Conform datelor din piata romaneasca, doar 35% dintre magazinele online aplica consecvent best practices de UX, SEO si customer experience. Cele care o fac au rate de conversie cu 40-60% mai mari si costuri de achizitie client cu 25% mai mici. Aici este locul unde putem deveni personali cu utilizatorii, unde le putem arata cine si cati suntem, le putem transmite in ce valori credem si pe ce baze am construit business-ul actual. Majoritatea magazinelor online nu afiseaza, totusi, aceasta parte umana, nu abordeaza nici un tip de comunicare, in cele mai multe cazuri regasind in pagina doar un scurt text de cateva randuri cu banalul istoric, fara elemente grafice, fara echipa sau testimoniale. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este de inteles ca un start-up, de exemplu, probabil nu detine inca elemente precum testimoniale reale sau o adevarata poveste in spate despre crestere si evolutie. Cu siguranta insa, cu totii am putea ambala aceasta intr-o adevarata pagina de jurnal a magazinului. <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Echipa <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Ai 2-3 oameni in spate? Ai 100? Esti doar tu? Perfect! Afiseaza-te! Ai o hala super mare in care ai putea capta niste panorame frumoase? Sau poate ai sediul intr-o cladire in centrul orasului. In oricare dintre cazuri, indicat este sa dai viata acestei pagini folosind fotografii de genul &#8211; sa transmiti vizitatorilor ca in spate sunt oameni exact ca tine care doar isi fac treaba.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Mentiuni <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; iti amintesti acum ca ai luat parte anul trecut la un interviu legat de afacerea ta. Ei bine, mentioneaza acest lucru. Aici conversatia intre utilizator si magazin trebuie sa duca la o conversie reusita. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Utilizatorul isi exprima nevoia ca o interogare: practic, cauta produsul dorit. Pe de alta parte tu, ca magazin, revii cu raspunsul ca un set de rezultate. Pagina trebuie sa ofere neaparat o oportunitate de a ne angaja intr-un dialog in care sa ghidam nevoile de informare ale utilizatorilor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Putine magazine online ofera informatii esentiale precum numarul de produse disponibile in urma cautarii si disponibilitatea stocului in pagina cu rezultatele cautarii. Aceste detalii trebuie gandite dinainte, insa intr-adevar, trebuie ca si platforma sa coopereze si sa permita.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este foarte important ca magazinul sa returneze utilizatorilor rezultatele cu toate datele exacte, ori altfel acestia nu vor avea incredere in instrumentul de cautare oferit de site-ul tau. Prin urmare, este esential ca prioritatea ta in aceasta pagina sa fie punerea la dispozitie a rezultatelor relevante, iar cele mai importante rezultate sa fie cele care apar pe prima pagina.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Omiterea diferentiatorilor &#8211; USP si UVP<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nu se tine cont (in masa) nici de Unique Sales Proposition, majoritatea magazinelor online avand aceiasi diferentiatori sau deloc, ori considerandu-i total irelevanti, din moment ce au ales sa ii omita. Insa nedumerirea mea a fost mereu urmatoarea: <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mi se pare ca termenul e vag pentru multi dintre noi. De multe ori ma uit si acum la elementele unui magazin online si nu imi dau seama ce vor sa transmita. Oare e, intr-adevar, acesta un diferentiator? Dar de ce il gasesc in pagina de Contact si nu in Home, evidentiat ca atare? Hmm&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O propunere unica de vanzare este ceea ce reprezinta afacerea ta, elementul pentru care este recunoscuta. Gandeste-te, de ce ai recomanda serviciile\/produsele tale cuiva? In loc sa incerci sa transmiti faptul ca magazinul tau le are pe toate, ca esti cunoscut pentru oferta ta larga de produse in site, alege sa reprezinti ceva specific transmitand propunerile unice de valoare si de vanzare.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recunoasterea erorilor de scriere in rezultatele cautarii<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sincer, aceasta este o buna practica foarte rar intalnita la magazinele online din Romania si reprezinta un colac de salvare pentru multi vizitatori. Pe langa ca ii scutesti de cateva click-uri inutile, oferi un plus valoare, transmiti faptul ca developerii tai chiar isi fac treaba.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In cazul in care un utilizator scrie gresit un termen in bara de cautare iar magazinul online e incapabil sa detecteze acest lucru, le poti arata rezultatele pentru termenul de cautare ghicit si cel &#8222;corectat&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Exemplu: \u201cOops! Cautarea pentru <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">latpop <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nu a generat rezultate. Ai vrut sa scrii <\/span><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><b><i>laptop<\/i><\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">?