Bifeaza reactiile pe care le observi si ajusteaza-ti raspunsurile astfel incat convorbirea sa decurga asa cum doresti tu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Evident, informatiile din ghid sunt atat de bune pe cat efort depui tu sa le aplici. Daca doar citesti ghidul si\u2026 atat &#8211; nu aplici informatiile, nu le folosesti practic, nu iti iei notite pe marginea ghidului in timp ce vorbesti la telefon sau te panichezi, atunci mai bine nu-l citi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inca o chestie, toate scenariile si informatiile din ghid trebuie adaptate la specificul afacerii tale.
