Dar cel mai mare risc pe care ti l-ai asumat?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eu vad business-ul ca pe un puzzle si de fiecare data cand stiu ca am facut ceva bine, e ca si cum am legat 2 piese din acel puzzle &#8211; asta e una din cele mai mari satisfactii. E bucuria ca ai facut ceva care iti place.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cel mai mare risc asumat e faptul ca s-ar putea ca business-ul sa nu mai mearga si sa se piarda toate eforturile investite &#8211; timp, bani, energie. Dar e ok, oricand poti sa incepi din nou.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>5. Care a fost cea mai eficienta metoda pentru tine sa iti faci afacerea vizibila si sa obtii clienti?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cea mai eficienta metoda la inceput a fost Facebook, in special concursurile organizate pe Facebook.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mi s-a parut si mi se pare o metoda foarte usoara de a obtine cat mai multe contacte pe care apoi sa le transformi in clienti.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>6. Cat ii este de greu unei femei sa reuseasca? Are mai multe obstacole de depasit decat un barbat?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sunt ferm convinsa ca o femeie poate sa reuseasca. Nu m-am gandit niciodata ca daca sunt femeie nu as reusi sau ca poate ar fi mai greu, desi sunt persoane care au mai multa incredere in barbati decat in femei. Si am intalnit astfel de oameni, dar nu le-am dat importanta. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cred ca perioada asta pe care o traim acum e cea mai buna perioada a tuturor timpurilor. Avem acces la foarte multe lucruri, informatii. Totul progreseaza foarte repede. Daca vrei sa faci ceva, e imposibil sa nu faci, femeie sau barbat. Doar daca nu vrei.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>7. Poate o femeie sa fie implinita in toate aspectele vietii sau trebuie sa aleaga intre cariera si familie?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poti avea atat cariera cat si familie, dar trebuie delimitat foarte bine, care este timpul alocat pentru cariera si care este pentru familie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nu cred ca alesul intre cariera si familie li se aplica doar femeilor.
