Pe parcurs, a participat la o multime de workshop-uri, training-uri si seminarii de business, facand parte dintr-o comunitate de antreprenori care au motivat-o, la randul lor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dupa cum spune ea insasi, bugetul pentru primul ei business a fost 50 de euro primiti de la matusa ei pentru a-si cumpara o pereche de blugi. In seria #AntreprenoriatLaFeminin, am rugat-o sa ne raspunda la cateva intrebari despre ea si proiectul ei.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>1. Povesteste-ne putin despre tine.<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Am 31 de ani, sunt o persoana optimista, am terminat facultatea de matematica-informatica, sunt pasionata de calatorii (am vizitat peste 20 de tari si peste 60 de destinatii din intreaga lume), imi plac afacerile si dezvoltarea personala. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Am facut hochei de performanta timp de 12 ani, fapt care m-a ajutat la autodisciplina, perseverenta si ambitie.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>2. Am suferit foarte mult in absenta mamei si am decis sa incerc pe propriile mele forte sa construiesc o afacere pentru o viata mai buna in Romania. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Am ales o afacere online &#8211; in 2009 &#8211; vazand oportunitatea pe termen lung si pentru ca presupunea costuri mici de start-up.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>4. Care e cea mai mare satisfactie de business pe care o ai? Dar cel mai mare risc pe care ti l-ai asumat?<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cea mai mare satisfactie este faptul ca pot ajuta femeile sa se simta mai frumoase si ca multi clienti apeleaza la noi pentru consultanta, considerandu-ne un etalon pentru aceasta nisa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cel mai mare risc a fost atunci cand am incercat o fuziune cu un partener din competitie care a incercat sa isi insuseasca integral toata afacerea.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>5. Poate o femeie sa fie implinita in toate aspectele vietii sau trebuie sa aleaga intre cariera si familie?<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Categoric poate sa fie implinita in toate aspectele vietii daca are suficienta sustinere din partea familiei si daca munceste inteligent, nu din greu.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>8. Spune-ne cine este o femeie pe care o admiri si care te inspira. <\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cred ca cea mai mare inspiratie vine din interior si ca nu este neaparat nevoie sa cauti un etalon.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>9. Daca te-ai afla din nou la inceput de drum, ce ai face diferit?<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daca m-as afla din nou la inceput de drum as invata mai mult si as cantari mai bine deciziile inainte sa le iau.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>10.
