In 2026, studiile arata ca zilele ploioase cresc traficul eCommerce cu 15-25%, iar schimbarile bruste de temperatura genereaza varfuri de cerere pentru categorii specifice (incalzire, racire, imbracaminte sezoniera). Pe platforma Gomag, peste 4.500 de magazine online folosesc <strong>Merchandiser Bot<\/strong> pentru sortarea automata a produselor pe baza performantei si <strong>Email Bot<\/strong> pentru campanii sezoniere targetate, adaptandu-se rapid la schimbarile meteo si de comportament.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Potrivit statisticilor, dupa economie, conditiile meteo au cel mai puternic impact asupra comportamentului de cumparare. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ne afecteaza prin alegerea locurilor in care mergem, cum ne imbracam, ce mancam, ce cumparam si &#8211; cel mai important &#8211; cum ne simtim.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Iar asta e o veste minunata pentru tine. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru ca poti folosi datele legate de vreme pentru targetare contextuala &#8211; vei stii aproape in timp real care este starea clientului targetat, care sunt dorintele si intentiile lui de cumparare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Astazi discutam despre legatura dintre vreme si vanzarile online, despre 3 cele mai afectate aspecte ale <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gomag.ro\/portofoliu\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">afacerii tale online<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dar si cateva sfaturi pentru a incepe sa profiti de impactul conditiilor meteo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tine cont ca aceste informatii sunt prea putin cunoscute in Romania &#8211; asadar ai putea sa iti depasesti concurentii, fara ca ei sa stie ce i-a lovit!<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Ce treaba are vremea cu vanzarile online?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In 2010, Kyle B. Murray, Fabrizio Di Muro, Adam Finn si Peter Popkowski Leszczyc au publicat un studiu in Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services 17 ce explora legatura dintre vreme si consum. Il poti citi aici &#8211; <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/poseidon01.ssrn.com\/delivery.php?ID=046003123096020108006071072093093111005021033054029022031100029098029010091097076076107032111045008035107021105017119119094007052033026037083001071102070117091121041084034013069120099080091099085076094064025066084081011001123115109101002083007088093&amp;EXT=pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Effect of Weather on Consumer Spending<\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Punctul tare al acestui studiu e ca presupusa legatura intre lumina soarelui, influenta negativa si comportamentul de consum a fost testata cu ajutorul a 3 metodologii.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In primul test, cercetatorii au adunat rapoarte zilnice privind vanzarile unui magazin de ceaiuri, pe parcursul a 6 ani, impreuna cu rapoartele zilnice privind conditiile meteo. Acestea au inclus variabile precum temperatura, precipitatii, ninsoare, seceta, umiditate, directia si viteza vantului, presiunea atmosferica si lumina soarelui.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In cel de-al doilea test, 33 de participanti au fost invitati sa pastreze un jurnal zilnic al comportamentelor lor specifice de consum (cumparaturile de ceai si cafea) precum si dispozitia personala pentru 20 de zile consecutive. Date privind vremea includeau temperatura, umiditate, presiune atmosferica si numar de ore de soare pe zi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In cel de-a treilea test, 78 de participanti au fost invitati sa isi declare dorinta de a plati (willingness-to-pay) pentru cantitati specifice din 5 tipuri de produse (ceai, suc de portocale, abonament la un club de fitness, bilet de avion, abonament la ziar), fie intr-o camera in care era aprinsa o lampa cu ultraviolete, fie intr-una in care nu exista una.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In plus, starile lor au fost evaluate folosind scala PANAS (Positive and Negative Affect Schedule).<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 810px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.dribbble.com\/users\/28455\/screenshots\/1389791\/weather.gif\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" \/><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">sursa: Dribble<\/p><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uite care au fost concluziile:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cand temperatura era crescuta, lumina soarelui a generat o crestere in vanzarile pentru retail (conform testului 1)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lumina soarelui a cauzat o scadere a influentei negative si o crestere proportionala in cheltuielile pentru consum (conform testului 2)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Expunerea la o lampa cu ultraviolete a generat o crestere in WTP pentru toate cele 5 produse, cu influenta negativa servind ca un mediator al acestui efect (testul 3).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ideea e ca atunci cand oamenilor le e cald, asociaza caldura cu amintiri fericite din trecut si cu sentimente precum multumire, incredere si confort.