Toti cunoastem tiparul vanzatorului care vine langa tine imediat ce ai intrat in magazin, este dragut, zambeste si te intreaba daca te poate ajuta cu ceva.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Insa 90% dintre ei nu sunt implicati &#8211; incearca sa te duca spre produsele mai scumpe sau spre produsele care sunt cele mai profitabile pentru ei, chiar daca nu au cel mai mare pret. Si asta fara sa iti dai seama.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Neconventional cum e, incearca sa iti ajuti clientul in mod real, chiar daca asta inseamna ca nu te ajuti si pe tine in acelasi timp. Dovedeste-i clientului ca esti mai interesat ca el sa fie multumit si scapat de problema decat de faptul ca bagi bani in buzunar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Da, chiar daca asta inseamna sa ii propui sa verifice si concurenta, inainte de a lua o decizie. Poate ca suna nebunesc la prima vedere dar iti promit ca vor merge pana la concurenta hotarati deja sa \u201csemneze\u201d cu tine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cand competitorii aplica tacticile obisnuite de vanzare, clientii te vor vedea ca pe singura companie sincera din lot. Si vor cumpara de la tine.<\/span><b><\/b><\/p>\n<h3><b>2. Pentru ca ii dovedesti clientului respect prin faptul ca il lasi sa preia initiativa.
