Palnie de conversii. Proces de vanzari. Ciclu de vanzari. Retea de vanzari \/ conversii. Indiferent de cum il numesti, toate descriu acelasi concept.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si asta deoarece desfasori anumite procese, cu scopul de a: atrage trafic in site si lead-uri, a transforma aceste lead-uri in clienti si, in ultima instanta, a fideliza acesti clienti pentru ca vrei sa revina si sa cumpere din nou si din nou.<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 510px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/media.giphy.com\/media\/CRPdDK0hTxLB6\/giphy.gif\" width=\"500\" height=\"233\" \/><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">sursa: Giphy<\/p><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru astazi ti-am pregatit o metoda mai speciala de a-ti vizualiza si seta propriul sales funnel dar si un infografic, ce rezuma cele mai importante lucruri pe care trebuie sa le stii despre palnia ta de vanzari.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dar mai intai, hai sa incepem cu inceputul.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Ce este un Sales Funnel?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Practic, reprezinta o serie de pasi online care transforma potentialii clienti din site-ul tau in clienti platitori. Cum? Ii ghideaza automat spre vanzare la fel cum ai face-o tu fata in fata.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Altfel spus, ai propriul tau agent de vanzari, activ 24\/7, care poate servi mii de clienti deodata si caruia nu ii trebuie un salariu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Exista o multime de reprezentari grafice pentru un funnel, unele chiar complicate insa vreau sa intelegi ca acesta se rezuma la 3 pasi &#8211; 3 stadii principale in care statutul unui utilizator se schimba:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Top of the Funnel (TOFU)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; partea de sus, cea in care atragi trafic si vizite in site<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Middle of the Funnel (MOFU)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; partea de mijloc, cea in care vizitatorii se transforma in lead-uri<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Bottom of the Funnel (BOFU)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; partea de jos, cea in care lead-urile se tranforma in clienti.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chiar daca reprezentarea e liniara, actiunile oamenilor in site-ul tau nu sunt, de cele mai multe ori, asa. Funnel-ul are gauri la fiecare pas &#8211; nu toti vizitatorii se vor transforma in clienti sau lead-uri si nu toate lead-urile se vor transforma in clienti. Mai mult, nu toti clientii se vor fideliza.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cu toate acestea, cel mai important lucru este sa ai sisteme setate pentru a incerca sa convingi utilizatorii sa actioneze in favoarea ta, tinand cont de ceea ce ti-am spus mai sus.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Citeste si: <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gomag.ro\/blog\/tipuri-de-magazine-online\/\"><b>Exista 2 tipuri de magazine online. Al tau care e?<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si pentru ca formularea unui sales funnel profitabil poate fi confuza, azi am hotarat sa iti ofer propria reteta care sa simplifice lucrurile si sa iti aduca mai multe vanzari, cu mai putin efort.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Cum sa ai un Sales Funnel eficient, pas cu pas<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Incepe de la sfarsit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E ceva diferit, din moment ce majoritatea incep de la cea mai mare parte reprezentata vizual &#8211; TOFU. Aici investesc cele mai multe resurse uitand ca, de fapt, partea dificila si locul in care se intampla ceea ce isi doresc &#8211; vanzarea &#8211; se intampla la sfarsit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Iar cand incepi, aceasta e cea mai costisitoare greseala pe care o poti face.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asadar, hai sa vedem care sunt pasii unui funnel, ce oferi si cum convingi in fiecare stadiu al palniei tale de vanzari.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>BOFU: Lumina de la capatul Sales Funnel-ului &#8211; Ce obiectiv ai<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ok, uite o intrebare. Ce vrei sa obtii cu magazinul tau si cu tot marketingul pe care il faci?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vanzari, imi imaginez. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Problema e ca \u201cvanzari\u201d este un obiectiv prea general. Asadar va trebui sa alegi ceva mai specific. Si, de preferat, un obiectiv mai restrans, pentru ca altfel te-ai putea pierde.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Obiectivul tau si, implicit, palnia ta de vanzari, va fi diferita in functie de specificul business-ului tau.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sa zicem ca vinzi diverse produse. Probabil ti se pare greu sa alegi un obiectiv la o gama diversificata de produse insa cu siguranta stii care sunt produsele\/produsul de top.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E produsul pe care iti doresti sa il vinzi cel mai bine si in care merita sa iti investesti resursele deoarece iti aduce un profit frumos inapoi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Practic, pentru inceput e ok sa iti doresti vanzari pentru produsul \/ produsele top alese. Odata stabilit obiectivul, va trebui sa il faci si masurabil. <\/span><b>Cate astfel de produse trebuie sa vinzi in fiecare luna pentru a obtine profit sau pentru a creste in ritmul in care iti doresti?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Scrie numarul respectiv undeva. Te va ajuta sa construiesti de aici restul funnel-ului dar si sa iti monitorizezi succesul.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bun, acum e momentul sa te apuci la propriu de funnel si sa stabilesti care este\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Ultimul lucru pe il vad lead-urile tale<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inainte sa devina clienti. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De obicei, intr-un magazin online, ultima oprire inainte de marea conversie este pagina de finalizare comanda. Ce vad oamenii inainte de pagina de finalizare comanda?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru palniile construite bine, raspunsul este acelasi: ceva care ii stimuleaza suficient incat sa cumpere.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De asemenea, este vorba de continut. In BOFU, cel mai recomandat continut este:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Demo \/ Teste<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Formular finalizare comanda<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Webinarii <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prezentari<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comparatii<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Studii de caz<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consultanta<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Citeste si: <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gomag.ro\/blog\/continut-pentru-trafic-vs-continut-pentru-vanzari\/\"><b>Continut pentru Trafic VS continut pentru Vanzari In eCommerce<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<h3><b>MOFU: Regulile pentru conversia vizitatorilor tai<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pastrand exemplul de mai sus, obiectivul tau este in continuare acela de a vinde produsul sau produsele de top din magazin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ai putea sa le arati oamenilor link-ul catre pagina produsului, din care pot ajunge in cos si, apoi checkout.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Insa rareori lucrurile se intampla atat de simplu. De unde vin?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vin din partea de sus a palniei &#8211; din sursele tale de trafic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oamenii ajung in TOFU prin intermediului continutului de tip:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reclame PPC (Facebook si AdWords)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Postari Social Media<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reclame video sau materiale video<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reviste \/ Brosuri<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Infografice<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Afiliere<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Organic &#8211; datorita metas-urilor tale<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poti investi oricat, oricum si oricand doresti in aceste surse de trafic. Ai loc sa optimizezi continutul pentru atragerea de trafic. Dar daca ai luat-o inapoi pornind de la obiectivul final, stii mereu cel mai important lucru &#8211; unde ar trebui sa ajunga acest trafic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asta e suficient pentru a te pune in fata multor alti marketeri.
