Nu toti aventurierii ajung in site-ul tau cu intentie scazuta de cumparare. Depinde de produsele tale dar cei care vin din surse de trafic direct si fac parte din audienta targetata, e posibil ca au ajuns in magazinul tau deoarece <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cineva le-a spus ca ar trebui sa o faca<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ei, acest segment de trafic vrea sa fie ajutat chiar mai mult si posibil ca vei vedea din partea lui un volum mai mare de cautari in site. Cel mai bun lucru pe care il poti face este sa le pui la dispozitie o casuta de cautare interna intr-un loc cat mai vizibil, preferabil in partea de sus a paginii.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Continut &#8211; cum il pregatesti pentru clientul aventurier<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ia cuvantul cheie cu intentie scazuta de cumparare pe care l-am mentionat mai sus, \u201cspecia de papagali blue naped\u201d si fa o cautare in Google. Pentru ca, daca magazinul tau se concentreaza in mare parte pe vanzare, asa cum este si normal, blogul se poate ocupa de distrarea oamenilor aflati doar in faza de explorare (awareness).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Odata ajunsi in blog, e extrem de usor sa ii impresionezi si sa ii atragi in palnia de vanzari: sa le prezinti continut in legatura cu produsele tale care sa ii invete si sa ii distreze, sa afisezi link-uri spre produsele din magazin, sa ii inviti sa se aboneze cat de mult se poate (la sfarsitul articolelor, hello bar, pop-up, widget, lead magnet etc.) si apoi sa le cultivi intentia de cumparare prin strategia de email.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Totusi marea intrebare ramane: cum ghidezi aventurierul spre achizitie intr-un timp mai scurt?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Citeste si: <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gomag.ro\/blog\/4-intrebari-din-mintea-clientilor-tai\/\"><b>4 Intrebari Din Mintea Clientilor Tai<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<h3><b>3. Cum ghidezi clientul aventurier spre achizitie? (Actiune)<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In eCommerce, tentatia e sa inunzi pagina de home cu o multime de optiuni (sa iti prezinti toate produsele, toate beneficiile etc.). Pana la urma, asta e strategia pe care o adopta cei mari.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poate vrei sa ajungi ca eMag sau poate vrei sa ajungi ca si Amazon, insa ceea ce functioneaza pentru ei, nu va functiona pentru tine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In primul rand, nu vorbim despre aceeasi putere de brand. Ca sa luam doar un exemplu, daca faci o cautare pe Google cu \u201ccel mai popular magazin online din Romania\u201d, raspunsul va fi eMag. Romani din toate colturile tarii cauta specific aceasta platforma si se regasesc la un nivel mai ridicat sau scazut al intentiei de cumparare. Tocmai de aceea, treaba grea pe care trebuie sa o faci este sa te diferentiezi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nu aspira la nivelul marilor magazine daca esti la inceput si mai ales daca nu ai un buget pe potriva. In spatele succesului lor, cel mai mic aport il are platforma eCommerce iar cel mai mare, viziunea managementului si strategiile de marketing si vanzare pe care le pun in aplicare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acum, pagina de home a site-ului tau trebuie sa se axeze pe simplitate pentru a ghida actiunea aventurierului. Urmatoarele lucruri de facut? Stimulente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Printre clientii tai aventurieri se va amesteca si un alt tip de clienti &#8211; strangatorii sau cum sunt cunoscuti mai bine, vanatorii de reduceri. Iar reducerile reprezinta cel mai puternic impuls pentru romani, indiferent de valoarea acestora.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daca iti permiti sa pastrezi marja de profit la un nivel ok pentru tine, nu ezita sa oferi si reduceri ca si stimulent pentru actiune. Dar, atentie, nu il oferi mereu ci conditioneaza-l \/ limiteaza-l.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si acum, revenind la continut, marii jucatori au avantajul sutelor sau miilor de afiliati si influenceri, a unor departamente de marketing puternice care creeaza continut frecvent, usor de gasit la orice cautare pe Google sau alte platforme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daca nu te poti bate cu mai marii in oferte, preturi si sisteme de automatizare, concentreaza-te pe puterea continutului educativ din blog.
