Ori, daca gaseste trei stele si un comentariu confuz din 2023, ridica si mai multe semne de intrebare.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dar daca vede recenzii recente, in special cu raspunsuri de la tine sub cele negative (care solutioneaza situatiile), e mai predispus sa comande.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b><i>Statistic, 93% dintre cumparatori citesc recenzii inainte sa cumpere, potrivit celui mai recent studiu BrightLocal despre comportamentul consumatorilor fata de review-uri.\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In eCommerce, aceste dovezi sociale au devenit echivalentul vanzatorului din magazinul fizic care iti raspunde la intrebari inainte sa scoti cardul din portofel.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ok, adevarul e ca un sistem de recenzii nu se construieste peste noapte, dar vestea buna e ca nici nu are nevoie de bugete mari &#8211; ce iti trebuie e un proces clar, repetat lunar.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In materialul de azi trecem prin tot ce ai nevoie sa stii ca sa pornesti un asemenea sistem, de la primul email trimis dupa livrare pana la reguli mai putin cunoscute pe care putini comercianti le aplica.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"ChatGPT recomand\u0103 concuren\u021bii, nu magazinul t\u0103u online. Recenziile Google apar direct in cautare si in Maps, influenteaza ranking-ul local si sunt gratuite pentru orice client cu cont Google. Strategia este aceeasi: email post-livrare, cu link direct la recenzia produsului pe platforma respectiva.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ideal, prezenta ta acopera cel putin trei canale: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Google, Facebook si site-ul propriu<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, pentru ca diversificarea construieste incredere, si te protejeaza de scenariul in care o singura platforma iti scade brusc ratingul.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un aspect confirmat de studiile BrightLocal din ultimii ani e ca majoritatea cumparatorilor verifica recenziile pe cel putin doua platforme diferite inainte sa decida, nu se opresc la prima sursa gasita.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asta inseamna ca <\/span><b><i>a fi prezent doar pe Google, desi util, nu acopera tot parcursul de decizie al clientului.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p><a name=\"3\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2><b>3. Cum ceri recenzii fara sa deranjezi clientul<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conform datelor colectate de platformele de recenzii precum PowerReviews, rata de recenzare spontana, fara nicio cerere din partea ta, e<\/span><b> sub 5%<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In general, clientul multumit isi vede de treaba lui, dar clientul nemultumit, in schimb, cauta activ unde sa se planga.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trebuie sa echilibrezi tu aceasta asimetrie.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Emailul automat post-livrare ramane cel mai eficient tool de cerere recenzii, cu conditia sa respecti timing-ul. Daca ai orice nelamurire, raspunde direct la acest email, rezolvam imediat.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<h3><b>Cateva reguli scurte, dar importante:<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pune link direct catre pagina de recenzie, nu catre homepage.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adauga un singur buton de actiune (nu cere simultan si recenzie, si follow pe Instagram, si abonare la newsletter).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Foloseste un minim de personalizare cu elementele variabile pe care le ai la dispozitie (cel putin prenumele clientului).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Foloseste un ton scris ca de la om la om, nu corporate.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In a doua etapa, ia in calcul SMS-ul pentru ca <\/span><b>rata medie de citire pentru acesta se situeaza in jurul valorii de 98%<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, fata de aproximativ 20% la email (potrivit datelor agregate din rapoartele de piata Mailchimp si Sender).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poate functiona ca reminder pentru clientii care nu au raspuns la email: email in ziua 7, SMS in ziua 12, de exemplu: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8222;[Prenume], cum a fost comanda de la [Magazin]? Parerea ta conteaza!
