Dar nu acesta e motivul pentru care vreau sa ma intorc. Apoi, m-am uitat in meniu si chiar nu imi puteam da seama ce sa incerc &#8211; toate preparatele sunau grozav.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vezi tu, acesta este un restaurant mic, cu specific grecesc si influente turcesti. Asadar, tipul imi da urmatoarea recomandare: \u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">incearca supa de rosii si bulgur cu k\u00f6fte, felul doi. Si hamburgerul e delicios, dar il poti incerca data viitoare<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ok, am luat ce mi-a recomandat el.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mancarea a fost delicioasa. Servirea &#8211; de nota 10. Toata experienta a fost minunata.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dar nu ma asteptam la ceea ce s-a intamplat dupa\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chelnerul nostru a intrebat daca dorim si desert. Asa ca ne-am uitat in meniu si, desi existau o multime de variante care mai de care, am decis sa sarim peste.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ok, va aduc nota<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d a spus tipul.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Dar nu a adus nota. In schimb, a facut asta\u2026<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Urmatorul lucru care a venit la masa noastra nu a fost nota. Si adevarul e ca era deja o experienta buna. Dar \u201cdesertul gratis\u201d m-a facut sa imi placa de acest restaurant si mai mult.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mai important, m-a facut sa IMI AMINTESC de el.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acum, de fiecare data cand ma gandesc unde iesim sa mancam, ghici ce loc imi vine prima data in minte? Exact, restaurantul in care am primit desert gratis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Explicatia e destul de simpla: <strong>cand iti rasfeti clientii la fel cum a facut-o acest local, oamenii se intorc. <\/strong>Sau se intorc cel putin odata.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si cu fiecare vizita, sansele sa se intoarca odata si inca odata si inca odata, cresc. Un favor mic iti poate aduce un volum remarcabil de bunavointa din partea clientilor tai.<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Regula reciprocitatii (ti-am povestit despre ea si despre Cialdini) este unul dintre cele mai puternice declansatoare psihologice din lume.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Practic, cand cineva iti face o favoare, vrei neaparat sa i-o intorci.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uite, gandeste-te cum raspunzi cand iti face cineva un compliment de genul \u201chei, ce bine arati!\u201d. Bineinteles ca tipul i-a raspuns bucuros. Iar impreuna au creat un fluturas si mai bun.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apoi Hopkins i-a spus brutarului sa pastreze fluturasul si i-a sugerat sa trimita cate unul catre toate magazinele care ii vindeau produsele.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acela a fost momentul in care i-a facut oferta: \u201cCu fiecare transport de Cotosuet pe care il comanzi, iti voi trimite 250 de fluturasi cu numele tau.
