Noi, romanii. Anul acesta, intre 17 si 24 noiembrie, vom lasa iar la o parte obiceiul sacru de a pune muraturi si conserve pentru iarna si vom vana reduceri.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fie ca il iubesti sau il urasti, Black Friday este un eveniment despre care vei auzi multi ani de acum incolo. Pe langa faptul ca exista un apetit crecut pentru reduceri, evenimentul reprezinta o ocazie excelenta pentru cresterea profitului dar si pentru a incepe o relatie de comunicare cu clientii.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Black Friday da startul sezonului de cumparaturi pentru iarna iar un antreprenor istet va tine cont de acest context pentru a incheia anul in forta. Si, uite-asa, vedem din nou in actiune factorul sezonalitate, asupra caruia am atras atentia in repetate randuri.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acum, marea intrebare, inainte de toate, este: ar trebui sa participe si magazinul meu la Black Friday?<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E adevarat ca unele nise par sa acapareze interesul romanilor: IT&amp;C, electrocasnice, fashion, home &amp; deco, produse pentru copii, bijuterii si cosmetice sau vacante. Insa chiar daca ai un mic magazin online cu produse handmade, Black Friday se poate transforma intr-o veritabila rampa de lansare pentru afacerea ta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Insa cu anumite conditii. Decizia de a participa sau nu la Black Friday tine in cea mai mare masura de marja ta de profit si de bugetul pe care vrei sa il investesti in promovare. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Cu cat timp inainte trebuie sa iti pregatesti magazinul online pentru Black Friday?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Simplu, incepand de ieri. Intr-adevar, suntem doar in septembrie insa marii retaileri, cei cu care te razboiesti neincetat pentru interesul si banii clientilor, au inceput deja pregatirile.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Opreste-ma daca ai mai auzit chestia asta: nu toate magazinele sunt la fel. Si, implicit, nu toti cei care cumpara din aceste magazine sunt la fel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daca incepi promotiile prea repede, in efortul de a anticipa entuziasmul de Black Friday, te-ai putea trezi ca vinzi foarte putin fata de cat ai sperat. Acelasi lucru se poate intampla si daca iti promovezi promotiile prea tarziu. Vezi tu, termenii \u2018prea devreme\u2019 sau \u2018prea tarziu\u2019 depind de magazin, de audienta si de produs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Insa pregatirea pentru Black Friday nu inseamna doar promotii. Daca nu ai mai facut asta pana acum, trebuie sa stii ca in spatele unei campanii exceptionale sta un volum imens de analize, documentare si pregatire intensa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asadar, hai sa discutam lucrul pentru care si citesti acest articol: cum iti pregatesti mica afacere pentru Black Friday, la modul concret?<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Bazele planului de campanie pentru Black Friday<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Legea lui Murphy spune ca daca ceva poate sa mearga prost, va merge. Si, as adauga eu, in cel mai prost moment posibil. In principiu, in situatia exemplificata mai sus, exista sanse de succes pentru o astfel de campanie daca tratezi Black Friday ca pe un eveniment, nu doar un cupon de reducere.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chiar daca marja de profit este mica, foarte mica, poti suplini absenta reducerilor oferind in schimb transport gratuit, transport gratuit dupa o anumita suma, ambalarea cadoului gratuit, cadouri, produse bundle etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pe langa toate aceste mici artificii, foloseste ocazia pentru a deveni mai vizibil pe piata si pentru a-ti duce afacerea mai aproape de conceptul de brand.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4><b>Stabilirea obiectivelor<\/b><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acum e momentul in care stabilesti motivul crearii campaniei:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vrei sa cresti vanzarile la o anumita categorie de produse?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vrei sa scapi de stoc, pentru a face loc produselor noi?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vrei sa lansezi o noua linie de produse?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vrei sa devii mai vizibil in piata?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vrei sa iti cresti baza de clienti fideli?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru fiecare dintre aceste obiective exista un set diferit de tactici si strategii de marketing. Asa ca, inainte sa toate, gandeste-te bine PENTRU CE vrei sa faci o campanie de Black Friday.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4><b>Stabilirea publicului<\/b><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In principiu, ar trebui sa ai deja cateva avatare de client \/ buyer persona, bine puse la punct. De exemplu, daca vinzi bijuterii handmade poti targeta femeile de toate varstele, barbatii casatoriti sau intr-o relatie ce cauta cadouri pentru partenerele lor, parintii elevilor care cauta cadouri pentru profesoare etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ideea aici este sa nu incerci sa ii targetezi pe toti cu acelasi mesaj. Segmenteaza-ti publicul si trimite mesaje diferite pentru fiecare categorie, astfel vei reusi sa le trezesti interesul (nu sa enervezi barbatii casatoriti cu bratari si cercei care ii fac sa se simta \u2018iubita, alintata si frumoasa\u2019). Atentie mare la detalii!<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4><b>Stabilirea bugetului<\/b><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Am ajuns intr-un punct fierbinte al oricarei campanii. Pe langa bugetul de marketing trebuie sa te gandesti si la stocuri, la maruntisurile necesare pentru ambalare, facturi, micile cadouri, bilete de multumire etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tine cont si de reducerile pe care le faci la nivel de pret al produselor, gratuitatea livrarii sau orice alte servicii extra.