\u201d <\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acest lucru elimina orice frustrare care ar putea fi cauzata de returnarea incorecta a rezultatelor si fortarea utilizatorului de a retasta termenul in bara de cautare.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Repartizare produse cu caracteristici comune in pseudo-categorii<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nu multe magazine ofera aceasta functionalitate, mai probabil o regasim doar la cele cu foarte multe produse, apartinatoare ale niselor fashion, IT, bio, bebe, carti si reviste.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aceasta presupune promovarea produselor din categorii diferite intr-o singura categorie. De exemplu, categorii precum:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8222;Festival&#8221; &#8211; foarte util pentru nisele fashion care doresc sa adauge aici toate produsele din site care se potrivesc tinutelor de festival: fuste denim, pelerine, palarii, ochelari de soare, tricouri cu print-uri, sandale, borsete etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8222;Plaja&#8221; &#8211; de ajutor in magazinele online cu specific bio, cosmetice, magazine care vor sa stocheze toate produsele de tip lotiuni solare, balsam buze cu SPF etc., intr-o singura cateogrie sezoniera.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cGaming\u201d &#8211; categorie utila pasionatilor de jocuri PC unde se pot regasi produse precum mouse gaming, cooler, rami, mousepad, casti audio &amp; microfon PC.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daca magazinul tau se regaseste intr-una din nisele in care aceste pseudo-categorii functioneaza, este necesar sa se puna in practica functionalitatea. Majoritatea magazinelor online inca nu au implementate in pagina de confirmare optiuni precum incurajarea crearii unui cont, incurajarea abonarii la newsletter, programe loializare, recomandari de produse in functie de produsul comandat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In schimb, se tine cont de aceste elemente tocmai in paginile in care nu se recomanda. Am regasit de cele mai multe ori incurajarea crearii unui cont in procesul de comanda &#8211; acolo unde atentia utilizatorului trebuie sa fie numai si numai pe campurile de completare si pe butonul \u201cPlaseaza comanda\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ok, incurajarea abonarii la newsletter apare by default la multe magazine in footer; insa de ce se omite in Thank you page? Probabil este vorba de comoditate. E mai simplu sa concepi doua randuri de text (in unele cazuri nici atat) decat sa incepi chiar din acest punct sa fidelizezi clientul, sa il faci sa-si doreasca sa mai comande de la tine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>De avut in vedere pentru remediere:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In primul rand, un client care a comandat poate fi de acum unul pierdut daca nu i-ai acordat atentia suficienta, daca nu i-ai dat un motiv sa revina, nu l-ai trimis sa te urmareasca in social media, etc.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apoi, risti sa transmiti oarecum ca esti interesat strict de vanzare si nu de retentia clientilor. Oferi un \u201cmultumim\u201d, un ID de comanda si un \u201cla revedere\u201d mai mult sau mai putin calduros. Da, intr-adevar, detaliile esentiale se trimit in emailul de confirmare, insa aici ai posibilitatea sa devii personal, sa empatizezi, sa il inviti sa se mai plimbe prin site si sa faci un upsell frumos.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seteaza neaparat un program de loializare. Transmite-le (aminteste-le) ca au ajuns in locul ideal, spune-le ce sa faca mai departe, plaseaza un call to action vizibil, reaminteste-le cine esti, chiar invita-i in magazinul fizic, daca exista.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preferi ca Thank You page-ul sa reprezinte un mesaj de multumire si atat, sa existe un URL strict ca tu sa poti seta un goal? Poti considera pagina de confirmare ca o oportunitate ratata.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Scopul principal este de a te asigura ca utilizatorii care viziteaza site-ul tau pot gasi fara efort produsul cautat &#8211; si apoi il pot cumpara rapid si usor. Surpriza ar fi ca magazinele sa respecte din ce in ce mai mult criteriile si bunele practici atunci cand optimizeaza si pregatesc magazinul pentru vanzare. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Criteriile de jurizare GPeC sunt considerate precum un audit pentru magazinele online.