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Astfel, din cauza acestor emotii, se simt mult mai in largul lor sa ia decizii de cumparare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Atat schimbarile legate de anotimp sau sezon, cat si fluctuatiile saptamanale ale vremii duc la schimbari in cererea de produse sau servicii. Insa acest impact functioneaza diferit in functie de canalul de vanzare &#8211; online sau fizic &#8211; dar si de locatie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru ca vorbim despre marketing si vanzari influentate de vreme, vreau sa intelegi ceva. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aceasta nu afecteaza doar vanzarile de inghetata vara sau de umbrele, atunci cand ploua. Pe masura ce temperaturile sunt mai mari, oamenii ies afara &#8211; la plimbare, la inghetata etc., iar magazinele fizice le sunt chiar in drum. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Insa cand temperaturile scad, frigul, ploaia si vantul forteaza oamenii sa stea in casa, infasurati intr-o plapuma calda, si sa intre pe net. De aici pana la o achizitie online, e o cale foarte scurta.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Pretul de achizitie<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ti-am spus deja cum este influentata dorinta de a plati de lumina soarelui. Din studiul celor 4 cercetatori de mai sus, a reiesit ca oamenii erau dispusi sa plateasca cu 37% mai mult pentru ceai verde si cu 56% mai mult pentru un abonament la sala, dupa ce au fost expusi la lumina solara. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In conditii meteo proaste, consumatorii erau dispusi sa plateasca mai mult pe alcool, tutun si cafea.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Cererea de produs<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lantul de magazine de incaltaminte Abbadabba din Atlanta a patit-o pe propria piele. Acest retailer se concentreaza pe vanzarea de cizme de ploaie in loc de incaltaminte pentru zapada &#8211; asta avand in vedere faptul ca Atlanta e situata inspre sud. Dar totusi, ocazional se intampla ca temperaturile sa scada sub zero asadar magazinele pastreaza un stoc cu incaltaminte specifica. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uite ce s-a intamplat in 3 ierni consecutive, incepand din 2012:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Iarna lui 2013 a fost una destul de blanda. La fel s-a intamplat si in 2012. Vanzarile de incaltaminte pentru zapada au fost aproape inexistente iar stocul le-a ramas pe cap.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pentru iarna lui 2014, magazinele au pastrat un stoc foarte mic de incaltaminte de iarna, mai mic decat inainte. Problema? Doua furtuni majore de zapada au lovit Atlanta si magazinele nu doar ca au fost obligate sa isi inchida usile pentru doua zile (adica n-au facut nicio vanzare) dar cand au redeschis, nu au reusit sa acopere cererea clientilor din cauza stocurilor extrem de mici. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daca urmareau predictiile meteo si ar fi luat masuri chiar si cu o saptamana inainte, lucrurile ar fi stat altfel.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>5 Strategii sa faci vremea sa lucreze in favoarea ta<\/b><b><\/b><\/h3>\n<h3><b>1. Analizeaza datele din trecut <\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vezi tu, atitudinea si comportamentul consumatorilor nu este influentat doar de vremea din prezent. Ci si de cea din trecut si viitor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coreleaza ceea ce stii despre produsele tale cu nevoile consumatorilor si conditiile meteo. De exemplu, daca vinzi piese auto si stii ca un anumit tip de baterie la masinile de 8-10 ani cedeaza dupa cateva zile de temperatura scazuta, poti incepe sa faci reclame cu oferte pentru bateria respectiva chiar inainte ca bateriile respective sa moara.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uita-te la istoricul cumparaturilor, la datele din Analytics si la istoricul programelor de fidelitate pe care le-ai implementat. Fii atent la Meteo si la stiri<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Majoritatea verificam vremea pe telefon in fiecare dimineata. Sau ne uitam la stirile de dimineata si la rubrica meteo (si e vital sa faci asta, pentru ca trebuie sa ramai la curent cu tot ce se intampla).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chiar daca nu e o stiinta exacta, prognoza meteo te poate ajuta sa iti pregatesti ofertele pentru fenomenele neasteptate precum valuri de caldura, o iarna indelungata, o primavara timpurie, un val de furtuni si asa mai departe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fiecare tip de conditie meteo vine la pachet cu nevoi specifice din partea consumatorilor. Caldura aduce insectele &#8211; prin urmare, produsele anti-insecte sunt la mare cautare. Intelege fenomenul proiectiei<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Psihologii si economistii au observat ca oamenii sunt victime ale fenomenului proiectiei. Altfel spus, noi oamenii nu stim cum sa prezicem daca gusturile si preferintele din prezent se vor potrivi cu cele din viitor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asadar, suntem predispusi sa luam constant decizii ce nu sunt foarte bune pe termen lung.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De exemplu, fenomenul proiectiei se intampla atunci cand mergem infometati la cumparaturi. Probabil si tie ti s-a intamplat.