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sunt constient ca, fiind o afacere mica, nu dispui de un buget prea elaborat si, in acest sens, vei observa mai tarziu ca am ales un minimum de strategii astfel incat sa te poti incadra.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4><b>Stabilirea calendarului<\/b><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acum, luna septembrie, este ideala pentru analiza, documentare si pana in octombrie, sa pregatesti stocul astfel incat sa ai inca un contract avantajos cu furnizorii.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tot pana la mijlocul lui octombrie ar trebui sa pregatesti aspectele creative: bannere, imagini de cover pentru Facebook, seturi de bannere pentru reclame, continutul scris si video etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Astfel, in noiembrie vei avea la indemana toate componentele de care ai nevoie si vei fi capabil sa interactionezi activ cu clientii, fara sa ai si alte griji.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Dar cum poti concura cu marii retaileri online, cand ai o afacere mica si buget limitat?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Personalizare, personalizare, personalizare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cel mai simplu raspuns este si cel mai bun. Gandeste-te ca vei putea folosi si anul viitor acelasi landing page, cu mai multa vizibilitate, datorita faptului ca a fost indexat si rankat deja de Google;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Anunta participarea la eveniment pe site-urile de profil<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Blackfridayromania.net, Blackfriday-romania.com, Blackfridaymania.ro, Reduceriblackfriday.ro etc.; <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Actualizeaza bannere-le din site<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> cu unele specifice Black Friday; <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Schimba imaginea de cover pe pagina de Facebook<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> cu una specifica evenimentului;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Foloseste hashtag-uri specifice<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pe Facebook si Instagram: #BlackFriday, #BlackFridayRomania, #BlackFriday2017, #NumelemagazinuluiBlackFriday etc.;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seteaza o<\/span><b> numaratoare inversa pana la finalul promotiilor<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de Black Friday, astfel incat sa fie vizibila in intregul site;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Afiseaza stocul <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">in momentul in care acesta scade drastic;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Afiseaza pop-up-uri la exprimarea intentiei de parasire a site-ului <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">in care subliniezi reducerile si timpul limita in care pot profita de ea.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Foloseste <\/span><b>cuvinte puternice in continut<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> precum \u201cce vei pierde daca\u201d, \u201cmai sunt\u201d, \u201cacum\u201d, \u201cnu rata\u201d etc.;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Invita utilizatorii sa completeze un wishlist<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in site-ul tau si sa il distribuie pe retelele sociale, pentru a primi un discount special;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creeaza un <\/span><b>ghid cu idei de cumparaturi \/ cadouri etc. de Black Friday<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> cu produsele care se vor afla la oferta la eveniment si promoveaza-l din timp (pe blogul de companie, pe paginile Social Media, in site, Facebook Ads), astfel incat sa obtii o baza solida cu adrese de email; <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trimite <\/span><b>notificari personalizate pe email,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in functie de paginile vizitate in site; <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creeaza o <\/span><b>campanie pe email dinainte de Black Friday<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> si incepe cu 80% continut \/ educare pentru a te putea concentra apoi doar pe vanzare. Alege cu grija subiectele email-urilor, foloseste gif-uri si nu trimite prea multe email-uri in ziua de BF.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creeaza <\/span><b>oferte speciale doar pentru clienti<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, cei care au cumparat cel putin odata din site-ul tau, si asigura-te ca acestia stiu ca sunt tratati ca si VIP-uri;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ofera un <\/span><b>preview celor care ti-au oferit deja adresa de email<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> cu cateva dintre produsele care se vor afla la reducere si <\/span><b>permite-le sa le rezerve<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pentru ziua cea mare;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creeaza <\/span><b>video-uri \/ tutoriale pentru cateva dintre produsele<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> asupra carora vrei sa atragi atentia si promoveaza-le intensiv pe toate canalele de care dispui;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Retargeteaza baza de clienti<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de pe parcursul anului cu ofertele de Black Friday. Dar atentie, cu produse complementare, in niciun caz produsele pe care le-au cumparat deja (sigur nu le va pica bine sa vada ca au cheltuit pretul intreg pe produs, cand l-ar fi putut obtine la jumatate de pret);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Retargeteaza imediat fiecare vizita in site<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, cu ajutorul Facebook Ads, pe tot parcursul campaniei.
