Pentru restul, stai alaturi de mine, urmeaza sa le vedem pe toate.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Chatboti pentru eCommerce: Unde ar putea aduce cea mai mare valoare<\/b><b><\/b><\/h3>\n<h3><b>1. Asistenti personali la cumparare<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Multi antreprenori se plang cat de greu este sa personalizeze comunicarea cu clientii si potentialii clienti. Asta mai ales ca e suficient de greu pentru un vanzator sa fie acolo 24\/7 pentru un singur client, daramite pentru mai multi deodata.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dar aici intra in scena chatbotii.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Imagineaza-ti ca ai propriul stilist care iti ofera sfaturi si idei de produse pentru outfit-ul perfect in fiecare zi. Sau machiajul perfect. Sau imagineaza-ti ca ai propriul profesor care iti aminteste in fiecare zi ce trebuie sa faci, ce cursuri sa urmezi etc. daca vrei sa devii, nu stiu, ceva.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chatbotii pot fi programati pe baza istoricului de cumparaturi sau interactiuni. Sau pot identifica tipare comportamentale, nevoi si caracteristici prin chestionarea potentialilor clientilor. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Folosindu-se de aceste date si de optiunile alese de utilizator, pot oferi sugestii de produse personalizate, pot ajuta clientul sa caute exact produsul de care are nevoie, chiar sa plaseze comanda, sa ii trimita informatii precum confirmarea comenzii, urmarirea acesteia, sa ii ofere sugestii de produse asemanatoare, sa ii ceara un testimonial sau sa se ocupe de lucrurile care tie nu iti plac &#8211; precum anularea unei comenzi, oferirea informatiilor de retur sau returnare plata.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Practic, pot face vanzarea in locul tau.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Insa nu uita, astfel de interactiuni trebuie conditionate. De exemplu, poate chatbotul greseste cuvintele cheie declansatoare. Sugestii de produse<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Majoritatea clientilor vor face conversia in magazinul tau doar daca se simt confortabili cu aceasta decizie. Daca primesc rapid raspunsuri la intrebarile si obiectiile lor. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ei bine, chatbotii ii pot ajuta sa ia decizia de cumparare mai rapid si mai simplu. Pot purta o conversatie cu clientii, indicand tipuri de produse care sa raspunda nevoii lor.<\/span><b><\/b><\/p>\n<h3><b>3. Upsell \/ Cross-sell<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sincer, chatbotii folositi in mod corect iti pot transforma intregul business, inclusiv strategia de Social Media.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inca multe afaceri trateaza pagina de Facebook ca pe tara nimanui si a oricui in care sa decarteze absolut TOT ce tine de promotii, oferte, continut din site, comunicare, produse etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Problema e ca nu ii targetezi pe toti; sau pe toti cu aceleasi mesaje. Ai nevoie de umanizare si personalizare. Si de aceea, ai nevoie de chatboti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Foloseste-te de istoricul cumparaturilor, de feedback-ul primit si de intreaga conversatie cu un client pentru a-i oferi sugestii de upsell sau cross-sell, la fel cum am procedat in primul exemplu din articol.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creeaza din start regulile pentru a selecta produse cat mai relevante si, mai ales, pentru a nu-i sugera clientului sa cumpere exact acelasi produs pe care l-a cumparat deja.<\/span><b><\/b><\/p>\n<h3><b>4. Recuperarea cosurilor abandonate<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chatbotii pot face automat follow up cu continutul cosului de cumparaturi abandonat si, eventual, un discount sau alta oferta care sa atraga atentia potentialului client si sa il convinga sa cumpere.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asa, clientii sunt abordati mai direct fapt ce poate reprezenta o dovada ca magazinul chiar ii considera valorosi si vor sa continue comunicarea pentru a le intelege mai bine problemele si nevoile.<\/span><b><\/b><\/p>\n<h3><b>5. Cautare avansata<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chatbotii care ajuta clientii sa caute cele mai potrivite produse sunt extrem de utili.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De ce? Pentru ca permit utilizatorului o metoda diferita sa gaseasca produsul necesar si sa interactioneze cu brandul tau. Mai mult, totul se intampla pe pilot automat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cum se intampla? Potentialul client intra pe o secventa declansata de un anumit cuvant cheie iar chatbotul ii prezinta anumite categorii sau produse. Sau secventa poate fi declansata de o anumita cerere a clientului (ex. \u201cVreau incarcator nou pentru telefon\u201d, \u201cvreau rochie de seara pentru o nunta\u201d etc.).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dn acel moment, chatbotul incepe sa puna diferite intrebari, sa chestioneze utilizatorul pentru a elimina optiunile care nu se potrivesc nevoii lui (ex. ce model, ce culoare, ce gama de preturi etc.).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Evident, exista limite cand vine vorba de cat de destept poate fi un chatbot la interpretarea limbajului uman. Intrebari frecvente<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uite, sincer mi se pare o mare greseala sa folosesti continutul din pagina de Intrebari frecvente (FAQ) in chatboti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De regula, aceste pagini sunt pline de prea multe informatii, intrebarile sunt formulate simandicos si corect iar raspunsurile, standard. Insa oamenii nu vorbesc asa. Oamenii nici nu scriu asa, mai ales pe Facebook.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nimeni nu iti va scrie \u201cCum verific daca produsul este eligibil pentru retur?\u201d (poate nici nu stie ce inseamna cuvantul eligibil, sa fim seriosi). Mai degraba \u201cvreau sa returnez xyz\u201d sau se va lansa intr-o poveste lunga, condimentata cu niste cuvinte colorate, prin care isi exprima imensa nemultumire si iti cere banii inapoi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bun, si atunci ce e de facut? Pentru inceput, poti sa formulezi anumite intrebari si raspunsuri frecvente dar intr-un limbaj comun, familiar, nu sa copiezi raspunsurile lungi din pagina FAQ. In general, pe chat oamenii asteapta raspunsuri scurte si la obiect.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chiar daca esti tentat sa incarci continutul paginii de FAQ in chatbot, nu o face. Mai degraba creeaza continut separat, intr-un limbaj cunoscut publicului pe care il tintesti.<\/span><b><\/b><\/p>\n<h3><b>7. Asistenta clienti<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Am zis asta de mai multe ori. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clientii nemultumiti sunt mai predispusi sa vorbeasca sau sa scrie despre experienta lor proasta, pe cand clientii multumiti rareori povestesc despre experienta lor, din proprie initiativa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si cea mai mare problema e ca uneori, acesti clienti nemultumiti, nici macar nu sunt clientii tai sau lucrurile n-au mers cum trebuie pentru ca aveau anumite asteptari. Iar cand ai un buget mic si nu iti permiti pur si simplu sa angajezi oameni pe toate fronturile, care sa raspunda la intrebari si obiectii, esti descoperit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asadar, aici te pot ajuta chatbotii. Te ajuta sa raspunzi cu rapiditate, 24\/7 si intermediaza relatia dintre client si firma ta.<\/span><b><\/b><\/p>\n<h3><b>8. Lansare produse noi<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cand lansezi un produs nou, sau o colectie noua sau o linie noua de produse, scopul tau este sa atragi cat mai multi potentiali clienti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pe langa canalele digitale obisnuite (bannere pe site, postari pe Facebook, newsletter, eveniment, landing page, campanie de lansare cu PPC etc.), foloseste si chatbotii.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mesajul tau va fi cu atat mai puternic cu cat anuntul lansarii este integrat mai natural in conversatia cu clientul.
